Cutting too many creature would kinda defeat the point of the deck (not mention make it really ineffective) and having lots of extra attack phase effect is really boring to play against. Snapcaster mage costs more than the current deck.
Don't play Narset then. Narset' S advantage is getting the exile effect when you attack. Extra turn effects and extra attack phases are the win cons (along with comboing out. If you run a lot of creatures you are gonna wiff hard a lot of times since lands and creatures cannot be cast from exile with narset.)
If you are going to play narset, deal with little to no creatures. (Mine runs 0 aside from narset) and deal with extra turns and attack phases. Otherwise, change generals.
Or play a bunch of creatures and see how hard you word when you swing with narset. Remember you ha e to exile when you swing. It is not a choice.
