I went with 2 at each level. If I hadn't it would ahve gone like this:
BUG: 4
RWB: 4
RB: 3
UB: 3
WUR: 2
Rest: 1
Only 4+ I'd build around, and 3+ I'd play in other decks. 2+ I'd think of a deck idea that could work with it, but I'd never try to make a list, rest I'd never use.
As an aside, this now means that BGU is the only tri-color combination that can't play Tiny Leaders without a (bad) proxy general.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
The dragons were largely misses for me. Atarka hits like a truck, but the other four are all pretty boring. The khans were much more successful, with the exception of Daghatar (mostly because Ghave exists). I'm likely to try building Alesha and Shu Yun at some point, and the others bring something to the table new enough that they could catch my interest somewhere down the road.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
5)
Tasigur - I saw someone talking about a control deck with him, playing opponents against each other, and I think it's both a good and cool idea.
Atarka - It's a pretty straightforward card, but it's powerful. Decks with RG tend to want big monsters, and it's incredibly easy for it to get haste and hit for 12 at least. I'm also putting one into my Xenagod deck.
4)
Yasova - I like the effect, and it's easy enough to boost her power.
Silumgar - Not super powerful, but I like the removal aspect.
3)
Kolaghan - It's in the right colors for dragon tribal, and goes very well in that deck.
Dromoka - 5CMC 5/5 flier that buffs stuff incidentally is fine.
2)
Ojutai - The effect is cool, it's just a bit expensive, and UW doesn't run many dragons.
Shu Yun - I could see putting him in a deck for the double strike, but he just doesn't interest me too much.
1)
Daghatar - I like him in limited, but in EDH I really don't want to be spending 3 mana to move 1 counter.
Alesha - Cool effect, but not designed for EDH.
I'm only going to comment on my Highest and Lowest rated legends in the poll. I guess I'll talk about Tasigur too.
5: Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest: he's aggressively costed and remains in flavor of the Jeskai without being busted like Narset. Will be playing him as the head of a Monk Tribal deck.
1: Ojutai, Soul of Winter: Great name, amazing art but it falls flat for me. It would be much better if at 7cmc it could lock down lands. I mean really it's U/W there aren't enough dragons to turn this into a one-sided stasis.
1: Silmugar, the Drifting Death: It's boring, I mean mind numbingly boring for a legendary dragon.
3: Tasigur, the Golden Fang: I love BUG, the Sultai are my favorite clan flavor wise but Tasigur isn't what I expected. As a general he's non-threatening and delve makes him more appealing. However I just don't like him as much as Sidisi. Though I'll probably switch to him as my default BUG commander so I don't feel like I'm ignoring the command zone like I am with Sidisi at the moment.

My views on the new legends in largely in line with the poll results currently. I'm much more excited about the non-legendaries in this set for EDH.
Dark Deal, Fruit of the First Tree, Sudden Reclemation, Temur Sabertooth, Destructor Dragon, Reality Shift, Archfiend of Depravity, and Ugin of course.
Shaman of the Great Hunt and Harsh Sustenance both look so good on paper but I feel they could have been amazing. (Shaman at 4/4 or 5/2 and Harsh Sustenance at WB and uncommon - at 3 it feels like winmore but could still be good in a board wipe situation)
Not really a fan of green either. The 5 after Daghatar are 4s in my book, I would play them in the right deck, maybe even as commanders, but power level wise and uniqueness not really fealing it.
3 ---- Daghatar the Adamant. I like moving counters around and you can even steal your opponents'. Kind of a nice way to play Ghave without painting a target on your forehead, and I like his flavour. Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury. I love Dash and all the things you can do with it, so this guy gets a three. Otherwise bland dragon tribal. Ojutai, Soul of Winter. Tapping something for a full go-around is good, lovely art. Not a good general though. Silumgar, the Drifting Death. Potentially devastating ability. 3/5 is still charitable.
2 ---- Atarka, World Render. Big dumb beater for dragon tribal. Yawn. Love the moose antlers though, eh? Dromoka, the Eternal. Yawn. Why are you not playing Sigarda?

Shu Yun, the Tempest. Fun and powerful. Nice new option for storm, voltron, patriot enchantress...
4 ----
Alesha, Who Smiles at Death. Again, lots of fun options. Gonna build her as a more aggressive Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang. This guy might be the most effective of all, though I'm not huge into reanimator.
Yasova Dragonclaw. Holy crap. Repeatable Threaten that's really cost-effective. Sign me up.

Daghatar the Adamant. I like moving counters around and you can even steal your opponents'. Kind of a nice way to play Ghave without painting a target on your forehead, and I like his flavour.
