Glissa, the Traitor hands down for ever and ever amen. I play the Baubles list and love every grindy, painful second of it. Unironically playing Chromatic Sphere is the best part of EDH, for me, outside of winning with Extort.
I love your Glissa deck - I refer to your list often while working on my own version. Just did a test run and the baubles are so much fun to abuse.
My favorite deck is Ashling, the Pilgrim burn/punishment. With the help of a few veteran players, it is now a finely tuned instrument of explosive fun. Ashling comes down early, gets bigger, then deals general damage or explodes, clearing the board and smashing faces. She's a deterrent, a beatstick, and a boardwipe. She bypasses pillow forts and hoses tokens. Plus I have a foil Ashling, and she's oh so pretty.
My favorite legendary creature is Doran, the Siege Tower, though I've yet to find a build that I really enjoy playing with him as the centerpiece.
My favorite general so far has been Azami, Lady of Scrolls. I didn't go the wizard tribal route a lot of people do and I focused more on a political, multiplayer game with long-term goals in mind. Teferi has really just been a conversion of that deck with more emphasis on this idea, but something about playing her was a lot of fun. Very flavorful with research and drawing cards. I've actually been tempted lately to take my current list, swap her back and replace Arcanis with Teferi in the 99.
[EDH] It's built to be a casual format and to a specific vision, and if you don't like the vision, there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not going to change to accommodate everyone. Big tent is not a goal.
Rakdos: my newest general. I think it's most enjoyable because every win feels well-earned (even with 2 Eldrazi, Sorin, Blightsteel and Master of Cruelties in the same deck.)
Rubinia: Stealing my opponents things and using them to beat them has always been my favorite way to play magic. It makes every game feel fresh even if I play the same deck again and again. I also run some blink shenanigans to get some extra oomph out of what I play and steal. Oh and the new art is great.
Kemba, Kha Regent. She's great for Voltron, and pilots so differently from any of the decks I've played in the past.
Honorable mention: My first EDH deck was Naya goodstuff with Rith, the Awakener. When I saw her FTV art, I fell in love and started building in advance.
Aieeeee. I have currently 18 decks. Pick a, uh, favourite you say?
I guess in the end that could be Intet, the Dreamer. Because cheating hasty fatties into play(with plenty of randomness involved) probably is not a thing that can get boring. It is my pet deck, at least.

Definitely my UBx Zombie deck. It plays different everytime due to utilizing opponent's resources, being almost tutorless (Corpse Harvester being the exception), and the general "rotating" everytime. The Mimeoplasm gives a different angle of attack than Sen Triplets or Jeleva,Nephalia's Scourge.
My top two right now are probably: Tajic, Blade of the Legion
He's just a lot of fun and it's a deck I feel I built from nothing whereas most of my decks come from a baseline idea. I've tried tons of different strategies with the deck and it's been overhauled 4 or 5 times. It's built for duel commander, but it's been fun for multiplayer as well.
Karona, False God
Originally, it was going to be a joke deck. It's still a joke deck, but its performance is way too good for me to view it as such. It runs some vows and some stuff that forces Karona to attack and has a bunch of pillow fort cards as well. I've also crammed in as many charms as I can as well as a bunch of super janky win conditions (maze's end, maelstrom wanderer, zur the enchanter). It's loaded with tons of silly cards and just does stupid things, like endless whispers and homeward path. I've managed to force someone to kill another player when they needed to team up against me (no, not through politics, but with vow of wildness and furor of the bitten).
Oh, and of note is that I purposely run all the worst art I can possibly find. For lands, I purposely have the best mix of mis-matched lands I can get. I even have a proxy forest (with a forest behind it in case someone cares). On the other end I have a full art zendikar forest, and everthing in between. I have the old terminate and the duel deck knight of the reliquary as well as a bunch of others.
The deck is a blast to play and it almost always gets at least a smile.
Angus Mackenzie. It has no creatures, no win conditions and wins all the time. I like it so much I got Angus Mackenzie altered because the picture was terrible.

The nuclear explosion in the background always bothered me.
EDIT: My alter is pretty sweet, it's got Karakas in the background instead of a mushroom cloud.
The explosion makes me laugh (because of the first scene with him in Monty Python and the Holy Grail), but then again it's probably just the Monty Python fan girl talking.
When in doubt, I reach for Mogis, God of Slaughter. The deck started with Kaervek the Merciless at the helm, but Mogis is so much more likely to enter play. My version of the deck forces people to do things rather than sit; this in turn speeds things up so games are over before the 90 minute mark.
Still, I get a kick from playing Stonebrow, Krosan Hero and Sol'kanar the Swamp King, as well. The former just makes big guys and turns them sideways, while the latter is full of fun cards.
Cheers!

I also really enjoy Molimo, Maro-Sorcerer as a general because everybody always finds him non-threatening until he's swing for massive.
My favorite decks are:

Jaya Ballard though Lavinia + Deadeye ruins it.
Saffi Eriksdatter because it's resilient
Atogatog because atogs are awesome.
