So, I found this nice card Stitch in Time. It's not the typical one more turn card, it does nothing or gives you another turn.
Are you using this somewhere in your EDH decks?
If YES, then WHY? If NO, then WHY NOT?
Bad it is UR, it would be great card in Talrand deck.
For Tibor and lumia, it still does something even if it doesn't provide one more turn. Also with Melek, izzet paragon it can be interesting...
I don't run it because the best thing you can hope for is Time Warp, which only costs 2 more mana to be assured of.
If I want an extra turn for less than 5 mana, It's going to be from Final Fortune. (There are a lot of decks where you can tell that you're winning next turn, like my Riku list.)

a) Don't have all too many actual time-magic effects, so I need to buy/trade for others (which I don't feel like atm).
b) Copying it with Melek gives a couple shots at it, which raises the chance of taking at least 1 turn to 75% rather than 50%.
c) Guy's got awesome wizard hair+mustache.
If it at least cantripped or did something marginally valuable on a failure, then I would play it in every deck I could fit it in. As is, giving up a card and 3 mana for nothing can be more harmful in the long run than I want it to be.
A friend of mine actually went through the effort of making an entire deck based around flipping coins. He used this to get Ral Zarek up to ultimate, then got a few extra turns. He couldn't really do much to win during the extra turns that game, but I still liked the sheer silliness of his deck.
Like others have said, it seems ok in fun Melek or Riku decks. I don't think I'd ever play it, just because I'd hate to spend the mana and get nothing. I've been tempted by Fiery Gambit before in silly spell copying decks, which seems to be in a similar place. It's a much bigger effect if it goes off, though.
Savor the Moment is the three mana time magic that always tempts me. At worst, it's a color shifted Explore for one more mana.

Oh....Savor is good for what I'm using the cheap Warps for in my new Oloro. Basically I just cast Time Warp and Temporal Manipulation (and Mastery if I can get a top deck tutor or BStorm) ASAP to get ahead on lands and cards. So I can stall until Stretching or taking infinite turns with Beacon/Planar Portal.
its not so bad actually.. if you combine it with the thumb, its a 3/4 chance that you'd get the extra turn, and your opponents more often than not would just point and say oh how cute (or things along those lines). for that 5 mana investment, you COULD go for temporal manipulation or time warp, but those things gain you targets painted on your face.
i dont know about fun (fun as in for everyone involved) though, since taking extra turns isn't generally fun for anyone on the table aside from the guy taking the extra turn (even if it is final fortuneed or stitch in timed or other cutsie time cards)
To be honest, I don't actually find a card like this very fun. Sure, randomness can be fun, but if one of the possible outcomes is that absolutely nothing happens, I don't think it's very exciting.

As for more serious use, it is nice if you can copy the spell without much effort (ie no forking it, but rather something like riku of two reflections or melek, izzet paragon).

I need to pick one up for Riku, and maybe for Nin Spellslinger. It's not really good, but it is potentially fun, and I'm more concerned with fun.
