I'll be frank, I can build a good deck in every 60 card format, but I bloody suck at building EDH. Although I have found I can edit one quite well. I have an Elf deck (which I used the Commander 2014 pre-built deck as a starting point) and a Sliver's deck (first based off Tolarian Community College's decklist). I'm looking at other's lists and they aren't heavily dragon focused as I want (since I want a Tribal deck if possible).
I want a list where I can use reanimation spells, Quicksilver Amulet, Belbe's Portal, and Dragon Arch. Can anyone come up with a Dragon Tribal themed 100 card list using these artifacts with reanimation please? It would be appreciated as I can then build it and edit it as I go along.

@Brentane I actually don't run Quicksilver Amulet, Belbe's Portal, & Dragon Arch in my deck. I used to run Quicksilver Amulet, but generally you just keep dumping Dragons into your graveyard, and I'd rather just reanimate them. But if you like those cards, you can always make cuts and add them instead.
For making an EDH deck, I find it is easiest to list out all the TYPES of cards you want. So, reanimation, artifact-creature-cheaters, DARGONS. Don't forget to heavily consider the basics like Removal, Ramp and Card Draw. Once you have all the basics, just fill them in with the best/your favorite options. Obviously some lists should be longer then others, in this case DARGONS would probably be number one (but they don't HAVE to be. Your commander IS a tutor engine...). So, with approximately 60 non-land cards in the deck and 6 categories, find 10 examples of each list. If you can't find 10, or you start scraping the bottom of the barrel, then fill out the list with items from another list. Your artifact-creature-cheaters are only 3, so those 7 slots can be a mixture of more Dragons, Removal, Ramp or Card Draw. (you probably don't need more than 10 reanimation spells...)
Hope that idea helps. It doesn't always make the greatest decks straight out, but that's what testing and playing is for! Good luck!

Acutally Cardeokhan this helps a lot thank you. Deck building seems so much easier now if I split them in 6 categories with 10 each. Thank you. And thanks everyone else, I'll look at the list you have pointed too. Although don't stop the advice, it is helping a lot.

Seriously though I'd imagine you would want at least all 5 fate reforged dragon lords and stuff like Dragonstorm and Rise of the Dark Realms to get them all out to strike at once.
I'd like to say that any instant reanimation can make some shenanigans with Scion if you include any of the legendary Kamigawa dragons. You just dump one in the yard and instantly rez it, at least getting one of their effects immediately and two instances of it if your opponents where trying to kill Scion. Was always one of my favorite tricks with him.
Dump Bladewing the Risen into the yard with scion. Turn scion into Teneb, the harvester, swing and pay 2G to get both into play then youve pretty much got free reign to dump with scion and Teneb your stuff.

rise of the dark realms works too.. i use it in my scion deck just to end games that last too long..
dragon arch might not be too effective for you, since many good dragons are mono-red, just so u know.
one thing i learned about my own scion deck is that it can be very slow the first few turns, and it usually allows too many free hits from other faster players that it becomes a major detriment to the long-term survivability of the deck. make sure you put some low costing removal in.
I'm a big fan of Reito Lantern in Scion decks. Lets you re-grab dragons for the double striking commando damage win. Also works well against other graveyard decks, of course.

I feel like Bow of Nylea is just better. You shouldn't be dumping too many dragons into the yard at once and the bow gives you some additional utility.
Edit: Hell, I thought the bow only tucked one card at a time. It's even better for this deck than I thought.

I can't argue with that. Anything, really, that lets you interact with the graveyard more.

There's a Scion in my preferred meta, the guy does the same sort of reanimate shenanigans you want in your list as well. Some of the stuff he uses that hasn't been brought up yet:
- the hexproof dragons to make Scion a bit harder to remove
- Dragonlord Dromoka on turns where he decides he needs to go ham with other things
- Savage Ventmaw (I think he has Aggravated Assault in there too)
Once saw another Scion deck Moltensteel Dragon into Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, it takes a little less life to kill someone that way assuming no blocks.

I've actually been using Hua Tuo, Honored Physician in that spot, but Bow of Nylea just seems better. Thanks
