So I have an Avacyn deck, which has a pretty considerable amount of ramp built in, so as to be able to cast Avacyn reliably and repeatedly if necessary. But every so often this leaves me with more mana than I know what to do with, so I was considering adding an additional mana sink or two. I'm already running Sacred Mesa.
Heliod, God of the Sun is currently at the top of my list; vigilance is fairly useful, and the devotion shouldn't be too difficult for my deck if I need him as a creature. Mobilization is another one I've considered, but I don't really have much by way of other Soldiers, and the odd mana cost is less convenient for Caged Sun scenarios. Luminarch Ascension seems like it would draw a lot of fire, but might still be the best choice given the size of the tokens. Are there other options I'm overlooking? It doesn't have to be a token-producer, either; those are just the first few that came to mind...
Multiple use: Mirror Entity: is one of my favourites, and since you're already running Sacred Mesa, you can make your pegasus tokens large and kill with them. Vengeful Archon: is a nice one because you can just take all of the damage and then redirect it to an opponent. Evangelize: That's a nice set of large creatures you got there, lemme just take one of your choice. Oh, I'm gonna do it again. And again. And again for each 9 mana I have.
Single use: Martial Coup: is nice and fun, with Avacyn you can kill the board, keep your guys and then get a lot of soldiers. Follow it up with Mirror Entity and wins White Sun's Zenith: end of someone's turn? Make 30 2/2 cats, swing in on your turn. Decree of Justice: Either cycle it for an uncounterable amount of 1/1 soldiers and drawing a card, or hardcast it for 4/4 angels! profit either way.
Evangelize is great because it can stick with you the entire game if you don't walk into targeted removal in response. You can cast it turn nine, do some other stuff, see the board get wiped once or twice, then keep casting it later on when you're out of things to do and your opponents can't do anything about it short of countering it or killing the creature in response. It's a huge headache to deal with if nobody's playing tokens. The simple knowledge of it being in your hand can soft-lock players out of playing creatures, since they would eventually run out while you won't.
Armistice is kinda expensive for just drawin a card, but it's still carddraw in white so it can't be too bad can it?

I play my mono White as a Mangara of Corondor control deck. Tower of Fortunes is easily the best mana sink for that, especially with a mana doubling artifact out, it just allows White to keep up so much more with card advantage.
