You can still get poison counters from sources that don't target or give damage (like Crypt Cobra) and thus lose via poison counters. You can also get milled by global effects like Mind Grind. You could also lose by an opponent casting Approach of the Second Sun a second time from his or her hand that game, having 4 or more creatures named Biovisionary at the end of their turn, etc. So I wouldn't say that this synergy means "you cannot lose as soon as one of those is on the table".

I'm waiting for work to give me a hot minute to breath, for people to format their posts in a way that makes my part easier, and for people to stop spelling 'synergy' incorrectly.

Please put the colors of your suggestion in mana symbols prior to your suggestion in color-wheel order. To do this, put any of W, U, B, R, G, and/or C, whatever is applicable, with the word 'mana' inside [square bracets] before and the word '/mana' inside [square bracets] after the mana.
Mhm, that's why Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient doesn't work with regular mana rocks. The way the synergy works:
1) Tap Basalt Monolith for CCC
2) Spend the 3 to untap the Monolith, and spend R to copy the activation with Kurkesh.
3) Resolve the first untap ability (that you paid 3 for), then tap the Monolith again for CCC.
4) Resolve the copied untap ability of the Monolith.
You've now effectively spent R to add CCC to your mana pool. You can repeat this indefinitely, as long as you have R to spend.
Sure, you cannot lose by loss of life, of course you can lose by being milled or poisoned. And you will deserve it if you cannot win with this position of power on the table! LOL
I get that, which is why I said that I wouldn't use the phrase "you cannot lose". Because there is literally a card that says that, Platinum Angel, so that would be a one-card effect that is actually what you're claiming.

Since the combo is reliant on R in order to work, you would need something like Skyshroud Elf, which can turn the .. into R indefinitely.
So, in RGW Basalt Monolith + Kurkesh + Skyshroud Elf = infinite mana.

Your opponent would have to draw a card afterwards in order to deck themselves; just having no cards in the library isn't enough to lose.
Well that is exactly the mill means, isn't it? you deplete completely opponent's deck. They lose in their next "Draw a card" phase, unless you force him/her to draw a card before that.
Hm, I guess that would be true. But I consider "mill one opponent" in that sense to mean winning by milling. So maybe it's a matter of interpretation?

Has there been any talk of taking this database off of a forum post and into a spreadsheet, CSV, or a web template or some sort? For all the work done here, it would be awesome if we could make it more navigable, aka I want to see all Grixis combos in one go, and not have to click through 7 drop down lists.
Stumbled into an infinite creature kill combo in BR last night: Nest of Scarabs + Everlasting Torment + Goblin Bombardment [+ a creature or -1/-1 counter to kick it off] = Kill any non-shroud/hexproof/pro red creature at instant speed. Potentially generates a large but not infinite number of etb and death triggers as well.

Uhm, no. Those abilities are the aura's abilities, not the creatures.

It's not a may ability, unless you can break the loop youlose the game in your first example, but the lab man would work.
I don't lose the game in the first example. Each draw triggers The Locust God just as it would Psychosis Crawler. It's infinite because it's not a "may"-claused trigger. However, things still happen inbetween because the triggers have to enter a stack and resolve in order to keep going. So if opponents have less life than you have cards in your library, Psychosis Crawler kills them before you die. You don't lose because the moment you're the last player in a game, you automatically win.

Agreed assuming you have more cards than they have life, they don't have a way to prevent damage, redirect damage, remove the crawler, flash in a "you can't lose" card, etc. It's just risky if they remove the Psychosis Crawler at instant speed. In a 4 person pod I'd be surprised if no one answered this.

That being said I stand corrected about the loop.
True, as is the risk with any kind of deck using Laboratory Maniac as a possible wincon. But I run counters in my The Locust God deck just in case I need to protect any combos.

Right, but the text in OP's post is that you get infinite casts of another spell.
Oh, my bad. I reread what you asked and see what you mean. Yeah, you got me stumped, there. Unless you're also cloning Dualcaster Mage, that isn't enough to get infinite copies of a different spell (to the best of my MtG knowledge). However, that combo is enough to get infinite triggers for a creature entering the battlefield.

Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient + Basalt Monolith = large amounts of colourless mana (CCC for every R you put in it).
Though the untap ability on Basalt Monolith is not and can be copied.
1) Tap Basalt Monolith for CCC
2) Spend the 3 to untap the Monolith, and spend R to copy the activation with Kurkesh.

"Dualcaster Mage + Ghostly Flicker = infinite ETB triggers/mana and infinite casts of another instant"
can infinitely copy an instant spell?
Padeem, Consul of Innovation - Artifact value/combo.
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant - Sultai zombie reanimator.
Cast Ghostly Flicker. Then, in response, cast Dualcaster Mage. When it enters the battlefield, target Ghostly Flicker. Have the Ghostly Flicker copy target Dualcaster Mage. Then, when Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, have it copy the original Ghostly Flicker still on the stack. Rinse and repeat.
Basically, Dualcaster Mage copies the original Ghostly Flicker infinitely many times.
