What are you building? I'm working on Legacy decks myself. I have almost everything I need for RWU Delver but black and green aren't really options since I'd need Tarmogoyfs, Bobs, Bayous & Thoughtseizes. I also only have 1 Underground Sea.
I'm curious too.
I've been debating putting together a UR Delver/burn list for a while. I'd kind of like another middle ground between my grindy options (Nic Fit, Enchantress) and fragile hyper-fast combo (Spanish Inquisition). I've got Maverick, but something a little more aggro sounds like fun.
For the curious, I'm building a variant of RUG Delver.
My other deck is UWR elver so the two decks have a lot of overlap, but having played UWR for months I always felt at a big disadvantage vs B/G decks because so much of your game plan is hingeing on having Stone-Forge Mystic be able to cheat in Batterskull or having TNN clock them out before they find a LotV.
One thing I always liked about RUG was that the deck capped out at 2 mana spells, so you were not hit as hard by Wastelands. Gofy is also the best closer in the format.
The hot new tech is that you play 3 Gitaxian Probes and 3 Pithing Needles because you can randomly win games if you Probe them see 2 of the same fetch and then needle it.
My friend was on jeopardy tonight. He did well and went all in on final jeopardy but was wrong. It was still pretty awesome to see a bar tender from portland almost take it down.

That's awesome. I just watched that, he did pretty well.
really? awesome. He's possibly one of the nicest guys I know.
It happened in march, which is odd for me to wrap my head around. I thought game shows happened a few days before airing.
Yeah, no, Jeopardy films like... all of its for the year episodes in like a couple weeks early in the year. Or maybe it's two filming sessions, each for half the year. The point is, it's a lot easier for them to film a couple shows each day for like a month, then have everybody sign an NDA and go home, instead of setting up each week.

Which makes it all the more impressive that Alex can learn the guests names and all those funky pronunciations so quickl
Edit: Someone on the official forums made a thread about Brago, and now I want to build a deck for next week. Maybe eventually people will learn not to rely on ETB if I can bludgeon them with it enough. I'm really enjoying pulling from my cube to build decks because it forces me to build a new deck every week.

I played 8 games last weekend and only 2 didn't involve mass LD and that's because my Death Cloud got countered in one of them. I really like my playgroup.
Is Jace 2.0 worth the price? I'm debating putting him on my Puca list. Which would I get more use from (cube and regular usage), him or Loyal Retainers?

For multiplayer, my experience is generally no. For anything 1v1 I think he is a great card in most any format you can run him in. He is hard to protect against 3 people though and his value is almost all based on his value over time so if you pay 4 mana for sorcery speed $100.00 Brainstorm... the answer is no.
The big question though is how often can you stick planeswalkers though. If you can do it normally in multiplayer games then sure he is good. My experience though is that walkers get punched out quickly in most cases. I see people burn things like Beast Within though even to get my walkers as it seems like spot removal sees a lot more play in my meta than it should and people just dump it on me...

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.

I think you're going to be disappointed with Jace. Did someone commit to sending you a Tangle Wire or did you take it off your list? I was going to send you that and a Parallax Wave but I needed to check the condition first when I get home.

You just rocked my world there. So multi-day streaks are now less exciting because they are probably over by the time the show airs.
Also, I thought your friend was going to curb-stomp due to the way he started off. He basically crushed an entire category before anyone else got going.

That deck is a lot of fun. It's especially good when you run into the rare case where someone hasn't seen it before.
But I'd rather get one of those snazzy portable SNES clones.
EDIT: Or something. I don't know what I want.

4x LED for Charbelcher? Anything else make it pricey?

I like it too because it'll play regions my actual SNES won't.
EDIT: There's other things too! So much things I want, so little money.
You can just play Stomping Ground. It doesn't matter in that deck.
