In another game, I was playing mono red again, my opponent casts sadistic sacrament. I then cast reiterate 3 times copying his spell and exiling 45 cards from his deck.
I don't know if this counts as a mean play, but I was playing an infinite combo-less Intet, the Dreamer deck, and I literally took a half hour turn(s) while everyone was tapped out. It involved Time Stretch + Regrowth + Noxious Revival + Temporal Mastery. Played lots of other spells in the middle looking for definitive wins and ended up having to win by just hit for 6 each turn... I wasn't even able to kill everyone, I just wasted a half hour of everyone's time.
In general I feel the most mean with my Derevi Stasis deck. I rarely go for that kind of win, but when I have a Hokori, Dust Drinker or Opposition, I'm the only one playing.
Opponent has a nice juicy Primeval Titan staring me down. I talk up a good poker face, wishing that I had the Titan. I play a Summoner's Egg imprinting a creature face down with Confusion in the Ranks in play. I swap the Egg with their Titan. While this is happening, the opponent is giving me crap, reminding me that I didn't need to imprint a creature on the Egg to swap it for the Titan.
After some swearing and "acting" mad at myself, I Shatter the Egg. Wonder what was underneath? Phage, the Untouchable
I don't know how mean it counts, but I have left two players with no permanents through Smokestack after a third player resolved Armageddon - with absolutely no recovery plan.
On a side note, this is one of my favorite threads, EVER.
I once cast Warp World, and flipped enough artifacts/lands to cast Scrambleverse afterward. Two people scooped, but the last opponent was a trooper and played through it.
In another game, I played Torpor Orb on Turn 2 against Omnath, Locus of Mana and Reaper King. That sucker stayed around for a long time, too, because they mainly used creature-based answers for artifacts. Oops
I did something similar before too when I had Prophet of Kruphix and flashed in a Terastodon. Then, after cloning it with Phyrexian Metamorph, I destroyed three more of my opponent's lands (the ones the tapped for blue, specifically). He scooped before it came back around. In the same game, I drew over 40 cards from blinking Prime Speaker Zegana while Worldspine Wurm was on my side of the field. Good times, good times.
Haven't done anything really mean per se, but once I was playing a G/W deck back in M10/LOR block, and I was playing against an Elfball deck, and he was going off and doing all the math and such, and when he was done doing what he had to do, I played Fog. He damn near flipped the table.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it....
Ink-Treader Nephilim as my general, someone else has Titania's Song in play, I play Natural Affinity and then Threaten on on Ink-Treader. There is a player with Phyrexian Altar in play and he has no responses. 5 player game, I kill 3 of the other 4 players on the spot, Sac all the remaining players land, creatures and artifacts to generate some mana and cackle maniacially.
Years ago, there was a 12 man big game free-for-all. Before my attack phase, I Berserk my Sliver Queen. I Regrowth Berserk and cast it again. Another Berserk hit it from across the table. I swung for 56 Trample. After damage was dealt, and the annoying Ashen Ghoul/Nether Shadow Deck was gone, I promptly bounced the queen with Karakas.

Vintage. That's about it. Maybe Standard, if it could get it together into something interesting enough to play.
My friend did this. 4-man planechase edh game. Turn 1, he reveals cards from the top, hitting solemn simulacrum, putting it into play and ramping to 2 lands. Turn 2, he sacs it and reveals until he hits primeval titan (not yet banned), ramps to 4, draws a card, plays land #5, plays and equips lightning greaves, swings, ramping to 7 lands. Turn 3, plays avenger of zendikar, fetch land, swings. We scoop.
You know the card is good when 1/3 of the people say its underpowered, 1/3 say its just right, and the other 1/3 say its overpowered.

One of my meanest plays was when i managed to convince someone to hit a person with
a Hellkite Tyrant, so i flashed out a Mycosynth Lattice, gotten rid of one player, then when i t was my turn , i stole the Hellkite Tyrant and stook that dudes permanents.
Wasn't me, but my wife. Was playing a mostly-casual Rafiq bigstuff.dec. I played Serra Avatar, and planned on giving it trample next turn...until she kicked Agonizing Demise. DOH!
I did the same thing to my boyfriend with Backlash way back when
Last night I was playing a chaos deck and managed to land an Eye of the storm with a Scrambleverse on it. After a few turns of changing permanents, I cast a Knowledge exploitation, targeting the jund player, and find a Violent Ultimatum, blowing up everyone else's permanents after a few cycles eye of the storm rotations

There's no prize for being a nice guy.
Math also states that even in a situation where your cards can't win your opponent still has a miniscule chance of having a heart attack, stroke, nervous breakdown, or being hit by lighting. Therefore giving you the win by default.
6 man table, roughly 9 flying creatures on the field. One of the guys casts Hurricane for 5 to kill all the flying creatures...i responded with Reverberation, doing 75 damage to him.
