1) Erebos, God of the Dead
Card draw on an indestructible enchantment? Easily the best. 2) Purphoros, God of the Forge
Insaaaaane amounts of damage. Also hard to get rid of. 3) Curse of the Swine
Exile is the best kind of removal in EDH. This one will be insanely good. 4) Prophet of Kruphix
Half a Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and a semi-Seedborn Muse combined? Yep, broken. 5) Burnished Hart
Ramp 2 in any deck? Yes please. Also passes the Sun Titan and Reveillark test. 6) Gray Merchant of Asphodel
Heavy black decks just got a multiplayer drain on legs. Very abusable. Also passes the Reveillark test if you splash white 7) Elspeth, Sun's Champion
The wrath-part is perfect in a token deck, and both the other abilities are very relevant in such decks too. 8) Underworld Cerberus
A cost-effective beater with semi-evasion, that also gives you cards back when it dies. You need to support it with 'yard hate, but you planned to do that already, right? I predict it will be used a lot in Jund mid-range decks. I'd put it above Elspeth in power if not for the annoying "Can't target spells in 'yards"-clause that needs to be worked around. 9) Medomai the Ageless
Rafiq and control decks will love this guy. Very powerful. Needs haste or live an entire round though. 10) Ashen Rider
A bit expensive, but it can be reanimated or cheated in. Two chances at exiling things, and more if you flicker or reanimate it, is very good.
Has Burnished Hart been added? I don't remember seeing for sure so I'll throw in a second just in case.
I could see Spear of Heliod being very good in this format. Not only is it an anthem but its repeatable, if conditional, removal and last time I checked repeatable removal was good. If its not been nominated, it is now. If its been nominated I'll second it.
For me I base my decisions off of cards I think give a lot of value whether its a straight up game ender or not. I love cards that are solid role-players, ones that slip under the radar but really just smooth out your plays. Those will always get my vote.

I'll second it (you just nominated it lol), it's been added. 3-8 more!
Burnished Hart is so good I will second it a 5th time! Heck yes to colorless ramp!
I would also like to second Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Love them syphon effects, especially when we have cards like Necropotence with that triple black, and his is a zombie!
If he hasn't been seconded I'll definitely throw a vote in for Xenagos, the Reveler. The only reason he might not be an automatic top 10 is that there might not be all that many decks that include RG.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx isn't in OP's list yet, so I'll add that. After using this card a couple times, I always love to see it hit play.
EDIT: Also, why are people rating Nylea so highly? Her abilities are mediocre at best, especially compared to something like Kamahl, Fist of Krosa. Sure, she's difficult to remove, but it's not like people will actively want to remove her. Maybe I'm missing something...?
Rescue from the Underworld i believe is a amazing card for any deck that is running reoccurring, what I love most about it, you can cast it at instant speed right before someone exiles your graveyard (did this monday night, won me the game because of it)
Are you saying that someone tried to exile your graveyard, and in response you cast Rescue from the Underworld. Because then you either misunderstand that it says "at the beginning of your next upkeep" or you misunderstand that if the card is exiled from the graveyard it becomes a new object and won't come back.
This guy is an auto-include in almost any blink, token, or mass recursion deck with red in it, but even more importantly, he's a fast, deadly Commander that might do mono red aggro better than anyone else in the format.
This should be a staple in any blue deck in a cutthroat meta, both to protect your own combos and to prevent opposing ones. Beyond that, permission this cheap and versatile is hard to come by, and the amount safety it offers you without slowing you down is incredible.
This is just one step closer to making mono blue have no problem dealing with resolved creatures, but it's also great in any color combination that has access to it. Exile is great, but affordable, one-sided mass exile is incredible.
This is going in almost every black deck I can fit it in. It's one of the most solid cards in the format, and it gives a substantial resource advantage for only three mana.
This is just a powerhouse of a card, plain and simple. If you build your deck right, it should give you an insurmountable advantage if it isn't dealt with immediately.
I'm not a fan of Planeswalkers in this format, but this one is really good at protecting herself and offers a lot of versatility and value. It's good at both keeping you alive and taking over the game, and should always be a bombshell when it hits the battlefield.
It's nothing new, and has plenty of substitutes, but you can't argue with the solid utility of this card. It's always a good option to have when you want another cheap way to deal with artifacts and enchantments at instant speed.
There are a few good ways to get added value out of this card, ranging from mind games to graveyard abuse, but simply put, you're getting 2.5 average cards, on average, for 4 mana at instant speed, at the very minimum. That's efficient enough to always consider running.
For 5 mana, you can save a creature and retrigger another at instant speed. This is already good, but it's pushed over the edge when you factor in ETB and dying triggers. One of the best reanimation spells for decks that don't like to tap out.
There are a bunch of other great cards that I think will also make a mark on the format, either in niche archetypes, slower metagames, or grindy stax/control decks. Here are a few:
Gray Merchant of Asphodel - Mono black reanimator is going to love this guy, and he's one of their best new kill conditions and ways to stay alive, all in one tidy package.
Burnished Hart - A real boon to grindy decks lacking green, this should become one of the staple cards of the format, especially among casuals.
Gift of Immortality - Solid on its own, and easily becomes part of a value engine. One great thing about this card is how easily Sun Titan can abuse it later on.
Stormbreath Dragon - You get a good body for the cost, and the Haste and Pro-White are both very relevant. The Monstrous trigger should hit for a ton, and 5cc is exactly what Kaalia of the Vast needs.
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - It's being hugely overrated, but it should still be powerful in some builds.
Pharika's Mender - It's a reusable way to get your enchantments back, so it will have a lot of use in GB builds that rely on them.
Ashen Rider - Really nice trump card that can take over a game with the support its colors offer. Hindered only by its high mana cost, but worth building around.
whip of erebos is a grave omission right now. Best god weapon with relevant static and activated abilities at all levels of the game.
Additionally nomination bident of Thassa as its a very good weapon and can lead into fun political situations where you lure attacks when your allies can finish off an opponent.

Are you saying that someone tried to exile your graveyard, and in response you cast Rescue from the Underworld. Because then you either misunderstand that it says "at the beginning of your next upkeep" or you misunderstand that if the card is exiled from the graveyard it becomes a new object and won't come back.
If either the sacrificed creature or the target creature card leaves the graveyard before the delayed triggered ability resolves during your next upkeep, it won't return.
I second those. They are great for any mono green build.
1. Purphoros, God of the Forge
This guy is an auto-include in almost any blink, token, or mass recursion deck with red in it, but even more importantly, he's a fast, deadly Commander that might do mono red aggro better than anyone else in the format.
2. Swan Song
This should be a staple in any blue deck in a cutthroat meta, both to protect your own combos and to prevent opposing ones. Beyond that, permission this cheap and versatile is hard to come by, and the amount safety it offers you without slowing you down is incredible.
3. Curse of the Swine
This is just one step closer to making mono blue have no problem dealing with resolved creatures, but it's also great in any color combination that has access to it. Exile is great, but affordable, one-sided mass exile is incredible.
4. Read the Bones
This is going in almost every black deck I can fit it in. It's one of the most solid cards in the format, and it gives a substantial resource advantage for only three mana.
5. Prophet of Kuphrix
This is just a powerhouse of a card, plain and simple. If you build your deck right, it should give you an insurmountable advantage if it isn't dealt with immediately.
6. Elspeth, Sun's Champion
I'm not a fan of Planeswalkers in this format, but this one is really good at protecting herself and offers a lot of versatility and value. It's good at both keeping you alive and taking over the game, and should always be a bombshell when it hits the battlefield.
7. Destructive Revelry
It's nothing new, and has plenty of substitutes, but you can't argue with the solid utility of this card. It's always a good option to have when you want another cheap way to deal with artifacts and enchantments at instant speed.
8. Steam Augury
There are a few good ways to get added value out of this card, ranging from mind games to graveyard abuse, but simply put, you're getting 2.5 average cards, on average, for 4 mana at instant speed, at the very minimum. That's efficient enough to always consider running.
9. Hero's Downfall
Another card that isn't flashy, but certainly solid. Any deck running black should consider this, especially if Planeswalkers are a common problem.
10. Rescue from the Underworld
For 5 mana, you can save a creature and retrigger another at instant speed. This is already good, but it's pushed over the edge when you factor in ETB and dying triggers. One of the best reanimation spells for decks that don't like to tap out.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are a bunch of other great cards that I think will also make a mark on the format, either in niche archetypes, slower metagames, or grindy stax/control decks. Here are a few:
Hammer of Porphyros - Cheap haste that also creates bodies, works well with artifact strategies such as Crucible of Worlds, Trading Post, and Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer, and is also a boon for lightning Krenko, Mob Boss builds.
Reaper of the Wilds - This should be an all-star in decks like Ghave, Guru of Spores and Prossh, Skyraider of Kher. It's also a great wall that can bring on the pressure, especially with equipment.
Mono Red's Strengths and Mono White's Strengths
Have been added, lets get three more and the voting begins!!!!
Warriors' Lesson really should be an option. It's very easy to make it at least a cantrip, and only slightly less easy to make it twice as good.
Mono Red's Strengths and Mono White's Strengths
Additionally nomination bident of Thassa as its a very good weapon and can lead into fun political situations where you lure attacks when your allies can finish off an opponent.
