Definitely a great year for precon cards. Having them almost all at rare meant very few duds among the new cards, and some really powerful and cool new effects.

HM. Angel of the Dire Hour - Awesome effect that is a bit expensive for someone to walk into, but someone will forget this exists and get blown out by it.
HM. Malicious Affliction - Solid removal spell for the cost.
HM. Æther Gale - Mass-bounce with this level of precision is awesome.
11. Infernal Offering - Of all the offerings, this one seems the best at not really helping an opponent out all (especially with a bit of GY removal).
10. Domineering Will - Being able to use another player's creatures to block an incoming attack is very nice.
9. Reef Worm - The flavor and uses for this are awesome.
8. Overseer of the Damned - It's a bit expensive for removal, but it doesn't have a non-black clause and the triggered ability is very good.
7. Unstable Obelisk - I'm always on the lookout for colorless, unconditional removal, and one that doubles as a mana rock is kinda nice.
6. Song of the Dryads - Some good, inexpensive, unconditional removal for green decks is always welcome.
5. Containment Priest - I love how this stops all sorts of shenanigans in all sorts of formats; this will probably impact Legacy and Vintage
4. Dualcaster Mage - Copying spells in a creature form is actually quite awesome and long overdue.
3. Wake the Dead - Mass-reanimation this affordable is rare and not having an exile clause makes this really good.
2. Ghoulcaller Gisa - I love this ability; it feeds sacrifice engines while doubling your creature power in the process.
1. Scrap Mastery - Living Death for artifacts... sign me up!!!
8. Feldon of the Third Path - I know you said no legends or planeswalkers, but this is probably the best made card in the set. Best made and best are not related.
7. Scrap Mastery - This is sure to do absurd things.
6. Dualcaster Mage - Fork-Man will provide super value.
5. Song of the Dryads - Not sure how I feel about this yet, but it could be important.
4. Wake the Dead - Huge potential. Does not even exile the creatures.
3. Myriad Landscape - Ramp outside of green is quite usable.
2. Containment Priest - Extremely powerful and pushed. Since the destruction it causes is seemingly random across archetypes, I will not play it but it is a serious threat I will be worried about.
1. Arcane Lighthouse - Could enter my deck depending on how meta changes
Containment Priest - I'm not sure this needs much explaining really, solid hate bear. If you look at how Grafdigger's Cage performs in the format though I do think that she may be a little overrated.
I regularly see Grafdigger's Cage wreck face (though admittedly, not 100% of the time), and Containment Priest hoses so much more than Cage does.
Here are the cards I'm going to try to find space for in my cube. It's more than ten. This set is nuts.
Containment Priest - Nerfs all kinds of common effects like Tooth and Nail, Genesis Wave, Reanimation of any sort, flicker shenanigans, etc. Domineering Will - This thing is going to be a total and complete blowout, like all the damned time. Reef Wurm - 18 power over 4 bodies for a mere 4 mana is pretty insane for blue Flesh Carver - It's an evasive beater, a decent sac outlet, and it leaves behind a sizeable body when it dies. For 3 mana, that's a great deal. Overseer of the Damned - I like ETB abilities. I like stuff that triggers on creatures dying. This is great for both. Wake the Dead - Insane value city. Like, crazy amounts of reanimation. Dualcaster Mage - I run basically every good Fork and this is one of the best. Scrap Mastery - Living Death for artifacts. Amazing Volcanic Offering - Killing two creatures and two lands for a mere 5 is crazy value. Best of the offerings by far. Song of the Dryads - Green really needs this kind of removal Wave of Vitriol - Another much-needed green removal card, gets around indestructible. Lifeblood Hydra - Crazy Value. Arcane Lighthouse - Great tool for fighting voltron decks. Flamekin Village - I love haste outlets on lands Myriad Landscape - Great ramp available to all colors. Assault Suit - Amazing tool for bolstering voltron, can also do some dirty things like donating Damia to lock people out of their draw steps. Commmander's Sphere - It's a Darksteel Ingot effect that cantrips, which is great. Loreseeker's Stone - Efficient colorless draw. Unstable Obelisk - A mana rock that can also Vindicate. Easy in.
