Dude has 3 toughness. For Pete's sake you can Bolt him. He's only going to be a problem if you refuse to play spot removal, BLOCK, or if your strategy is somehow slower than Azorius ramp into 6-cost non-hasty flying beater.
Bruna is like 100 times better than this guy. One Intuition (yes, I know, broken) and forget extra turns... the game is over.
Planeswalkers: Obvious reasons. You get to use their abilities twice as often! Brighthearth Rings would be crazy. You'd get 4 times the bang for your buck.
Time Walk effects: Besides the obvious "take an extra turn" effects, pseudo time walks like Abeyance, Silence, Orim's Chant, Sudden Silence, and Time Stop can make it seem like you're taking all the turns.
Honestly, it seems like a fun deck to play. Powerful, but not broken.
I've been running him as a general for a while now. I get him through enough that I consider him good, and he's blocked/removed enough that I don't consider him broken.
I did end up playing Medomai in my Isperia 1.0 deck, and it did end up being every bit as good as I'd hoped it would be. Medomai is my finisher of choice; you only play him once you know he won't be answered (you know their hand, after all), and when he connects you never lose.
Last I heard he has 4 toughness.
I was going with the OP. Ok he's a 6 mana 4/4. Strategy is the same: block it or nuke it or just win first.

I'm thinking upkeep triggers, Planeswalkers, and time walk effects.
Upkeep triggers: Enduring Ideal, Paradox Haze, Staff of Nin, Azor's Elocuters, Ephara, suspend cards (Ancestral Visions), Braids, Conjurer Adept, Sun Drop, Dream Tides (just mean), Followed Footsteps, Hondens, Reality Strobe, Thassa.

Lol, I didn't either until I was reading through the thread and saw my own response from last year. ^^
We must be experiencing the extra turn this thread got when it dealt combat damage to an opponent.
