I thrive on collective groans so whenever Grave Pact hits my board I always grin manically and rub my hands together.

No one spoke. There was no need. The threat of the Eldrazi presented a simple choice: lay down your arms and die for nothing, or hold them fast and die for something.
[EDH] It's built to be a casual format and to a specific vision, and if you don't like the vision, there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not going to change to accommodate everyone. Big tent is not a goal.
Marath: it's a tie between Godsire and Cathars' Crusade. Cathars' Crusade ends the game if unanswered for more than a turn or two, and Godsire is big, splashy, and fun in my opinion.
My General. My decks tend to lean on the synergy with my General, so when I'm playing it I know that shenanigans are about to ensue.
If I had to choose specific cards, then I would probably have to break it down by color:
White - Austere Command: there are always two modes to pick that wreck the opponent's board and yet leave you with plenty of ammo. It's the thinking man's sweeper...
Blue - Cryptic Command: especially in bounce and counter mode
Black - Promise of Power: with Entwine of course... so much value
Red - Wheel of Fortune: especially nice when I've emptied my hand and my opponent's are holding 7+ card hands
Green - Doubling Season: there are a million cards I love casting in green, but Doubling Season is always the precursor to some awesome sets of plays
Artifact - Duplicant: exiling creatures with added value is always nice
Nekusar - either Time Stop or Curiosity. Nobody ever expects Time Stop, and Curiosity is just stupid on Nekusar.
Norin - Confusion in the Ranks because I like to hear people groan
Rakdos, LoR - Plague Spitter. I don't know why, but I just love the little horror. Kodama of the North Tree - Craw Wurm because it's Craw Wurm. Does it need more explaining?

With all these Nekusar and Purphoros decks running around, Dissipation Field has quickly become one of my favorites.
That's awesome. For me, my favorite card is Spell Crumple. I put it in every deck, even if they don't contain blue. I just need to have access to one at all times.
My personal favorite is Norin the Wary. Being able to take a card that's essentially unplayable* in every other format and to use it to power out ridiculous shenanigans is the best feeling.
*If a Purphoros-based deck shows up on Modern I guess he might make an appearance as a form of inevitability, but that's still a bit of a reach.
Whether you like it for fun or winning. Just, what single card do you enjoy casting the most?
For me, it is my Maelstrom Wanderer. I love the randomness of what I will get.
[Primer] Kozilek, Butcher with Juice.
In Saffi Eriksdotter: Panglacial Wurm off of a fetch land always feels great, especially if it can be fed to Birthing Pod thereafter.
In Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund: Blades of Velis Vel before Karrthus.
In Ghave, Guru of Spores: Aura Shards (Jerk Mode Activate )
In Glissa, the Traitor: Scrabbling Claws
In Rayne, Academy Chancellor: Fool's Demise
In Basandra, Battle Seraph: Boros Battleshaper
In Sedris, the Traitor King: Cruel Ultimatum
In Derevi, Empyrial Tactician: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician
RRR - Bosh's School of Hard(cover) Knocks
In Nekusar - Molten Psyche
In Nath - Sadistic Hypnotist
In Krenko - Krenko, Mob Boss
In Thassa, it's either Invoke Prejudice, or Carry Away.
Oakenshield, it's probably Hamletback Goliath, or Malignus, or Cauldron Dance, or Red Elemental Blast.
In Vorel, it's Myojin of Seeing Winds, or Fathom Mage.
There are too many cards to list. Doomwake Giant is a new favorite, as is Disciple of Deceit.
Marath: it's a tie between Godsire and Cathars' Crusade. Cathars' Crusade ends the game if unanswered for more than a turn or two, and Godsire is big, splashy, and fun in my opinion.
Kamahl: Genesis Wave is always fun (for me).
Sachi: Mana Reflection, more mana than I know what to do with.
Lovisa: Price of Glory because it drags the much better control decks in my group down to my level.
Hythonia: Grave Betrayal into Hythonia's monstrous ability is typically pretty funny.
Vorosh: Doubling Season
Athreos: probably Pontiff of Blight
Keranos: Rite of Replication
Let's be honest, I like big splashy spells.

I also like casting Wheel of Fortune. It's kind of fun seeing what you'll get when you refill your hand. Almost like opening a booster pack.

Urza's Armor and Guardian Seraph completely neuter Nekusar decks, too, since every trigger from all the pain sources is just 1 damage each time.

Yeah this is one of my favorites. But the one that gets me the most groans is Rooftop Storm in my Grimgrin zombie tribal.
