Okay for thsoe of you who have seen these decks before, i like Tribal decks, however my attempt is to build tribal decks i have not played before.
Now I do have a Merfolk and Fungus deck in the works so those two are off the table.
And decks that i have played or that I play myself are
-Wizards
-Goblins
-Squirrels
-Elf
-Soldier
-Rats
-Spirits
-Zombies
That's all i can name off the back of my hand. I have played scarecrow but i am actually not against making it again. Last time it was in circulation, it was not good, but my meta has changed since then.
But aside from Reaper king, I don't want any suggestions of a deck that is more than 3 color (However two or even one is preferred) And the second part that it has to be budget friendly (So around 50 bucks)Land base is not included in cost
Oros knights can be pretty fun / semi-decent. Being as they are a pretty popular tribe, it would probably be pretty hard to fill out the list on a $50 budget, though.

I'll second the vote for snakes. They're a cool underplayed tribe that has a lot of cool tricks. Seshiro the Anointed would be my choice for general there personally, since green doesn't really need the ramp from Patron so much as it needs a nice reliable form of card advantage. I'm sure you could do some shenanigans with Patron, especially if you add Seedborn Muse into the mix, but then it becomes less tribal and more combo.
This list could get you started in the right direction, if you end up wanting to do W/B/R knights. There's plenty of budget knights, plus you get Sunforger support, equipment support, and anthems and such. Seems pretty good.

while the list is helpful not too sure i would enjoy knights.
Druids. There's a mono green druid legend that you can use. It like Heritage Druid but for druids. Can't remember it's name though
Or snakes. There are plenty of snake legends to choose from. All are mono color I believe.
Seton, Krosan Protector. Druids are probably my favorite tribe. You also get Gilt-Leaf Archdruid who should be legendary, but has to be in the 99. The fist of Krosa brothers Kamahl and Baru. One thing I think people often miss is all the enchantresses have been errata to druid creature type. I run a Krond the Dawn-Clad druid tribal enchantress deck that is pretty solid, I'll have to get a list up.
Dragons gives you any color combination you want. I've wanted to rock bladewing the risen for a long time.
Both are fatties decks though so you have to rely on a ton of support cards.
I'd like to get in on the snakes tribal suggestion and agree knights would probably be boring. Soldiers do the same thing but have better support. There is always gaddock teeg tribal kithkin?
Um, zombies? There are some expensive zombies, but there are also many good cheap ones. I'm a little on the stingy buying singles unless the card is really important to my deck, but my Grimgrin list has been pretty effective despite avoiding some of the costlier lords.
Tribal zombies or vampires. They are both largely supported, and the deck can have some more staying power. If you are looking for something more abstract... Tribal Rebels. I hear it can be done well, but I haven't seen it.

Vampires are a very good tribe, and most of them are pretty cheap. The exceptions, such as Nirkana Revenant, are quite good, but not essential. A few of the good supporting cards can add up, and some of the better generals will run you a few bucks, but overall it shouldn't be too expensive to make a playable deck.
For budget, I would probably go R/B with Olivia Voldaren as general.

RG Warriors?
I've played against W Rebels, and it was fairly solid and cheap to build, according to its pilot.
Cheers!
