I'm building that as well. I have the 45 charms, 40 lands, a Commander (Cromat for me) but unsure of the last 14 cards.

I'm currently assembling Xira Arien as my seventh and [hopefully] final EDH deck. I have another seven decks I plan to switch to at some point in the future but I don't want to have more than seven at any one time. Having two sets of seven decks to alternate between should be enough, right?
I'm working on transitioning from creatureless Animar storm to the same deck with Shu Yun at the head just for a change of pace. Animar will take over a morph deck now that Khans block is all out.

Small world. If I end the summer with some extra money in my pocket I'm looking at Xira aggro-loam.
Anyone who knows me and my posts knows i have been riding high on Ghoulcaller Gisa since I got my hands on her back in December. At my LGS, i have the single most powerful deck. The deck to beat when I show up. I actually had to lower the power level because I have stronger cards in my collection than my opponents have. The is currently a "Good Stuff" build, and I am collecting cards to have an alternate zombie tribal build.
Right now, this is how games tend to play out:
In the early turns, everybody establishes their mana base and plays a combination of ramp and utility spells.
In the mid game we are playing our threats, answering said threats and trying to play game changing spells in an effort to take control of the tempo.
My deck is designed to survive the midgame with graveyard recursion and a variety of long term effects which grant card advantage so I never run out of gas. Additionally, my use of Drain Life and Whip of Erebos like Lifelink effects keep me stable well into the late game. Sometimes a Consume Spirit or Profane Command is all I need to finish the job. "My turn? Okay, untap, draw, play my X spell to kill you? gg?"
Combo isn't a big deal where I play becasue people like the resource wars as much as I do rather than the big infinite combo game ending play out of no where. I have plenty of cards to go infinite in my collection if I wanted to, and the cards needed to fight it if they wanted to, but we pretty much have an unspoken agreement to not play those kinds of decks. That style isn't what we want as a group. We aren't playing for prizes. We are playing for the interactions and the chess decisions. I have played lots of combo in my life, and combo is solitaire. It takes skill to pilot combo decks, but that doesn't mean it isn't pretty much solitaire.

"Whatever style you wish to play, be it fast and frenzied or slow and tactical, the surest way to defeat your opponent consistently is by dominating him or her in the war of card advantage." - Brian Wiseman, April 1996
1) Tweaking Brago, King Eternal - There is a fine balance required between protecting and ensuring Brago can connect and between having sufficient permanents for Brago to blink. This deck is almost ready for primetime, but not quite.
2) Paring down Prime Speaker Zegana - I still have way too many cards that I want to include in this deck that was originally focused on +1/+1 counters but is now moving towards agro-control.
3) Finalizing Nicol Bolas - Discard themed deck that was abandoned some time ago and has been somewhat recently revived.
5) Reworking Riku of Two Reflections - The deck is currently a hodgepodge of things to copy with Riku, but Riku doesn't live long enough for the deck to function properly.
6) Finding the cards to build Talrand, Sky Summoner - I've got a pretty good rough sketch of how I want the deck to look, but I haven't assembled it to test whether the configuration will work.
7) Revisiting the idea of a 5-color Affinity deck with Reaper King as the Commander - Playing with Modern Masters has made me want to try and make Affinity work again with Reaper King at the helm.
8) Putting together a prospective decklist for Zurgo Helmsmasher - Trying to find an alternative to Kaalia in Mardu colors.
I've been brainstorming mostly about Reki, The History of Kamigawa. I wanted to do a legendary-centric commander, and it was mostly between the obvious Captain Sisay and him. I decided that an optimized Captain Sisay deck actually wouldn't play a significantly higher density of Legendary cards than most decks, and would instead focus on silver bullet legendaries to yank out as needed, There's no problem with this and Sisay is high on my want-to-build list still, but what I wanted instead as a deck that would play a ton of legendarie, playing cards that are legendary just becuase they are legendary and I felt like an optimized Reki deck would give me that experience more, where each Legendary would be a value engine when played as opposed to being able to grab out each individual threat at a time. Whether or not this is actually true remains to be seen since it's just an educated guess!
I just can't settle on an angle to build him that might be the best. Green legendaries like to go wide, but there's also just big stompy legendaries like Thrun, the Last Troll, Surrak, the Hunt Caller, Polukranos, World Eater, Kodama of the North Tree, as well as the legendary landwalk spirit off the top of my head. And then there's the 2-3 drop legendaries that are on the weak side but are the cheapest available that I could play just for the body + draw like Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Mirri, Cat Warrior. I'll probably be combining multiples of these archetypes, maybe even all of them, but i'm just not sure where to draw the line.

They didn't care that he was the savior of Fort Keff, the great hunter of Ondu, the champion of Kabira. To them, he was just another piece of flesh, a thing with life to be drained away.
I'm working on completely foiling out my arcum deck. I'm designing foils for nonfoil cards like Mishra's workshop, transmute artifact, power artifact, etc, and I'm printing them out on transparencies and gluing them to foils.
I also want to revamp my captain sisay deck, which is already awesome, but I think I can make it better.
My latest project is a mono black Phage the Untouchable deck. I like the challenge of building a deck that is harder than usual to build. I just finished my colorless Ulamog/Kozilek/Karn deck and that was a blast to build. I figure phage will be fun because because you can't just put her into play, you have to have a trick or she just loses you the game. I plan on combining her with Endless Whispers so if she does die, I can just give her to someone else and then they lose the game.
Fixing my Azami deck. It's gone a little wayward in terms of mana curve and I'm missing some critical pieces, like more draw, tutors, tech etc. Gotta trim the fat and reel it in a little bit and make it more cohesive.
One is continuing to help lady friend learn to play and explore the wonderful world of Magic. We built her a Yasova Dragonclaw steal/sack type thing, which helped her get over her fear of blue (that first counter made for a fun evening, let me tell you), but she's a bit worried to try something else. So we're working to possibly move her to Bant with Rubinia Soulsinger or even just straight UG, but it's a slow transition.
The second is finding a good deck for myself that isn't too frustrating for lady friend. Both Savra, Queen of the Golgari and Ghost Council of Orzhova, the decks I had prior to teaching her, proved to much annoying recursion for her tastes, so I've been scaling back on the well-oiled machine of graveyard shenanigans for other strategies. Well, at least until she discover's the joy of Genesis bringing back Acidic Slime over and over and over again. Maybe it's time for Boros beats or something.

Maybe something life a Doran, the Siege Tower treefolk tribal, or Sygg, River Guide merfolk tribal where it takes some time to build a critical mass of creatures and allows your lady friend time to anticipate your plays and act accordingly.
Its been a lot of fun reading the responses, and the deck concepts being discussed have been really interesting.
Am I a relatively new commander player, and only have one deck, Maelstrom Wanderer. But I love the crap out of it and tweak it/edit it every day. I have 40 cards in my sideboard on cockatrice because I am always testing new things to make it the best possible. As a previous poster said, thank goodness for PucaTrade!
But I do indeed want to expand my horizons. I don't know if im going about it the right way, but I want to build a Red/White deck just because I love Sunforger so much.
I need a few more cards for my Kozilek deck (save expensive cards like LED and Mishra's Workshop), and I'm just now starting a Tasigur deck. It's going to be a general control deck with heavy land and graveyard work. I haven't decided how I'm going to win yet though, as I find most blue combos boring.
Mindslaver abuse, Cabal Coffers+Urborg for big a Villanous Wealth, or an infi mana combo to abuse Tasigur's ability are my current plans.

Getting more and more real cards for my Daretti Prison deck and learning to play it better. Have never played mud prison outside of this in all of my years playing magic. It's nice trying to learn all the intricities of something new.

I would also recommend some type of tribal beats. Gobbos or elves are both great choices.
Way too many things. Currently I'm working on Reaper King (changelings), Kraj (combo), Jarad (dredge), and Shu Yun (storm) lists as well as getting the last few cards to finish my four current decks.
My lifelong project is to build and play a deck for each and every Commander. I started in March 2010, and till date I have built and played 227 decks out of a total of 564 Commanders, so that's about 3.6 new decks per month. I usually keep between 6-9 decks built, and the typical lifespan of each deck is between 2-4 weeks. Every deck has a main theme, and I have played decks with themes like "green creatures only" (Surrak, the Hunt Caller), "insect tribal" (Xira Arien), and even "the Weatherlight Saga" (Sliver Queen). I forsee the main problem will come when I run out of multicoloured Commanders (171/247, 69% completed) and have to keep building monocoloured or colourless ones (56/317, 17% completed), but it'll take a while to get there. It helps that I play with a group of great friends in an environment where every deck gets a chance to perform (even my "vanilla creatures" theme deck got a good run), so I'm motivated to try something quirky as commonly played themes get stale very quickly when you change your decks as often as me.
1. Try to finish off my Sek'kuar, Deathkeeper build, just have a few cards to pick up (though I'm always scouting foils!)
2. I'm working on building a Karn-esque Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer deck that has the benefit of playing Mountain instead of "insert bad nonbasic land here." I need quite a few cards for this still, but at least the expensive ones are taken care of.
3. I'd love to get my Ezuri, Renegade Leader deck back in action, I love my elves, but with multiple decks I don't always get to play it. I'll try to get it back into the rotation and do some updating to the deck.
my projects are less about building decks though. mine are:
get my girlfriend into EDH
expand the playgroup
somehow prevent my playgroup from ever developing the 'arms race' mindset.
our group has been pretty good so far; i think its probably just me who'd ever go online to check up on forums and whatnot, and its not that we play pauper only or anything like that, but we don't actively go out to find cards. our decks still have a very 'limited' feel to them, and its been great!
i just introduced magic to my girlfriend (after going on and on about how awesome i think the game is), and we played one game of normal 60-card kitchen table with pretty much near-french vanilla decks. gonna amp it up as time goes, hopefully.
Currently working on building Sharuum. I had her built before but it was pretty sub-optimal. Missed out on my chance for a Power Artifact. Also looking for the fast mana rocks Mana Crypt and Mana Vault
1. Actually get out to play more. I have probably only played 8-10 games in the last 6 months. Not a good use of resources considering we have 15 decks.
2. Work on updating the decks, and possibly dividing them into tiers to help match up with different metas (and prioritize which decks get the best cards).
3. Develop a truly degenerate deck to have on hand if needed. I had a weird Animar deck that fit the bill previously that I scrapped after it kept crushing people, so I am rebuilding it now.
The current project is perfecting my Marchesa, the Black Rose deck. Just needs 8 more cards to be good to go, most of which are land and can be replaced by basics until I get them.
My summer project is to consolidate my decks into something approximating an EDH box. The end result should leave me lots of room in my closet while leaving enough cards to scratch deckbuilding itches and maintain about a half-dozen EDH decks.
After that comes a king's ransom in quality matching sleeves.
Cheers!
