Along with the new Teferi who you will try to get ultimate. Pillowfort cards to keep people from attacking you to setup the Chain Veil and ultimates. Contagion Engine and Doubling Season to get them loyalty quickly.
Best general option is probably Sliver Queen, she lets you spit out blockers repeatedly. Alternately, Sliver Hivelord gives you a guy who lives through all of your own wrath effects.

Omniscience is banned in the league I'm in
But I could try it out for when I play outside of league.
Dream Halls has a high chance of backfire if you can't win the turn you play it. You're better of Rectoring for Mana Reflection or something. Or maybe just Privileged Position/Moat to protect your walkers.

Sliver queen is your best option as a general. People hate her but she is so good with her ability to poop blockers. Along with some sliver creatures like necrotic sliver, harmonic sliver and you can even use gemhide sliver for some mana accel. Its not a sliver deck but there is no reason to not use good slivers.
aybe hold off on harmonic unless you have a darksteel artifact, just in case you get rid of all their stuff. Darksteel citadel is a nice card as well, as you can target it and it gives you mana anyway.
Damn didn't see that stipulation. I did look at each of the vows to keep specific creatures form attacking. Sphere of Safety also to help out.
Caverns of Despair can slow down creature beats a bit. Keep a couple decent defenders up and you're in good shape. I always think Lethal Vapors/Tainted Æther/Overburden when I'm considering superfriends styled decks as well.
I agree that Sliver Queen seems like a good general choice. She lets you run a couple of the better slivers, too. In addition to the ones Gashnaw mentioned, you've got Manaweft Sliver and Dormant Sliver.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
Depending on how competitive your group feels Mindslaver/Worst Fearsare, I would be weary with Garruk; all it would take is a single activation of either to have him blowed up one of your close-to-ult planeswalkers.

Oath of the Gatewatch; the set that caused the competitive community to freak out over Basic Lands.

I don;t know the m14 and m15 slivers, so its fair i missed Manaweft, but i can't believe i forgot Dormant, you are not attacking, so defender is fine. But the draw part is amazing.
You will aslo wnat to run the 4 commonly used black tutors, Vampiric, Demonic, Diabolic, Rune-scarred demon Getting any card is just too good to pass up.

For sure I will be running all 4 tutors. Probably throw in Mystical and Enlightened as well. I figure a few gods to help draw and for board control won't hurt:

True, and with PW they will be creatures. I say go for stuff that has indestructible though. Sliver Hivelord (A 5/5 beater and gives one of each devotion) Darksteel and blightseel colossus are good picks. Avacyn, Angel of hope. And then you also have access to darksteel plate, shield of kaldra. Also get your incarnations (Brawn, Anger and Wonder.)
The aforementioned Overburden also doesn't care about tokens so you can still make blockers with Queen. Celestial Colonnade and Creeping Tar Pit are worth playing, too, IMO. They get damage through, can block in a pinch. Other manlands are less good. Inkmoth Nexus is good too, I guess, but I don't know if I'd play it here.
Play boardwipes of various types because you hate your opponents having creatures/anything.
Liliana of the Veil is good hand control if you can afford her. She doesn't seem like much in EDH, but that discard adds up when you're wrathing every turn and have all of this card advantage through planeswalkers.
I'm a huge fan of superfriends, and Teferi will definitely be making it into my build. But I would boost the planeswalker count a little. Is there a reason you're only running one version of each walker? Some of them have more than one good variant.
never thought of going pillowfort i was thinking of blockers (Hivelord at the helm, slivers get indest). but yea pillowfort would be a good idea.
Not like i can get forcefeild, (too expenive) But 5 color pillowfort may work wonders. (Still going to run slivers as a backup, but Propaganda, ghostly prison...
Propoganda and Collective Restraint effects don't defend your planeswalkers (your opponents might not know this, so you can take advantage of that and not correct them lol) but Sphere of Safety does protect them.
I'm currently playing a 5 color superfriends list and it is capable of taking over any game and winning at any point. Sliver Queen is the general (and quite good, I might add). Her tokens protect the walkers and can kill your opponent.
I just recently added Trinket Mage/Skullclamp and the Trinket Mage is the only creature in the deck. Some interesting cards I'm playing -- Humility, Jokulhaups, Obliterate, Temporal Mastery, Hinder, Pact of Negation, Spell Crumple. Only playing Planeswalkers that provide immediate value. I've got ramp, wraths, and the top spot removal as well.
Looking for some more card advantage control cards of course.

I also include discussions about cards we took out, cards we banned, and cards we might add.
The planeswalkers so far I think are good:
Karn Liberated
Jace, the Mind Sculptor
Garruk, Apex Predator
Ajani, Mentor of Heroes
Elspeth, Sun's Champion
Tezzeret the Seeker
Liliana Vess
Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker
Sorin Markov
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
Venser, the Sojourner
Kiora, the Crashing Wave

More of a fun build and not super competitive.
Academy Rector into Dream Halls to cheat them out maybe?
