It's pretty nifty. But moat is the shiz in the category and while that is too expensive for me, I'd prefer magus of the moat or stormtide leviathan, which does the exact same thing.
Or, since this would go in Oloro, just go unconditional with glacial chasm.
Black has no shortage of ways to get rid of a graveyard, and this is a decent way to cherry-pick what you want gone. Unless I was playing Pauper, I'd go with Suffer the Past first, though.
I was expecting more elaborate art. That doesn't look like much of a feast - even for rats. Pretty sure there are better choices for grave hate in pauper.
I run it in Marrow-Gnawer, because it's thematic, and it's been helpful on more than one occasion. Suffer the Past is better, though, unless you're going completely for theme.

It's not bad per se, but there are more powerful options for cheaper, cantripping options that are still cheap, and instant-speed options that are just so much better at punishing.
Cremate is cheaper, instant, cantrips, and punishes. Shred Memory is cheaper, instant, punishes, and transmutes. Bojuka Bog is free, doesn't cost a deck slot, is more powerful, and has synergy with Crop Rotation and Knight of the Reliquary. Nihil Spellbomb is cheaper, more powerful, and go off at instant speed, cantrips, and can be reused easily in BU or BW. Withered Wretch is a cheap zombie body that can cheaply function at instant speed and only costs B more for the same effect if you pay all at once, while sticking around for later and being able to be used on multiple graveyards. Nezumi Graverobber, while not necessarily superior, has a cheap body that can turn into a powerhouse and can function at instant speed, so it's easy to see why some decks will prefer it. Tormod's Crypt, Relic of Progenitus, Scrabbling Claws, and Phyrexian Furnace all have their own merits as well.
I always have a real problem with X spells, unless they're absolute bombs. Crypt and Relic do this job so much better AND don't require a color. I love bad cards and EDH, but this card...it's just too bad.
The only reason I'd like this over a card like Bog or Spellbomb is because I can selectively exile, say to get rid of stuff I can't use but keep stuff I can, or minimize random effects. But for the most part Withered Wretch would be my go to card then.

I guess Tariel could use this (though, really, this is still bottom of the barrel, even for him).
I heard you guys liked Fog effects, so I thought I'd give you one that also dealt damage. It's a pretty cool effect at a low cmc, so I could see it getting some love in Commander.
I've been looking to add some fog-effects to my decks, and this is one that can play double-duty against token swarms / Insurrection. The biggest downside of the card is that it simply won't work if you cheat it out in any way; not that it costs so much that you need to cheat it, but cascade users beware, this card does nothing.
Also, due to the wording on the life-loss effect, it gets some neat effects for people who play 2HG Commander.

One notable thing about this card in EDH is it kills someone who tries to lethal you with an infinite combo like Kiki-jiki, The Mirror Breaker + Pestermite.

I think its a cool fog effect especially for sort of a pressure deck or against token happy metas. But fog effects always have the sort of issue that they are cards that sit in hand forever and dont actually answer a problem.
I would like to see more permanents that do things actively in play and can be sacrificed to fog. Sort of like Aura of Silence or something but with a fog as the sacrifice use. I would love to see a land that tap sacrifices + some mana to fog.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I think the brume is a pretty decent fog effect. I'm going to consider it for Olorofort.
The problem with the frog is its still just a fog. I want something that actively does something in play that can be sacrificed to fog. That way, you dont just have a dead card in hand until you need that fog.

That will probably work most of the time because people want a million thousand copies but they could make enough to kill you +1 or 2 extra and survive (albeit pretty beat up).
If it wasn't an ability you could choose to use, it was be funny to donate to someone, then use a world enchantment to give everything flying.

It's even worse against the wrong decks. Red and black are not the best at enchantment removal, and don't always pack large numbers of flyers.
Even my daxos deck had to equip fleetfeather sandals onto a soltari visionary to deal with it.

I have used it in 60 decks but never EDH. I agree that Zendruu would be a good fit.
Would learn my licks with a bottle neck slide

Maybe run it in some dedicated rat tribal deck

You guys said it all I think, sorcery speed is "meh".
+1.
There are many cards I would run ahead of this for non-theme purposes, including Shred Memory (which is a pet card of mine) and Cremate.
