My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
i do it all, but my 60 card decks tend to be called 'annoying' or 'unfun' by some. people complain about losing to combo, but those same people complain when they are killed more slowly by an engine being assembled, which is my favorite way to design decks. commander is great because of the randomness and the archtypes. i can play herpderp ramp fatties and turn them sideways or i could play monoblack control or i could play combo/tokens/stax/whathaveyou. commander lets my friends take a break from raging about every 60 card game we play.
Use to play standard, but got bored with it after gatecrash and honestly don't have the time needed to invest in it. EDH is great in that I don't need to look at the meta game every week, and if I don't play for a few months, I can still have a fun game randomly.
Pretty much only EDH these days, we will occasionally play 60 card Planechase as most of my group has old T2 decks still assembled.
EDH is perfect for my buying habits of getting a Fat Pack and 5-10 additional boosters then I'm pretty much done buying the current set and will seek out singles if I feel a card is worthy of being in one of my decks.

I'm slowly getting into EDH. I might end up playing just this format (and some Limited Draft).
I haven't started yet but I will this month. I already can't sleep thinking about Generals that I want to build around. I'm theorycrafting/deckbuilding in my sleep!
Only EDH here.
We have 1 v 1 tourneys (regular banned list) that draw 30-40 people weekly, and hybrid tourneys (one round 4-person multi*, one round 2 v 2, one round 1 v1) that also draw 30+.
Special rules for the Hybrid:
You can't concede in the multi, so as not to affect pairings for the next round.
In the first round, if you infinite the table you get only one point, as opposed to a point for every person you'd otherwise kill.
Second round is 2 v 2, you sit diagonally from your partner and if you want to discuss cards played you'll need to show the whole table. Get one point for each of your opponents dead and a bonus point for a sweep of the table.
We also have events at the Canadian Magic Tour events in town (Ottawa) that are 1 v 1 and draw 20+, smaller, more casual store events (1 v 1) that draw 16+ and regular EDH pickup throughout the week.
For a smaller population city, Ottawa EDH is pretty thriving.
I primarily play EDH and have since 2010 or so. The other formats have lost a lot of their luster as I prefer multiplayer to 1v1; although modern and limited have been fun for me recently.
I've been here since I started playing Magic. I started at about the time the Commander decks came out, and I bought a few not knowing that they didn't work in "tournament" play. Since then however, I've only played a few games of 1v1 Magic formats and I have found them seriously dull. I find any format that encourages low mana curves, tight deck focus, and multiple copies of cards to be boring compared to the randomness and possibilities in Commander.
I used to play mostly really competitive constructed formats, so my group, we had decks tuned to the metagame and then we gave up on legacy and standard and started playing EDH, now we are slowly drifting away from modern in favor for EDH
The only downside is that we are very VERY competitive, so we are always tunning our decks even further to become more and more powerful to the point the decks are starting to homogenize even with different commanders(but it somehow gets even more fun)

EDH is what kept me in Magic when I started hating all the other formats. Nowadays I play Modern on a rare occasion, but 95+% of my Magic gaming is in the Commander format.
In my old playgroup we only played 60 card mutliplayer FFA
That old playgroup has disintegrated and I've found a new one that is almost exclusively EDH so I'm considering taking apart all my old decks and building a few EDH ones since it's looking like my old decks will be useless
I do have a good friend whom I don't see as often who isn't into EDH though and I sort of got him into MtG so I'd feel a bit bad if I left him in the dust (he wasn't part of the old playgroup)
But yeah, I can definitely see myself going EDH only and drafting for fun and variety's sake. Multiplayer EDH is exactly everything I like about the game but there's something to be said about drafting, I don't think I could give up drafting.
Commander is the only constructed format I play yeah. Would love to get into cube and the sort, since I like to draft. To be honest I think Commander is one of the best formats out of all the constructed formats. It's the chillest and allows for the most variety.
Commander and Commander variants (Duel, SilverBlack, Cube Draft Commander...), though recently I started taking an interest in Pauper. Modern and Legacy are alright, not something I'd build for though.
Vintage is fantastic, I love to watch the games and theorize, but I could never afford it. Some of the most interesting games I can recall were Vintage though.
Wow, nice necro thread. Only 4 years later Kok0mo. But I am sure I will get the infraction for pointing this out of course, not you for hyper randomly necroing this random topic.
Anyways, while this is still unlocked before mods give me another bull***** point for "trolling", my contribution to this discussion is that I only play EDH. I refuse to pay hundreds to play limited and keep up with Standard or Modern. My EDH decks have stayed the same for years save for a card or two maybe every set release.

I play limited when there's an event on at my LGS (Pre-release, Game Day etc.), but otherwise it's pretty much just EDH for me. I still have a few 60 card casual decks from before I discovered commander which I occasionally play if everyone else wants to do 60s, but I've not spent any money on them in 5+ years.
I used to play Legacy exclusively for years, ever since it was Type 1.5 and Angry Tradewind Survival was the best deck lol. I had a collection worth a small fortune, and about 4 yrs ago I sold it all. Honestly I regret that decision but meh. Ever since then I only play EDH since the format offers the most memorable cards I am so fond of. Modern could tickle my fancy, but the only cards I actually like are Thoughtseize, Liliana of the Veil and Snapcaster mage. Maybe in the future, dunno but for now I love Commander.
