I am not certain what direction I should go with Intet. It looks like a great commander that could 'store' spells on itself, but Kaho, Minamo Historian can do that better and earlier. Would it be easier if I use Intet as a Show and Tell style card that focuses on casting expensive permanents? Or would dragon tribal be the way to go, giving me access to cards like Dragon Tempest?
One of the reasons I love Intet so much is because she's so versatile. Cheating out nonsense like Omniscience or extra-turn effects like Time Stretch would perhaps be the most broken thing to do with her. She plays well with Wildfire and Destructive Force if your group is into mass land destruction. She two-shots people in conjunction with Xenagos, God of Revels. Etc. I'm currently running a creature-heavy Dragon tribal build myself.
I was planning on doing Dragons for my intet deck. FRF Atarka is just that good and added to a swathe of temur goodies makes it really appealing. I also think there is a good amount of room to allow another non dominant theme however but i have no idea what it will be.

Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.
Do you store counterspells on Intet to protect it, or do you focus mainly on using it to cast expensive spells. I kinda like the idea of a dragon shooting counters.
It depends on how much you build into top deck manipulation. Personally I would prefer to cheat in expensive spells to keep mana up and counter spells in hand but if she exiled a counter spell the more the merrier right?

100 or 60 cards, Jace is still closer to broken than most, I prefer playing without him.
I haven't thought about using the portal tutors! Thanks for the tip. Originally I play spellslinger using Riku, but it gets kinda bored for the group after I continuously take infinite turns game after game. I like the muscle Intet provides.

Yeah, make sure to play Guided Passage if you didn't already in Riku
I just don't know what you're doing with Jace that's broken. Bouncing a creature? I could do that for 1 mana. Brainstorm? I could do that for 1 mana. Then someone says "hey a planeswalker, might as well attack it" and then you're out of luck. Very lackluster almost all of the time (and this is from someone who plays JTMS in a few decks). If you don't want to play it because it's expensive that makes sense, but it's pretty far from broken.

I have the card, maybe I'm just feeling traumatized by him when I played against another player in 60 cards. Free Brainstorm and fateseal every turn, ouch.

Yeah, he actually just ruined Standard for a while. As for expensiveness, I guess I mean playing him when your opponents can't afford him. I won't have Grim Tutor in my deck at a casual table because it wouldn't feel fair. I never want money to be a factor, you know?

Yeah, a kid in my group actually said that I beat him because I have all the money cards, even when the deck is made mostly from commander precons. Not fun to spend hours on strategy and synergy and be put down by a sour loser.
That said, I prefer the black horse, hence I want to make Intet work. I will add these cards and see how it goes. I could probably do both spellslinging and dragon tribal at the same time...
Just looking at Intet's art, you can tell that she's regal, possesses strength in both body and mind, and she's rich! (see the jewelry). She's your stereotypical Hoarding Dragon style fantasy Dragon. If you want to focus on storing cards underneath her, scry and tutor effects work well with her. Don't forget other cards like the aformetnioned Atarka, World Render, Fireshrieker, and other double strike enablers, or extra combat phase enablers such as Scourge of the Throne/Hellkite Charger, World at War, and even Seize the Day if you want to lean a bit more on the voltron side. Also consider Alchemist's Refuge, Leyline of Anticipation, and Vedalken Orrery to help cast creature and sorcery speed spells on your opponents' turn (or just load up on instant spells if you'd like).
Since you will be paying U2 per trigger, you can get big spells on the cheap and generate card advantage. However, if you cram too many high CMC costs in the deck you'll often find yourself with nothing to do in the early stages of the game. I've played Intet off and on since I started EDH, and wanting to play huge spells like Enter the Infinite and Omniscience on the cheap often lead to top heavy builds. While it was a huge draw to the deck (no pun intended) it also hindered it's early game performance. Anything that has a CMC of 4 or more will generate advantage if you can cast it, so you don't always have to go big. Right now I have her heading a deck based around combat damage trigger cards, including herself and others like Bident of Thassa and Shaman of the Great Hunt.
Since it looks like you want to include a little dragonic subtheme, I would like to recommend Dragonlord's Prerogative as an uncounterable Opportunity of sorts. It's great in both flavor and function and has performed well for me. Good luck!
Take advantage of the meta, so play small creatures that ramp you or spells that upkeep with tempo with blue/black decks.
My first EDH deck was Intet that I fully upgraded, it was Tempo-Control with Midrange back up.
The goal was to out ramp opponent to cast Wildfire into Smokestack or resolve Smokestack then cast a land wipe spell followed by a mass bounce spell.
I ran only 6 counters to pro-tect my board; Force of Will, Rewind, Arcane Denial, Spell Crumple, Counterspell and Counterflux.
To be fair, it was more like a Delver style deck with green cards as back up if I can't resolve a my removal spells into a creature.
I've won games off V. Clique after I Jokulhaups. That just proves how underdeveloped the meta was for my style of RUG-Control.
Thanks for all the advices! I've decided to go with semi-dragon based deck with several counterspies as support, adding combo like Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw. I'm not sure if I should go with the cliche combo with Deadeye navigator at this point. While it's powerful, I feel kinda odd doing that all the time with my creature search.
Also note that Nature's Will is potentially great with Intet, as it means you'll always have the mana to pay for her ability.
Would Sword of Feast and Famine and its ilk work in this deck? I feel that they are powerful equipments that may serve better in other decks with more smaller/efficient creatures.
Feast and Famine works particularly well because of the untap ability. The others are good, sure, but double strike is something would likewise work well. I'd be more likely to run grappling hook or fireshrieker in a deck looking for intet obnoxiousness.
How do you play magic? Is your RUG deck going to U/R/g or R/G/u.
I usually play green as support for ramp, removal, and some planeswalkers if it fits the theme. In my Intet deck I only had a max of 12 green spells if my memory serves me right.
Your play-style will change your list and what is required to be any U/R/x finally decklist.
Its required for my play-style to run - Trinket Mage, Vendilion Clique, Future Sight, Jokulhaups, Rewind, Cryptic Command, Spell Crumple, FLusterstorm, Intuition, Fact of Fiction, Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, Compulsion, Squee, and Brainstorm.
As you can see, I emphasize a control aspect of big creatures. In the end, if you deny your opponents to play magic or resolve anything relevant. Your deck can have a single win condition.

In the past I also played creature-based decks more than anything else, and if it involves green it tends to come down to Tooth and Nail then creature combo. I pick Intet instead of Riku or Animar because I want to avoid doing the same trick over and over again. I want this Intet deck to not be creature heavy, about 15~20 creatures.
I like pieces coming together, so I use a lot of tutors in my decks (Melvin blood tingling). I also like to see and manipulate the cards I draw, so Future Sight type of top-deck cards are a given.

Good question.
As a Melvin I enjoy combination of card effects. Not necessarily those one-shot win con but also those that establish controls or board position. For example, Temur Ascendancy + Saproling Burst, Hunting Grounds + Mystic Snake, or chaining effects like Karmic Guide to Sun Titan to Fierce Empath.

I just found a controlish Intet deck here, quite interesting, and suits my initial idea of using Intet to pew pew counters: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/commander-edh/multiplayer-commander-decklists/596756-intet-control
