Of late it's definitely been Birthing Pod. I've always loved grindy attrition decks and this card slots perfectly into most of my green attrition decks. It lets me get what I need at a small cost and often lends itself to the reuse of my resources since most attrition decks run plenty of recursion as well.
Aggressive decks that win through combat need cards that counter the naturally high life totals in this format and Heartless is probably the best, being repeatable AND a body. After just one activation, those grindy, value-engine control/combo decks (a.k.a., a lot of EDH decks) are in serious trouble, and if Ruric is already out/resolves, it's very common that such decks are just dead.
Honorable mentions to Wrecking Ogre and Magmatic Force; the former leads to massive combat blowouts while the latter piles a ton of damage on problem decks and/or locks out dangerous utility legends like Derevi/Riku/etc.
Maybe Acidic Slime? I probably use it to eat a land that puts someone off their colors 95% of the time, but the ability to hit artifacts and enchantments is always very nice, as well. Plus, now my opponents get to swing into a deathtoucher if they so choose. The perfect Clone, Rite of Replication, and/or Reveillark + Karmic Guide + sac outlet target. So many good things to say.
I've been playing a lot of Uril lately, so one card I'm never upset at the sight of is Runes of the Deus. Turning my already Hexproof commander into a 9/9 Trampling, Double-Striker with one card gets me all antsy in my pantsy.
Otherwise I think my favorite card would be Eternal Witness.
My favourte card is Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. 10/10 trampling, annihilating, reusable Eldrazi, that draws you cards. So much value!
*ahem*
12/12 with no trample, unfortunately. You'd think that if anything could trample you, it'd be Ulamog or Kozilek.
Sidenote on them: Kozilek has blown up to nearly $40?! And Ulamog to nearly 30. Let's hear it for casual appeal, because you know 12-Post isn't doing that.

It's not casual that's making the Eldrazi Titans expensive, it's Modern Tron btw. Casual doesn't usually boost cards over 10$.
It's also why I wish Karn Liberated would fall in price...sold mine for like 15$ after standard rotation...bad move.

1. It's Tron in Modern and EDH that is driving the price up on the non-Emrakul Eldrazi Titans. Emrakul's price is due to Modern Tron and Legacy Show and Tell/Sneak and Show decks.
2. Kozilek is the most expensive of the Eldrazi Titans due to having only been printed once, in Rise. Ulamog and Emrakul each have a promo printing. I'm betting we'll see a Kozilek Judge Foil in 2014, just to help the price fall and get more copies of it into circulation.
3. Kozilek is also my favorite of the Eldrazi Titans and among my favorite cards in all of EDH. Fantastically fun card, lemme tell you what.
Every time I play Cyclonic Rift it is immensely satisfying.
But for me one of the biggest reasons I went to EDH is because I get to play my favorite Titans in the same deck (Wurmcoil Engine is a Titan in my book, and Grave Titan).

Kozilek is easily my favorite of the three, but the biggest reason is it not having multiple printings like the other two, in addition to seeing play in a handful of formats. I like his on-cast trigger better than ulamog also. His CMC is lower and his PT is higher. He's not indestructible, but with all that CA you can protect him.
Cabal Ritual has been a pet card of mine lately. It makes such explosive turns.
My favorite has to be ashling as my commander. I worked really hard to able to stand up to the likes of Sorin setting my life to ten or recovering from an early identity crisis. Despite all that, ashling is simply the backbone of the deck. She is wrath on a stick, very quickly a huge threat without support cards, and quite often is a finisher since her ability hits players. It's taken me longer to learn how to correctly exploit her over the long game than any other commander i have ever played.
This. Sakura-Tribe Elder is by far the single most reliable card I run in EDH, I'm always happy to draw him.
Outside of that maybe Cyclonic Rift.
