Running Glissa, the Traitor as my commander and I'm wondering, since it's my first graveyard focused deck, what are the best reanimation targets, as well as how many reanimation spells should you run?
Lord of Extinction can be a nice one to combine with Jarad for a bunch of damage. Chainer, Dementia Master is also a nice repeatable reanimation engine that can get creatures from all graveyards. Just make sure you have a sacrifice outlet on hand, to avoid that exile clause.
Currently, my reanimation targets are Kokusho, the Evening Star, Woodfall Primus, Steel Hellkite and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
Rune-Scarred Demon
Sepulchral Primordial
Kagemaro, First to Suffer
Sheoldred, Whispering One
Duplicant
Terastodon
Massacre Wurm
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger if you want to be that guy.
Don't underestimate the power of continually bringing back a Solemn Simulacrum or Burnished Hart for card advantage, or a well-timed removal creature like Acidic Slime or Big Game Hunter.
Sylvok Replica and Moirok Replica could be solid targets for Glissa.
What are you running for reanimation? I'm a big fan of Phyrexian Reclamation for its low cost and repeatability. Strands of Night is good as well, especially if you're running Crucible of Worlds. Obviously Volrath's Stronghold, Beacon of Unrest, and Corpse Dance are incredibly powerful. Fated Return has actually been really impressive as well. Profane Command is actually useful for something besides killing people. I'm excited to try Necromantic Selection as well.
