I'm currently working on a tarkir-block edh deck with Sidisi and Tasigur interchangeably at the helm. I'm strongly considering re-attending my FLGS' casual edh events but need a way to keep a lid on constructed edh spending while I work on my cubes and various other projects. A block edh deck seemed like a good way of keeping the projected self contained, budget, and highly thematic. The power level should also be in line with the ultra casual players I am hoping to game with at the LGS event.
As I work on the deck though, I am getting a bit concerned I backed the wrong wedge-colored horse. BUG just does not seem as cohesive and powerful as any of the other color combos in the block. If tasigur and co crash and burn, I guess it wouldn't be that hard to pivot into another clan...
Been working on a few decks, most notably rebuilding my Kemba Voltron/Tokens deck and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind Wheels deck. I'm also starting decklists for Experiment Kraj and Nath.
Zedruu is at a pretty stable place, so I tore apart 10 of my other 11 decks and consolidated pieces so that I have 6 decks total that all need work except Zedruu. I kept Rakdos, Lord of Riots because I love playing it. I reassembled Iname as One because it's a humorously bad commander and I like that. I switched my Esper control from Oloro life gain to Ertai enchantments (because Oloro is somehow so hateful a presence that people prefer to play against counterspells than life gain). I put Derevi at the helm of a token deck with all sorts of effects that make mana by attacking alongside ways to use the mana at instant speed so that the turns just sort of snowball. And I built a Borborygmos Enraged control deck, because gruul control sounded funny.
Rakdos, Lord of Riots got a minor overhaul just from the cards I had taken from it to build other decks and I can now put back in, but once battle for zendikar hits and I get a few cards from that for the deck, I'm gonna take the time to really organize and design what I want it to be, and then probably actually purchase some cards for it, particularly the mana base. The commander's casting cost demands dual lands, especially ones that enter untapped, and there are 4 or 5 in those colors that I don't own and can get pretty cheap.
But yeah, I have 5 decks that all need a ton of work and cards that I don't own, so that should occupy me for a good amount of time, but I also have plenty of unused staples floating around now and sleaves to put them in, so I can build a bunch of different things on a whim if need be.

Zedruu: "This deck is not only able to go crazy - it also needs to do so."
My current project is working on 5 mono color decks with the Theros Gods as generals. These decks are designed to played in the star format where you only have two opponents (the people across from you). So these decks would have to defeat their enemy colors. So the white deck has to beat black and red. To take these decks a level further i filled them with hate cards like Pyroblast, Perish, Dystopia, Anarchy, and of course Karma
Apart from the hate cards i went with a devotion theme to get the Gods active as much as possible. Also flavor wise its fitting to have as many colored mana symbols as possible. Stuff like Dawn Elemental and Predator Ooze and Jihad usually are not good enough, but in these decks they work.
The results so far have been pretty great! The games can be BS sometimes BUT they move quickly and strange obscure cards end up being very powerful. We have also used the hate decks in our normal games from time to time and they actually stand a decent chance. The hate cards from the 90s can be so back breaking that janky creatures like Karoo Meercat can somehow work.
I'm still tinkeirng around with a GW Captain Sisay deck, if only to use some really fun Legends that I never get to use otherwise. Just got a Loyal Retainers off of PucaTrade, so it feels like a good use of my time.
I'm currently in the process of disassembling 3 of my 6 edh decks. I really don't know what i'll replace them with though. They just got boring, but I haven't really seen anything that interests me come out in a few years. It might be time to revisit some of the generals I played when I first started edh and see what I can do with my much larger collection.
waiting for battle for zendikar to come out so I can assemble my newlamog eldrazi deck. should be strong in a meta with little mass artifact destruction.

If people leave you alone mono-brown or colorless is great fun. One thing i would recommend is to clearly show which of your non-basics does stuff. I have had some people get annoyed when they are digging through my 9 random lands to see if i have a maze of ith or strip mine
At the moment I have been tweeking Dakkon Blackblade and have been having a blast with it. In the back of my mind, I'm collecting pieces for a Atarka, World Render deck and getting my last two pieces for foiling out Marton (Scalding Tarn and Arid Mesa ). Right now, me and my friends are working on a foil Proxy cube, so that has been the main focus of our playgroup of late.
I just added cards for Prime Speaker Zegana and Xenagos, God of Revels decks to my commander box. I've now got about 500 sleeved cards to pull decks from, so now I'm looking at new storage solutions for my commander pool. I'd like to to get something wood that can hold 1000+ sleeved cards- preferably with adjustable dividers.
The current project is fine-tuning my Mayael and Marchesa decks, and assembling the pieces required to build Derevi, so that I can give Linvala, Aven Mindcensor, and my foils of Luminarch Ascension and Beastmaster Ascension a home.

If you figure out something good for that, I'm interested. I've currently got ~3200 cards in mine, and I'd like something sturdier than my pair of 3k count cardboard boxes. I haven't looked all that hard yet, but I'd love to find something with drawers that fits sleeved cards nicely.
I finished the last things I mentioned in here (Jaya is all foil, played around with the decks I was planning to), so I have no real projects right now. I'm playing around with Marchesa, the Black Rose and Tajic, Blade of the Legion, but I've built and tuned those before so I already have a pretty good idea of what I like and don't like in there. I might try to put together Karametra, God of Harvests or something in Bant colors at some point soon.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
Currently building a Horde of Notions deck. Thought it was time to use the land base that I have collected over the last year for my EDH box. Plus I really like the toolbox aspect of the general.

Oh well. With enough time & postage, pucatrade will get me there. As I work on the deck though, I am getting a bit concerned I backed the wrong wedge-colored horse. "Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
Radha, elves to ramp...you've got critters to attack. Mask of Memory is your friend & Kazandu Tuskcaller is a strong and cheap finisher with little mana commitment each turn (more mana to commit to denial strategies). Sylvan Library exists. Creeping Renaissance is a great two-shot "draw spell". For bigger critters, you've got Momentous Fall, Life's Legacy, & Soul's Majesty effects. Garruk, Primal Hunter is very, very strong and Xenagos, the Reveler makes sure you have hasty board presence or can ramp you. Domri Rade helps you draw cards sometimes. For swarms you've got Collective Unconscious/Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury/Shamanic Revelation and with enough of a critical mass you have Collected Company, Lead the Stampede, & Garruk, Caller of Beasts. Garruk's Horde exists too.
...Now I know why people say I'm the dick that loves to kill your lands. X_x
