Many EDH players love to build decks, or tweak decklists, or do deck overhauls. I am no exception to this, as I currently have eight decks and have built/dismantled just as many if not more. Yet, in the back of my mind, there is always an idea for another deck brewing. So I ask the reader, what is your current EDH project?
Myself, I want to build a mono U deck. I searched through Gatherer, and came up with about 15 commanders that seem interesting. I am holding out until more of Magic Origins is spoiled to see what mono U goodies are coming out. Im also debating about revamping Roon into a non-Stax/prison/combo Derevi deck that focuses on tap abilities (and so I can finally have a home for Squirrel Nest).
Like yourself, building a mono blue EDH with Mistform to have a lower power deck. Other projects include rebuilding the UBx deck that played off other people's cards and had about 10 different generals.
Oh and finish getting expensive things like Mishra's Workshop for Kozilek.

EDH UBX - Milling Zombie Horde (now with spliced mana!)
Often I only change out 2-3 cards at a time so the changes are rarely big.
And I sent out so many cards via Pucatrade that when I wanted to make a new deck (Shu Yun) I was able to get the entire deck in the mail over a week.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
I've been playing Jaya Ballard, Task Mage for years and before that I played Hanna, Ships Navigator mill that I unfortunately had to take apart when GY decks and Eldrazi become a whole lot better. I've had just Jaya for quite a while and I've tried several times to branch out and make a new deck, but I always end up disliking it and taking it apart quite quickly. That is because I dislike decks that don't interact well, make to many tokens, or try to execute the same plan every game.
Just a few weeks ago I was posting in a a thread here and it sort of hit me. What I want is a general that lets you convert mana into something else. That way you have the most options and lines of play available to you. Jaya can convert mana in 3 different effects, so to test this theory and see if I do like mana conversion generals I made a Kerador deck. I think if he isn't doing it for me then I may be mistaken about wanting a general that lets me use mana for other effects. So far I only played one game with Kerador, had to mulligan to 3 and someone scooped an hour in so we just all called it; but I'm going to play it more this week and hopefully it will be nice to cast creatures from my GY.
Other generals that may be potential hits for mana converters are Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and Horde of Notions. If everything works out okay with Kerador I'll likely make Grenzo next.
I'm tweaking a Brago, King Eternal deck. I got it to a point where I'm happy enough to play it, yet am still trying different things. Decks are never done, really.

My pet project right now is to try to make a UBR deck that only copies. I have a list together now that just does copies or redirects of everything except for a few mana rocks and a few card draw spells. The rest of the deck are variants of clone and spell jack. I just have to get the money to buy it
I want to make a UG Kraj deck that does stuff that's fun but not a generic UGx Goodstuff deck. Once I figure that out I want to build a Marchesa deck. This is the summer of +1/+1 counters.
I feel at the moment that I should really start working on upgrading my current decks. Talrand, Sky Summoner is intentionally budget so it's where I want it to be; Mikaeus, The Lunarch is again, casual, and what I want it to be. The rest, though:
Ephara, God of the Polis - I love the deck, but it doesn't have a clear path to Victory. I'm thinking of incorporating the Stoneforge Mystic/equipment package. Maybe other things are needed too.
Maga, Traitor To Mortals - this needs quite a few things, but I though foremost are Karn Liberated and Ugin, The Spirit Dragon. This deck keeps on getting raided by my other decks for valuable artifacts, so who knows how long before I get around to optimizing it.
In terms of new decks, I'd like to complete my color wheel with Feldon Of The Third Path, the card most loved by the Vorthos in me. This one is going to need a ton of $$$ to complete so I honestly don't even see myself starting it until the Fall.
Right now I want to test and tweak my newly built Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge deck. It's built entirely around the idea of stealing my opponents' cards or otherwise casting them from one of their zones. So far I like it a good deal, but I know that it will take a fair chunk of time to refine it to the point where I'm comfortable with all 99 slots.
I'm also interested in building a second deck, a mono-red goodstuff. I'm holding out for the new red legends in Magic Origins. So far, I'm not too amped about the existing red legends because they are either too weak, too uninteresting, or incentivize me to build a deck in a direction that I don't want to take (Daretti, Scrap Savant with artifacts, Purphoros, God of the Forge with creature tokens.)

Project 1): Finishing my existing five Commanders. I have the deck lists on Cockatrice, but I still am missing some cards in real life. But besides Dual lands, some are really close to being finshed, especially my Marath-Enchantress.
Project 2): Finishing the deck list for my sixth and, for now, last real life EDH, with Dragonlord Dromoka. It centers around huge mana production, token and the Living Plane/Linvala, Keeper of Silence-combo... I still need to cut around 20 cards and the curve isn't not really there yet, but after two months it starts to look promising.
i have a Rhoon fog/hug deck "under construction" for some time, but i cant pay the workers it seems
also a Anowon Drain/stax , a grixis storm (could be eggs),and a [/card]Ink-Treader Nephilim, that's all i plan to build the most, there are so many unfinished decks in a bag in the basement
also plan to update old lists, but magic is money friend, and im planning to invest into some other games for the time being..(netrunner/munchkin,ayedarklord )
1. Convert Derevi untap shenanigans into Derevi Walkers. I love Derevi but want a fairer game from it...so a more controlling walker-oriented deck seems like a good place to go. Derevi probably serves mostly as a mana source here, untapping Mana Vault, Bloom Tender, and others along those lines. Although late game it serves as a nice chump/tap effect to help protect walkers. Mostly I've just never build a walker deck and this seems like a good opportunity for it.
2. Build a Villainous Wealth deck. Theme is killing people with their stuff, with the main goal being to find and cast huge Wealths, but will also include Geth, Acquire, Bribery, Praetor's Grasp, Treachery, and maybe Worst Fears as backup plans that run along the same theme. Probably use Mimeoplasm as the general since he can work from opposing yards. Beyond that I see it being a BUG control build.
My current deck is to patch up my 8 decks. They've all been sub-optimal because I kept switching to other decks, but I've finally found a nice balance of varied decks that'll likely keep my interest.
This means I'm now going to work on getting random cards that nobody seems to carry along, not spend a truckload of money on them. Duals and Fetches, meh, don't need 'em to compete.

Currently I'm tinkering with a Damia, Sage of Stone deck. It's fully built, but I'm swapping parts in and out to see what I like. I think I may go with more landfall/land matters effects.
I still want to build an Ixidor, Reality Sculptor deck and a Wort, The Raidmother deck. Both are in the early, early stages where they'll need several cards in order to just get playable.
After that, who knows? I may build the Sol'Kanar the Swamp King demon tribal deck I've been thinking about.
Working on 4 decks at once! Started grabbing cards from the pool to build a Mono black Mikey zombie tribal and ended up also pulling cards for a G/W enchantress Siguarda, Silly Silumgar B/U steal and copy, and Narset
Currently building rebuilding 7 EDH decks based after the 7 servants from the Fate Stay Night/Zero series! Looking good so far minus what to do with two decks :x
I'm focused on two main things:
1) Tuning my existing decks
2) Improving my play with those decks to the point that I don't lose in spite of my deck design
I've had really great results focusing on my Ephara deck for so long, probably going to do Skullbriar at that level next (and may change him to another golgari general actually; Pharika is possibly better for what I'm doing). Jenara is just a netdeck of ISBPathfinder's so I doubt I will be looking at it much.

Titania, Protector Of Argoth - needs a Gaea's Cradle. It's basically complete minus that, but that costs a deck in itself.

Karn, Silver Golem is basically done. A few tweaks here and there, but for the most part it is a done deal
I do not like having too many decks so I keep my numbers low. I tend to throw all my chips into one deck.
