I have a friend who really enjoys Notion Thief and the other night he resolved it late game alongside a Font of Mythos and a Howling Mine. When my turn came around I resolved Enter the Infinite with more cards in my library than he had.
T2 Kozileks are done, but actual proof never seems to exist
I saw a T1 Kozilek w/boots once. I forget the exact process, but Krak-Clan Ironworks was involved, along with a god hand.
Last weekend me and a group of friends were playing Archenemy Commander. I was using my freshly rebuilt Jeleva (copy/control) and was facing 5 of my friends. We were slowly building everything up and to be fair I wasn't really going for their fields too much, just building up my own army. Then, my mono-White friend plays Deploy to the Front, while there are a bunch of creature out, and he has Cathar's Crusade out. So, suddenly his stuff gets huge, and between that and my other opponents' fields, it's more than game over for me. However, in response to combat, I cast Memory Plunder on the Deploy. The punchline? I had a Purphoros out that I grabbed form someone earlier in the game with Desertion.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
My commander, Scion of the Ur-Dragon was shuffled into my deck via Oblation, and my opponent had amassed a huge army with his Kaalia. I'm gonna lose the next turn unless I drew that one card...
I drew my commander.
My opponent thought he was going to win so he was already tapped out, and he was pretty sure that my commander couldn't do any good. I proceed to activate infinite mana combo by dumping Worldgorger Dragon into graveyard, revive it with Animate Dead, and cast Stroke of Genius on him for 3 billion cards.
And to think there's still people who claim Sol Ring isn't broken at all...
Exploration was just as big a factor there. If not bigger.
It was also a god hand. Besides if Damia was not his general, that hand would have left him with nothing, he would be top decking until he found a draw spell to sort of replenish his hand.

Damia is a draw spell to completely replenish his hand...
Also, I count 8 cards. In multiplayer (or 1v1 on the draw) without taking a mulligan, he'd have 1 card left over.

2 cards actually, as Damia was played from the command zone.
9 player game, we are hour 3. People are getting tired. I'm still in with almost max life, and a very small board state. (too many combo players going crazy taking long turns) I am playing nin.
So I have a few lands, a couple creatures and my general out.
Someone gets the bright idea to play Warp world.
That ended the game as I got Rings of Brighthearth, Basalt Monolith, 4 lands (One being Boseiju, who shelters all), Leyline of Anticipation, Amulet of Vigor. People now have Huge boardsates, but I start pumping infinite mana, Pay life for Boseiju and tap a mountain for red. Play fireball and with my mass amount of mana, hit everyone for a billion. One guy lives (Due to being untargetable from a leyline). No problem. I pass the turn, he draws, nothing, i draw My general and play it. He draws and plays a land, pass the turn.
I pump infinite mana again and whack his creature milling him out. Draw, pass the turn, Game.
Humility is out on the field, i forgetting this fact drop Akroan Horse a few turns later someone takes care of humility, everyone but starts to get solider tokens, I then kick a rite of replication choosing the horse...tokens for everyone!
So here's a fun one. Guy's primed to win next turn with a Kiki-Jiki combo deck, has all he needs to win on the table, but he just needs to get his next turn so he can play Kiki and win, unless a boardwipe is drawn...but I'm the last one to go, and my deck is light on the boardwipes. All I have on the field is Intet, the Dreamer, my commander, and he has no air presence, but he's still at 40. So I draw...See the Unwritten. Alright, reveal 8 cards. Forest, Rampaging Baloths, Anger, Xenagos, God of Revels, Breeding Pool, Desolate Lighthouse, Sol Ring and I flip over the final card...Atarka, World Render.
12/12 Double Strike Commander a-go-go.

I just had friends over for a nice game of EDH and it turned into one of the most ridiculous slug fests I’ve ever experienced. It’s three people – myself, playing Azusa, Lost But Seeking my one friend, playing a Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest deck we had built an hour before out of his Shu Yun TL deck and random cards, and my other friend, playing Mayael the Anima.
The Mayael player recovers, dropping Mana Reflection and a couple fatties. I have 25 lands in play including one that doesn’t tap for mana (Maze of Ith). I proceed to drop 7 more off of the Summer Bloom I drew again and my other extra land droppers. I play a Perilous Vault with 8 mana open and I pass turn. Shu Yun ultimates Jace targeting Mayael and I and both of us draw 20 cards. I draw both Eldrazi. Shu Yun passes to Mayael who plays Xenagos, the Reveler and he had Avenger of Zendikar tokens out. He plays a Scroll Rack and puts 19 cards back and draws 19. He drops a Worldspine Wurm and Momentus Falls it, shuffling his deck with the Wurm and digging for Reliquary Tower. He did not draw it. He Genesis Waves for 4. He still didn’t hit it. He ends, discarding 28 cards, but before that happens I crack Perilous Vault and exile everything.
Playing with my Kresh the Bloodbraided the other weekend. I have doubling season in hand, a single piece of removal and Kresh on the field when my opponent dropped the new commander Doubling season which affects everyone. The token deck to my right proceeded to generate nine 9/9 to 5/5 soldier tokens on top of his already not insignificant board state. I topdeck Blasphemous Act, play the doubling season, shoot a creature to make Kresh big enough to survive the Act then play it.
We didnt work out exactly how big Kresh ended up being but we all agreed that it was over 300 ish and would therefore be a one shot affair. The game went of for 3 hours and in the end a control player, with turn on turn sweeps, won but I cannot remember the last time I had that much fun.

Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.
This happened in a recent game between me (Reaper King), Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Marath, Will of the Wild, and Marchesa, the Black Rose. I had been more aggressive than usual, destroying Nekusar's enablers and other players' stuff, but I had run out of changelings and hid Reaper King under a Changeling Titan in anticipation of a board wipe. Meanwhile the life totals had been dropping steadily due to Nekusar's shenanigans. Finally Nekusar had a big turn, casting Spiteful Visions followed by Molten Psyche. I removed the Visions in response and Marath pinged his Kederekt Parasite, but could not stop the wheel from resolving. The fallout killed Marchesa and brought me down to 4 life. After I drew on my turn, I was at 2 life without enough creatures to kill both opponents--they were both tapped out, but if Marath didn't simply shoot me in his upkeep, Nekusar would surely be able to kill me.
I thought for a few minutes about which opponent I would try to kill, then slivercycled Homing Sliver to find some kind of edge. While searching through my deck, I stumbled onto Changeling Berserker and realized I could combo out! The Molten Psyche had drawn me the other champion (Changeling Hero) and I had just enough mana to cast both the Hero and the Berserker, setting up a loop of champion triggers that in turn triggered Reaper King to destroy all of my opponents' permanents.
It was my first time pulling that combo off, and it was the best game ending I've had in months!

So, we were about an hour into a 4-player game. One player was playing a red/white soldier-themed deck (Tajic, Blade of the Legion, I think), that his friend (also at the table) had built for him. He was a very nice guy, but I could tell he was not a very experienced player. He played Vedalken Orrery early on, but for the next 3 or 4 turns continued to play creatures, enchantments, etc. during his own turn. His friend turned to him & said "Dude, this card lets you cast any spell like an instant. You should wait for the best time to play stuff." He looks at it, and nods, "Oh, ok..." At one point, he also cast Purphoros, God of the Forge.
A couple turns later, (everyone was around 25 to 30 life), someone swung at the guy with the Vedalken Orrery with a double-strike creature that he'd pumped up to 9/9. The defending player goes, "Ok, no blocks... before damage, cast Darien, King of Kjeldor." We all look at it wide-eyed. "Um, can anyone counter that?" I ask. "Uh... no..." they say.
So he takes 18 damage, puts 18 soldiers into play, Purphoros deals 36 damage to us all, and the newbie wins on the spot.

Perhaps this is moreso a crazy topdeck than a crazy play, but the game itself was crazy enough to qualify.
Table of 4, with some of our more trollish/silly decks. AtogatogAtog Tribal, Silumgar, the Drifting Death Dragon Control, Jaya Ballard, Task Mage Red Control and me with The Lady of the Mountain Giants Tribal. Silumgar being the strongest deck on the table, any hate me and the Atog player could muster was aimed at him. Silumgar in the meantime focussed on keeping Jaya in check, and somewhere in the later stretch of the game there were some explosions, and Silumgar ended up dying due to Atogatog using Twilight's Call, giving Jaya just enough hasty power to beat Silumgar to death. Atogatog then did some maths, and found out he was just a few damage short of making a double kill, so he passed the turn. He would certainly win next turn though, and my hand and field weren't looking good: Ondu Giant and Scab-Clan Giant were all I had on the field along with Call of the Wild, with some lands in my hand. So I hope to draw a haste granting card and then some hits with Call of the Wild, but figured it wouldn't happen anyway.
Instead I topdeck Primal Surge. Given that the deck is 98 Permanents + Surge, that meant game. Best topdeck ever.

For my own story, I just completed another game involving the same group-hug deck listed above. I played my Intet Dragons deck. The other players were Daretti, Scrap Savant, Omnath, Locus of Mana, and Zedruu the Greathearted. Darreti and Omnath both went nuts quickly with Sol Rings and extra mana from the hug player's Eladamri's Vineyard. Karn Liberated hit the battlefield from Daretti on turn two, exiling Eladamri's Vineyard. The game went back and forth but without any wrath effects, and eventually the Daretti player managed to get Mycosynth Lattice and Kill Switch onto the battlefield. He thought this allowed him to lock down all of our permanents while his still untapped. We went around the table a few times under this assumption until the Zedruu player realized that's not how it works. I then untapped and attacked him with a hasty Hellkite Tyrant, stealing all his permanents - including Karn with 15 loyalty.
I went for the ultimate. (I learned later that the Omnath player would have comboed out with another turn, so I made the right choice.) I restarted the game with Grid Monitor, Coiling Oracle, Hanna, Ship's Navigator, and Assemble the Legion. Grid Monitor wrecked me because my deck contains 50ish creatures. I swung at the Daretti player for the first few turns but quickly fell behind. Group hug helped me out with Hypergenesis. I managed to finish the Daretti player off with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.
Everything had haste from Anger and Temur Ascendancy, so I swung with twelve dragons, put twelve 6/6 Dragon tokens on the battlefield, and dealt 24 damage from each one. 288 damage.
TL;DR - Group hug is silly!

We had all been drawing a lot of cards due to a Font of Mythos and a Howling Mine I had out. The Shu Yun player also had been (and continued to be) looting a ton after a turn 3 Jeskai Ascendancy. I ended up having out 20 lands turn 6 thanks to Azusa, Oracle of Mul Daya, Exploration, Summer Bloom, and Horn of Greed. The turns go around and I untap, I drop some more lands and I play both legendary Eldrazi, killing a creature with Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and drawing four with Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. Shu Yun has Chandra, Pyromaster and Jace, Memory Adept out. He casts Jeskai Charm targeting my Kozilek. Then he mills it with Jace, shuffling it and my grave into my library. After that, he Chaos Warped my Ulamog, giving me a forest in return. Then he ultimated Chandra and copies a Jace’s Ingenuity 3 times, drawing 9. After this, he has 41 cards in his graveyard, 29 in exile (from Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, and some other stuff), and only 4 in his library. After that he overloaded Cyclonic Rift bouncing my field and the Mayael player’s field.
He Genesis Waves for 4. He still didn’t hit it. He ends, discarding 28 cards, but before that happens I crack Perilous Vault and exile everything.
I draw for turn, drop Dark Depths (I have Thespian’s Stage out) and pass. EOT Shu Yun plays a Pearl Lake Ancient. He draws and then passes with 2 cards left in his deck. Mayael starts by playing Garruk, Caller of Beasts and using it to summon a Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger. He then plays a Karmic Guide and brings back Gisela, Blade of Goldnight. He targets my Depths with Song of The Dryads and I make a Marit Lage in response. He plays a Lurking Predators and passes. I use Winding Canyons to flash in Sylvan Safekeeper which gives him a Bogardan Hellkite due to Lurking Predators, and then I flash in Ulamog. Now it’s my turn, I drop a forest and pass. Shu Yun Day of Judments and passes. Mayael plays a Survival of the Fittest and tutor up Sigarda, Host of Herons to protect him from my Eldrazi. I activate Mikokoro, Center of the Sea EOT, making us each draw and now Shu Yun has 0 cards left in his library. I untap and Mikokoro again, Shu Yun responds by Swords to Plowsharesing Ulamog and Fogging and then loses, and I High Market Ulamog to save him. Mayael tutors up Avacyn, Angel of Hope, plays it, and passes. EOT I flash in Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, and Titania, Protector of Argoth. I have 30 plants. It goes to my turn and I drop a land, then Azusa and two more land, then Exploration and another land. I Scapeshift getting 8 more lands and swing for 360 plant damage.

I played Rubinia Soulsinger. My opponents were Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath (a modified C14 list), Phelddagrif (group hug), and Child of Alara (lots of board wipes). Phelddagrif played a 2nd-turn Tempting Wurm. Child of Alara played a 3rd-turn Cataclysm. For whatever reason the Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath chose to keep Xathrid Demon and ended up losing 28 or so life from it. The game stalled as the Child of Alara kept on wiping both lands and nonland permanets. I cast both Replenish and Open the Vaults but failed to accomplish much until I eventually managed to wreck the Child of Alara player's mana with Karmic Justice and also got a Silent Sentinel off of Pattern of Rebirth following a Child of Alara death trigger. I killed the Phelddagrif player with a cast Ancestral Mask on the Silent Sentinal that returned Enchanted Evening from the attack trigger. Child of Alara topdecked a Terminus and also played the Helix Pinnacle. I managed to find a Replenish and won as described above. Take Possession from the yard stole Helix Pinnacle.

After the hug player cast Weird Harvest and Tempting Wurm, I saw my opportunity, made bunches of mana with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, removed Propaganda and Ghostly Prison with Reclamation Sage plus Phantasmal Image, and cast Dragonstorm with five storm. Scourge of Valkas and Utvara Hellkite are just silly. I ended up with twelve dragons and killed the Omnath player before Dragonstorm copies all resolved, then activated Mosswort Bridge for Scourge of the Throne.
Everything had haste from Anger and Temur Ascendancy, so I swung with twelve dragons, put twelve 6/6 Dragon tokens on the battlefield, and dealt 24 damage from each one. 288 damage.
TL;DR - Group hug is silly!
