You guys should play Solforge if you want to have stuff to complain about. Nothing like regular system failures as you are redeeming your prize packs. My favorite is that it takes me a week to save up enough tickets to draft, I draft my first pack, and then it asks for me to pay for my draft again... and I get to wait a week. Great game. Bad glitches.

Did WOTC program that too? How are these guys staying employed?
Oh and I forgot my personal favorite that's shown up a couple of times... A guy who deals damage equal to its power to your opponent when it deals damage to your opponent. Sounds good. Except that it doesn't always work and he has a weak butt and dies. So, it's an all in kind of card that doesn't even pay out once in a while.
I lol'd when the guy complaining that the Beta doesn't work on his computer also said that he can't figure out how to open the petition page because of a browser issue. Pretty much torpedoes all his credibility right there.
For me, most everything on the Beta works better. If I need to examine graveyards, I open that pane and zoom in on the cards. If I don't want to look at some guy's saproling board, hit minimize. I can looks at piles of vigilant creatures and tapped out creatures with tap activations, and then distinguish which ones are attacking and which not.
The only things that are worse are the wish lists, the occasional trade not opening, and of course the memory issue. There's no excuse for a game with that much money going through it to have any problem whatsoever, but if it's a question of people quitting the game because the client is "unplayable", I call BS.
I am wondering if I am too young to have a mid-life crisis. I just paid a fair chunk of change for protein shakes, creatine, and so forth. That's odd for me. And then when I'm picking up something at the gas station on the way back, the ditzy college-age girl eyeing me as she chatted the attendant didn't seem so much like an bimbo. Either I'm getting insecure about my age or I am getting legitimately stupider.

Can't it be both? If it makes you feel better, I freaked out and got a green Mohawk when I turned 30.

Lol. That seems like the definition of the "non-regulation" haircut. Was this before you enlisted?

No. I actually grew it out for a few months And cut it barely enough to be in regs for drill weekend. Then as soon as drill was over one month I went and cut then went home and dyed it. Right before next drill I shaved my head. I have pictures somewhere it that requires effort.
Candace from Phineas and Ferb is how I know her now, but she was in a bunch of Disney shows/crappy movies that my kids watched. She's in a lot of stuff though. And she's hot.
(Just looked her up and she's 28. I'm all clear.)
So my house may or may not be in an evacuation zone for the local wildfire. It looks like it's going to burn north of me and there's a large hill in the way, but I've got family boxing stuff up so they're ready when the evacuation notice does come. So that's fun.

This "drill weekend" idea seems pretty awesome. Whenever someone in my company went out and did anything wild, people would find out about it either immediately via Facebook, or next morning at the latest. I also wondered what the regs were of reservists who were not at drill, since you've got your uniforms and all I'm assuming. When the NCO's were being ********s about it, any time you went out on pass without your Class-B's and they found out about it on Facebook, you'd get a sit down. That would not make sense for reservists. At the same time though, I'd think it would be cheesy if reservists could go out to a bar on an ordinary weekend in their DCU's and try to be a douchebag with all the ladies. It's too bad that they were still shipping all the reservists out on deployment at the time I got out, otherwise I might have been tempted into that weekend warrior stuff.

I don't have a type. I think poise and confidence are the only thing that would determine my type, but physique is pretty wide open.
Kk, I made a trade thread for the first time (never done this before, always trade local) because I need some cards I can hardly find anywhere.
I hope I'm not making any random mistakes, I'm usually bad at this.

It should be fine. I haven't traded here, but I've traded on another magic forum. If you don't have many trades in usually the protocol is to send first to the person who has more trades and is more trusted within the trading community. If you both have high trust and trades then you can simultaneously send. I don't mind sending first, as long as the person has a fairly high approval rating. If someone is a lousy trader, they'll get found out and ostracized pretty quickly.
No woman knows what she wants. Thats the basic genetic flaw in all women. You cant even get the goddam things to answer in a precise and succinct manner.
"So what do you want for dinner tonight?" is answered either by
A.A fifteen minute dialogue that shifts anywhere from calories and carbs to the state of world affairs
Or
B.Six different answers followed by "I dunno, you pick." Followed by another 15 minute diatribe about how wrong you were in your choice and what shed RATHER have had.

"Some say that time is cyclical and that history inevitably repeats. My will is my own. I won't bow to fate."
"What's for dinner?" is the worst question. I hate it. So much so that about a month ago I planned all the week's meals on Monday morning, bought them, and wrote them on the calendar. We go out once night a week and it's her job to pick. I plan and cook 6. She picks and pays for 1. Problem done.

Ah. Don't think I recognize her. Jenette McCurdy is probably the teen star from my kid's TV shows that I like best, although she's also in her 20's.

The cards you're looking for are very hard to find through trades. Your best bet is to go to a large event where you can find just about anything. Anyways good luck on those, black border Devastation was a ***** to find.
