Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!
This was a while ago. We were playing Emperor, and my opponent's Emperor managed to take control of my general. My team then tried getting it back, only to have the spell Pact of Negationed by the opposing Emperor. I then proceeded to tutor up Tectonic Edge and mess with the Emperor's mana base, so he couldn't pay for Pact. Ended up killing 3 people with one land :).
Wasn't me, but my wife. Was playing a mostly-casual Rafiq bigstuff.dec. I played Serra Avatar, and planned on giving it trample next turn...until she kicked Agonizing Demise. DOH!
At a five-player table with no one out yet, I was playing Riku of Two Reflections. I had been targeted since the beginning of the game because Riku of Two Reflections (which is a perfectly acceptable reason). I had a Prophet of Kruphix, Riku, and some land on board but an empty library (the Mirko Vosk player had successfully milled my entire library into my graveyard off of a Traumatize, Mind Grind, and other mill) and the rest of the table left me for dead to lose on my draw step.
On my turn, I used Genesis's upkeep trigger to return Eternal Witness from my graveyard to my hand. Still on my upkeep, before proceeding to my draw step, I flashed in the Witness (using Prophet) and copied it (using Riku) to recur Palinchron and Comet Storm from my graveyard, made infinite mana using Palinchron and Riku, and (still on my upkeep) killed the table with an arbitrarily large, multi-kicked Comet Storm. I'm a bad person.
Playing stranglehold against a combo player that would tutor combo/tron pieces to win(artifact ramp+combo deck).
He was stuck and couldn't do anything. He left the table after the mono-black player won. We were all teasing about how he left so as to get an answer for stranglehold
I was playing Nicol Bolas EDH on cockatrice because poor, and I was being targeted for the crime of ticking Tamiyo, the Moon Sage up to 7 counters before anyone could deal with it (I did literally nothing to protect it).
Anyway, I cant remember exactly what made me do this, but I decided to Spelltwine my Time Warp, and my opp's Conflux (they were playing Child of Alara.dec). The table conceded as I was tutoring.
f-ing cockatrice.

That shouldn't have worked because Opponent A was supposed to sacrifice both Stage and Dark Depths in order to get Mariat Lage.

Not to mention that if opponent A Thespian Stages Dark Depths he has to choose one to keep and one to sac. You sac the Dark Depths and then the Stage triggers saccing and getting Marit Lage, there shouldn't be either in play once the token is made.
That sequence of plays doesn't work for 2 reasons. One: the Thespian Stage + Dark Depths combo doesn't leave a depths behind. One dies to legend rule the other to the Depths Trigger to make Marit Lage which involves sacrificing the land. And Two: Vesuva enters the battlefield as a copy of the land. Depths enters the battlefield with 10 Ice Counters. Vesuva copy enters with 10 Ice Counters.
The meanest play I've done was after my opponent had used Sorin Markov to drop me to 10 life I used Praetor's Grasp to take the Exsanguinate out of his deck to ensure no random top deck victory. A few turns later with him having lethal next turn, I cast the Exsanguinate and kill him.
A Mimeoplasm player was swinging his 11/11 Primordial Hydra into the Niv-Mizzet guy with 40 life, who doesn't have blocks. I target the Hydra with Tainted Strike. To be fair, I later avenged the Niv-Mizzet guy by taking the Mimeoplasm guy out myself.
Crazy stuff into Academy Rector -> Diabolic Intent -> Yawgmoth's Bargain -> Words of Worship -> Channel -> infinite life + draw the deck -> Glacial Chasm -> Hurricane for a million. turn 2. I think it was a 5 player free-for-all.

Once held on to a Desertion all game. We reach a point we were all more or less burnt out from spell slinging earlier on. Guy casts It that Betrays, hoping to gain the upper hand. I counter it and take control. I'm able to lock everyone out until I combo off.
Taught a friend why Phage the Untouchable is not a good card to play in EDH when I cast Living Death after it got milled.

Well, on Saturday's prerelease, my opponent (who seemed new to the game) put dragon's mantle on his arena champion, attacked, and pumped once. I pointed out to him that he could pump it as many times as he wanted, not just once. He got pretty excited, thanked me, tapped out to pump it to four power, and then I hit it with reprisal. So, yeah.

[EDH] It's built to be a casual format and to a specific vision, and if you don't like the vision, there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not going to change to accommodate everyone. Big tent is not a goal.

The meanest play I've ever seen done either would be a Riku player using Knowledge Exploitation copied with Riku to steal Time Stretch and Time Warp copying both of those with Riku to take 6 extra turns. Or a player enchanting Nekusar, the Mindrazer with Glistening Oil + Windfall to instantly kill every other player.
