This is a list of creatures with built in removal. Formerly this list was specifically for creatures that had build in creature removal only. This list will now encompass creatures with removal of all kinds. At its heart this list is intended to help you make tighter commander lists, by allowing you to double up on the purpose of individual card choices.
Specifically for this list I'm really only interested creatures that provide removal as soon as they come into play, either through ETB triggers Shriekmaw or haste Izzet Staticaster / pseudo haste Qasali Pridemage.
For the sake of completeness I will make some allowances of cards that require support to have removal the turn they come into play. For example cards like Ulasht, the Hate Seed requires you have other creatures in play. Admonition Angel requires you to put a land into play after casting her. If you are playing a card like Ulasht, the Hate Seed or Admonintion Angel, especially as your commander, then I think its better to assume you have a deck that's capable of making that kind of support easy.
I will not however be including cards that would require specific cards to be in play to make that creature have haste or any other ability. For example Royal Assassin and Intrepid Hero both have built in removal, but to be used the turn they enter would require a separate way to give them a specific ability, in this case haste. Which would require support from a narrow set of cards. eg Fervor and friends.
Lastly there are some pretty garbage cards that have built in removal. For example Atarka Efreet. I don't know about you but I'm never going to put a card like that, one that requires a seven mana investment for one damage and a bad creature, into my list for the specific purpose of it being a piece of removal. I truly appreciate everyone's help with putting this list together, but some creatures just won't make the cut, please don't feel left out if you submit a creature and it does not make the list. That being said if you want your creature on the list, tell me why it's playable.
Edit: Latest update 07/18/15 - Added a lot of creatures to the creature removal list. Added creatures to the non creature removal lists.
This list is getting quite long to look through, I'll look into learning how to make links that hide the information until you want to see it so its more managable.
Some of these, obviously, are better than others, but the Hellkite, Atarka, Scourge and Malfegor have performed amazingly well in my EDH decks, and Duplicant shows up in a lot of decks I see too. Your mileage may vary.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and good with ketchup.
List has been updated with all suggested creatures that fit the description of what this list is trying to accomplish. Also I added a few more creatures I found on gatherer.
Specifically looking for more green creatures to add to the list. Does anyone know any?
Skinrender definitely fits the bill for this list. Gargantuan Gorilla not so much. Looking specifically for creatures that provide creature removal the turn they come into play
Green: Temur War Shaman can be removal with a decent topdeck (or facedown creatures already in play).
But, really, green's creature removal looks very different from other colours. I think to consider this question properly, you have to consider all of Green's flash creatures as removal, after a sort.
Does avatar of woe count? I mean it is a tap ability but still. With the right cards it can have haste.
For the sake of this list no Avatar of Woe does not count, not that she isn't awesome. On this list I am only interested in creatures that have removal the turn they come into play without needing support from any other cards. That being said I did add Admonition Angel to the list, her particular support needed is just so easy to activate for any deck.

I agree that Temur War Shaman is potentially removal on the turn he enters the field. However it requires luck and support from another card so I'm not going to include him as I'm trying to make a list of creatures that remove other creatures without support from other cards.
As for all of greens flash creatures being removal. I disagree. To me removal means I can target something and remove it from the field. Greens flash creatures require a level of interaction from my opponents that disqualifies them from being true removal. I would classify those creatures more as combat tricks. The rest of your list is pretty nice though, I especially like Major Teroh.
To answer both of these posts. Yes I am absolutely considering adding a spot for creatures like Acidic Slime and Reclamation Sage. Considering because that opens up a whole new and huge list of creatures to add to the list and I only have so much time to devote to this. Also when I made the list it was specifically with the intention of having a list of creatures that killed other creatures. That being said Acidic Slime can certainly kill artifact or enchantment creatures so I do feel like it would be a valid include. However if I were going to add creatures like that to the list I would actually create and maintain two separate lists, one for creature removal and one for non creature. Again it boils down to time.
What does everyone prefer? Do you like the focused creature removal list or would you like to have non creature removal included?
I think non-creature removal is important in this format, so I would include it. If it was me, I would break your list into multiple sub sections. I would have a section for single target creature removal like Duplicant , a section for creatures with mass removal like Desolation Giant and a section for non-creature removal like Acidic Slime. Just my two cents.
Just thought of two multicolor commanders that do this, then decided to run a search for creatures with similar rules text. Your red section is about to get a lot longer (and filled with pretty marginal Mogg Fanatic clones)...
Marath, Will of the Wild Ulasht, the Hate Seed (Ulasht does require support from other cards, but in this case that "support" is simply having at least one green or red creature on the board. Up to you if that makes the cut. For the rest of the cards, I will try to note if they require anything (other than mana) to do their business.) Acidic Sliver
So, yeah. That's a lot of crappy creatures along with a handful of EDH playables. Maybe I'll go through the list later and try to flag the good ones, unless someone beats me to it. And sorry about the weird formatting. I don't know why it came out that way.

Keep suggesting creatures!!!

EDH:
Nicol Bolas (Control)
Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund (Dragons)
Doran, the Siege Tower (Treefolk)
In a similar vein there's Gruul Ragebeast, Borborygmos Enraged, Bogardan Hellkite. There are tons of red creatures that deal damage when the come into play.
Merciless Executioner
Fleshbag Marauder
Slum Reaper
Æthersnipe
Phyrexian Ingester
Duplicant
Massacre Wurm
Overseer of the Damned
Shadowborn Demon
Bogardan Hellkite
Dragonlord Atarka
Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre
Angel of Despair
And in a way Magister of Worth most of the time.
Desolation Giant
Dragonlord Silumgar
Tornado Elemental
Also, if you have enough B available, there's Crypt Rats, Thrashing Wumpus, and Pestilence Demon. Not sure if that counts for what you're looking for, though.
Harbinger of the Hunt is a mini Scourge of Kher Ridges.
Quarry Colossus is costly, but it is a thing.
Æther Adept is another of the blue bounce creatures. Surrakar Banisher, Vedalken Dismisser, and Aven Surveyor are more expensive versions of this. Riftwing Cloudskate is a suspendable version. Blue has piles of this ability, but Venser, Shaper Savant is probably the best of these.
Icefeather Aven is a multicolor bounce creature.

I *think* it's from Shadowmoor.
EDIT:
Gargantuan Gorilla was a good one, back when I was playing Azusa.
You might be thinking of Skinrender, from Scars of Mirrodin.
Deathbringer Regent works similar to Desolation Giant/Magister of Worth. Dread Cacodemon and Myojin of Cleansing Fire does too.
Have you considered creating a section for non-creature removal for cards like Acidic Slime and Reclamation Sage ?
Edit: Also consider Admonition Angel. Just play your land after you cast her.
2nd Edit: Stingerfling Spider , Oran-Rief Recluse, Elvish Skysweeper and Arbor Colossus if you're working with a surplus of mana are green creatures that can destroy a creature with flying when they enter the battlefield. Nessian Wilds Ravager might do the job, depending on table politics. Foe-Razer Regent will take out a smaller creature.
Nevermaker triggers on leave play, but that shouldn't make a huge difference if you're playing Roon.

Major Teroh (He only hits black creatures, but then Mogg Fanatic only hits X/1 creatures, so obviously some conditionals are allowed.)
Red:
Ancient Hydra (one of my favourite secret tech cards. Usually at least a two for one.)
Colourless:
Triskelion
Triskelavus
Green:
Temur War Shaman can be removal with a decent topdeck (or facedown creatures already in play).

Acidic Sliver
Fell Shepherd (requires you to have at least one other creature)
Furystoke Giant (requires you to have at least one creature without summoning sickness)
Grotag Siegerunner (only kills walls, but included for completeness)
Gruul Guildmage (requires you to have at least one land)
Mardu Heart-Piercer (requires you to have attacked the turn you cast it)
Molten-Tail Masticore (requires you to have at least one creature card in your graveyard)
Ogre Shaman (requires you to have at least one card in hand)
Pardic Arsonist (requires you to have threshold)
Polukranos, World Eater
Psionic Sliver (requires you to have another sliver)
Spawn of Thraxes (requires at least one Mountain)
Stormscale Anarch (requires at least one card in hand)
Titan of Eternal Fire (requires at least one human)
Tymaret, The Murder King (requires at least one other creature)
Unyaro Bees (Monogreen unconditional removal!)
Voracious Dragon (requires at least one tasty goblin snack)
Vulshok Sorcerer
