I am trying to brew up ways for my mono white Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero deck to win without relying on the combat step. It is easy enough to tutor up a few rebels, swing in with Mirror Entity and win. That is of course unless someone else has Stonehorn Dignitary with a repeatable flicker. Any help is appreciated.

Darksteel Reactor is my first thought. Thought in a few poliferation effects like Contagion Engine or Contagion Clasp to speed things along. Also if you have a way of doing even 1 point of infect to them you can win out faster that way just through proliferate shenanigans.

After looking at Lin, I think Mill might be viable if he isn't running an Eldrazi in his deck. You can use Emeria, The Sky Ruin and Lin's own ability to keep dropping chumps out to mill away with Altar.
Enduring Renewal's in white, and that's pretty combo-tastic. You can combine it w/ Altar of Dementia (as mentioned above) or any other "Sac a dude: Do something annoying" card; it also combos well with the mono-white extort effects to grind out life totals.
Basalt and Rings gives you infinite mana.
Sensei's and Rings gives you "3: Draw a card."
Basalt, Sensei's, and Rings gives you infinite colorless mana and infinite draw.
Assemble all 3, draw into Shredder and Cap, Cap someone (copy it with Rings), then recur Cap with Shredder, doubling Shredder's ability with Rings so it can also recur itself. Keep looping this until you have exiled every other player's entire library. At the end, sculpt the best hand you can in case somebody has an out (VERY unlikely).
There are other combos, such as Rest in Peace and Helm of Obedience, but what makes this one special is that every piece is excellent on its own. Each one also has lots of synergy with other cards you might run, as well as each other, giving white some much-needed card advantage.

This is exactly what i Was going to suggest. Artifact combo or helm + RIP. I think helm + RIP is easier just because RIP is good anyway and then you just use your tutors to go get helm when you need it.

I've seen this used to great effect by a "let's all gain loads of life" group-hug deck that eventually tutored up one of the three above-mentioned and went "whoops I win."
Add some Arbiter of Knollridge and Reward the Faithful effects and there you go.

Sack all of your permanents until just a Solitary Confinement and Barren Glory are in play. The confinement will protect you until you cant pay the upkeep , it goes away and then Glory wins you the game.

That doesn't quite work -- you're still going to be unprotected for a turn cycle before Barren Glory wins you the game. Barren Glory won't even trigger if the Confinement exists at the beginning of your upkeep, no matter how you stack the triggers, because it's worded as an intervening if.

Unless you sacrifice at the end of he turn before yours. The suggested renounce is an instant.

Either that. or just a war of attrition with some type of lifegain like Beacon of Immortality abuse is about the only thing I can think of. You can go infinite with Ashnod's Altar, Karmic Guide, Reveillark, and Triskelion if you want I guess, or just go Staff of Domination, Rings of Brighthearth, Basalt Monolith. Other than that, I think combat's the best way to go O.o

Triple Edit: Mill. Altar of Dementia, Sands of Delirium, Tower of Murmurs, and Whetwheel.

I am running Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth. Adding the other 3 is an easy addition that I can see working.

Just set up an endless sac loop with something like Altar of Dementia. There's no Blood Artist in White but, it's not bad.
