What generals are you bored of seeing, tired of playing against, wish you could see something different from? These generals pilot very similar decks every time, and you want to see something more interesting.
Roon of the Hidden Realm. There are five Roon decks that show up somewhat regularly at my LGS, so much so that I'm debating throwing Torpor Orb in every deck I have. >.<
I also don't enjoy seeing Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge. It's not even that's she's super strong or anything like that, she's just incredibly annoying when she resolves (and I don't typically run many spells, but the exile is irritating). And there are also a fair amount of these here.
I'm also going to add to Nekusar, the Mindrazer. I don't play decks that particularly care about it, but seeing three cast in one game (even though only two were the generals) was just ridiculous tbh.
Prime Speaker Zegana is a general I've seen nonstop since its inception, but the players who use her actually put thought and effort into their lists, so I have to respect that.

For me it's definitely Nekusar.
Agreed bigtime on Nekusar. The deck isn't particularly prevalent where I'm at, but it's kind of gross that every single one is a carbon copy of another (verging from obnoxious to annoyingly dangerous depending on the particular player's budget). Nekusar filled a void so particularly well (in terms of a wheel/punisher/discard commander) that it really limited creativity while building him. Which is weird as hell.
Not in terms of deck construction, but I'm also a little worn out by Child of Alara. Not because he's particularly popular or anything - it's just that one person in each of my playgroups plays him and loves him (which is great for them, of course), but it really makes me hesitant to play some of my decks. I mean, I could play Zedruu and auto-lose, or I could play Glissa and auto-win. It makes deck selection boring for me. That's a personal gripe, though. I still think it's a cool Commander.
Nekusar
Maelstrom Wanderer
The Mimeoplasm
Karador
Animar
Those decks all tend to be horrendously tedious.
I used to be really tired of Kaalia, but she's not played as often any more.
Basicailly this accept Karador since I have a karador deck Nekusar is the one I hate the most at the moment though, I was totally going build one but then it basically got spoiled by the community lol
For me its Niv Mizzet, the firemind... yes I get it... you draw a lot of cards and have so much curiosity. I mean it is very similar to Neku but the way the neku I have to deal with is built it is much less dangerous than the Niv oh did you tap out? everyone is dead!
URx colour combination (and particularly blue) is super popular around here. Much Grixis So Izzet.
Deveri is the most common general though but I play deveri.. and I like to think bird tribal is nice and different (but no less dangerous) than the typical deveri deck.
Mogis, God of Slaughter punisher. Two people have it in our group and while it's not difficult on it's own, people run next to no removal and gets obnoxious with upkeep triggers.
And another for the Oloro train. I've started keeping pen and paper to keep track of their life too. A lot of times I Gray Merchant of Asphodel 2-3 times in a turn thanks to clone only for them to say their life is a lot higher, but that's more player grief. The general himself and playstyle is boring.

Oloro and Nekusar. They are just built exactly the same every time and the game is just dumb with both of them. Every game I sit down in that has an Oloro at the table I just constantly target them and hope to keep their life reasonable (assuming that there isn't someone about to combo all over us). Since Nekusar has been spoiled people have had decks put together with him and they are all the same. Yes, as much as my mono-red deck LOVES card draw, I don't like the way you do it too much.
Since both of them have been released, I have picked up copies of both False Cure and Urza's Armor for either of them.
On a side note, it could just be me, and it is probably because there is only one in my meta but I don't have a problem with Maelstrom Wanderer. My buddy plays one and it is always a blast to play with. No extra turn stuff, no chaos, nothing insanely broken and not build as a goodstuff.dec, every game has been different and fun to play against.
Roon of the Hidden Realm. I hate playing against dedicated flicker. I feel like I have to kill every single creature they play before they can start blinking or they win and then they have many good ways to get stuff back from the graveyard.
Kaalia of the Vast. It'd be great if everyone didn't have the exact same Kaalia deck and everyone didn't pack 8 massld spells in it to instantly give them the win once they untapped with Kaalia out.
Those. Every single game has one or more of those as the general from one person or another in a group with 5-8 players and they are just tiring.
Animar turns take forever, and he's especially frustrating because he's immune to most good removal. If you sweep him, he recovers the fastest.
Wanderer is mostly the same, but less fun to play against because you can't counter him cause he'll just cast him again next turn for more of the same.
I'm rather surprised at all the vitriol towards Maelstrom Wanderer. Maybe people play him differently than me, but I feel like he embodies what everyone (read: most) people want from EDH. He's big-plays.deck. You just load up on ramp, 7-drops, and cards that keep the game rolling like Time Spiral and Wheel of Fortune.
It's not so much generals that I'm bored of seeing, but its the decks for those generals that are the same thing regardless of where you go (most of the time). This is basically Zur, Kaalia, Arcum, Sharum, Geist, Uril, and Rafiq. For the most part, these are the ones that spoon-feed you a deck. I've never been a fan of that.
we generally do 2v2 with standard banned list and not the 1v1 list. it makes me want to flip tables most of the time. every derevi deck is built the exact same, every oloro deck is built the exact same but with the added benefit of constantly having to write things down while waiting for them to combo. wanderer and edric are also always built the same way. ramp ramp ramp. elves elves elves.
Our regular league players tend to have generals played by 2 players but no more. There are 2 Sydris, 2 Sharuums, 2 Zeganas, 2 Maraths, 2 Lazav, 2 Roon, etc.
Roon and Orloro seem to be a favorites among players who only play once in a while, which is a bit obnoxious to me as a Roon player (as I consider that "my gig" .)
