I'm thinking of building a deck centered on Sneak Attack and Impromptu Raid. Should I stay just Red and Green or is there a third color I'm missing out on? Is there a similar list to look over or a general who would best fit my theme? Any other input would be appreciated as well.
Add black and go Jund. having access to cheap recursion makes both of them WAY better, since once they're sacced you can get mileage out of it. Use it as an amazing discard engine to fuel yet another strategy.
I would add White so you can tutor those enchantments up. Enlightened Tutor, Academy Rector, Idyllic Tutor, and Sterling Grove's activated ability come to mind. Creatures in Naya colors come in pretty big sizes as well. You may also want to think about including Sundial of the Infinite to counteract the end of turn sacrifices you will have to make. Actually this sounds like Mayael the Anima could be a perfect fit for you.
It sounds like adding a third color is definitely the way to go then. Not a full consensus on which though, I believe all other colors have been mentioned at least once. Thanks for the input!
I'll echo the support of Jund, and specifically Adun Oakenshield. Gives you some built-in recursion for your creatures. It does suck that he's quite expensive, though.

Oversold Cemetery is great when you're dropping creatures in the yard every turn, and there's plenty of other cards that help you with the top of your deck
That said, both white and black also have merits (enchantment tutor and recursion, respectively) to this kinda deck.

I run Sneak Attack in my Rakdos deck with a fair amount of recursion. It started as a really bad "use Rakdos to play big dudes for free" deck, but the players in my area are pretty cut-throat and the deck failed miserably. I added SA and recursion and it's like an entirely new deck. SA is always my first tutored-for card, unless my mana base has failed me (nothing like tapping out on turn 4 to demonic tutor for a swamp ). I can see the merits of adding green so that situation doesn't happen as often. One thing to look out for is SA draws a LOT of hate once you use it to drop a blightsteel colossus on someone's face. Back on topic, I highly recommend you run some combination of black, as the massive amounts of recursion black has access to make Sneak Attack pure gold.

I'd go with adding black for more tutor power if you're building around a non-commander card.
It also provides a few commanders who work well with those kinds of cards, such as Kresh the Bloodbraided, Sek'kuar, Deathkeeper, and Adun Oakenshield.

It looks like adding black is the way to go. I wonder if I can get my hands on an Adun Oakenshield.
Thanks for all the suggestions! Any others?

Some of the cards I run purely for Sneak Attack Synergy:
Phyrexian Reclamation
Tortured Existence (works wonders with Squee, Goblin Nabob)
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed
Warstorm Surge (personal favorite, sneaking in a Blightsteel Colossus kills one opponent outright, as the creature is the source of the damage)
I used to run Strands of Night but my Crucible of Worlds got pulled for another deck and I found myself not wanting to sac lands.
