Ok so I recently picked up Zurgo Helmsmasher and I want to make an EDH deck with him as the commander but I don't want to focus on voltron. Instead I basically just want to troll the table the whole game doing shenanigans and have Zurgo as a finisher if I need him. I was hoping to get some suggestions on where to go with this one since I've never built a mardu deck before. Thanks in advance
Thanks guys, I like the chaos theme, although I think I'll steer clear of mld, it's sort of an unspoken rule in our playgroup and I don't want to be the one that breaks that ice.
Seriously, in those colors? If you want to troll, just play Zurgo, a suite of extort and bleeder effects, some ways to pump Zurgo and all the wraths and removal in the world. Your combination of colors lets you deal easily with anything your opponents can get into play.
As for trolling people in Mardu, I guess I'd need to know a bit more of what you actually mean. You can go the mana denial route with Thalia, Hokori, etc., or you can go the Chaos route as some other pointed out, or you can run some of the white hate bears, red land destruction or non-basic hate, black deck extraction spells, or any one of several dozen ways to 'troll' people in your colors.
In terms of actual troll shenanigans, anything that can punish players for overextending in one way or another can do good work (Sheldon's Ruhan of the Fomori "You did this to yourself" deck is a prime example). Redirection tricks like Shunt, Reroute, and Ricochet Trap, damage punishers like Deflecting Palm, Mirror Strike, and Reflect Damage, and so on...
Don't forget Sunforger. I prefer my trolling in the form Lycoris suggested - damage reflection and redirection. There's nothing quite like killing someone with the combat damage from their own commander, is there Mirror Strike?

Nothing trolls people out like discard. Well, at least outside of MLD.
Plop down an Oppression, listen to the other players ask why someone would ever play that, cycle cards and pass for five orbits, then cast Akroma's Vengeance.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Yes... I like this. This is the way that the trolling shall occur! Any more suggestions like these would be much appreciated!
You got to represent the garbage pick of the garbage set: whims of the fates! Take 30 minutes picking the cards! Then have your playgroup hate you! Ebon Praetor is a trolly card because it has 2 different types of counters, and the greatest piece of magic art ever.
Also, goblin game found a home in your deck. Hide your opponent's cards.

In line with spell redirection, copying spells can cause a fair amount of shenanigans as well, with Reiterate being particularly useful as a form of card advantage. Additionally, spells that can punish people for building up too many resources can be potent, and even act as a proper win condition on occasion. Rakdos Charm, Batwing Brume, and Toil // Trouble can punish overextending players while offering some general utility, while Soul Conduit or Reverse the Sands are expensive ways to mess with lifegain players.
Go ahead and run, you'll only die tired.

Phyrexian Obliterator Another fun Bazaar Trader target.
Karmic Justice: By all means do your little boardwipe :3c
Phage the Untouchable: In response to Rise of the Dark Realms I loot Phage. In response to Telemin Performance I vampiric tutor for Phage. I Shunt your Reanimate onto my Phage.
Tainted Strike: The ultimate in combat trick trolling.
Shunt, Imp's Mischief, and Wild Ricochet: Fun
Backlash and Delirium: Really fun in a world where fatties roam the battlefield.
Witch Hunt: Hot potato.
Isochron Scepter: Lots of instants to troll with can be imprinted here, like Swords to Plowshares, Orim's Chant, and Fork.
Spitemare, Coalhauler Swine, Boros Reckoner, Repercussion, and Stuffy Doll: Let the pain begin.
Identity Crisis and Sadistic Sacrament: I might actually be going a little too far with these...
Sorry for a lack of white ideas. Most of these are recycled from a Red-Black deck I had that was centered around trolling.
