Had my first day with radiate today. In two seperate games I radiated a chaos warp, which took about 10 minutes to resolve - and a kicked rite of replication from the player on my right which won me the game on the following turn.
Disclaimer: there was a group hug deck at the table. I'm playing Hazezon Tamar, have 19 lands in play, there are two group mana flare effects in play, and I have Anger in the grave, a sac outlet and a Grand Abolisher out. I cast Hazezon and sac him five times. On my next upkeep I get 95 Sand Warriors and cast not only Craterhoof Behemoth but Kamahl, Fist of Krosa with all those flare effects and my own Gaea's Cradle. Didn't even bother doing the math. Afterwards not one but two players flash me Cyclonic Rifts they couldn't cast thanks to the Abolisher. I was definitely pretty lucky that no one dealt with the Abolisher but it was a pretty awesome run.
Assuming you cast Kamahl before Craterhoof (to get that extra point of damage for each creature) and you spent no other mana on anything, you can Overrun with Kamahl 8 times. That gives everything you control +122 and Trample. This gives you
Grand Abolisher: 124
Kamahl: 126
Craterhoof: 127
95 Sand Warriors: 123 each
Which totals 12,062 total points of damage
(It's can't be! It's over 9,000!!!!!)
Edit: Although I'm struggling to think of an effect an opponent controls that doubles all of your mana, but it's early here and my brain isn't on yet
Playing Damia versus Dakkon, Kaalia, and Riku. Down to myself (3 life) versus Kaalia (16 life); I have Ulamog on board and just cast Damnation. Kaalia has one card in hand and had stated that it's not a creature. Kaalia untaps and draws... Sign In Blood at me + Fork the card in hand! I draw two, lose two life... no counter to be found. Fun way to end the game.
Mimeo Reanimator vs Child Hypergenesis with the French Banlist
It's turn 3.
I've got a Show and Tell, Griselbrand, Land, Darksteel Fatty, and Violent Outburst. I could Hypergen now for Grisel and a fatty, but if I Show in the Griselbrand, next turn when I hypergen I can in response draw my deck and kill him instantly.
So I didn't have any real part in this except that I was part of the 4-player game in which this happened. I was playing W Mikaeus, not doing a whole lot.
Edric (combo) has out Imperious Perfect and lays down Intruder Alarm. Using his Birds to produce G, he taps the Perfect for an Elf Warrior, triggers the Alarm and untaps all his creatures to do it again. And again and again forever.
Edric: "So.. yeah... I'm going to kill someone."
Lyzolda (discard and disrupt): "How many elves do you have right now?"
Edric: "Right now?"
Lyzolda: "Right now." O.O
Edric: looks around at board "3 million."
Lyzolda: Rakdos Charm "Burn you for 3 million."
Mikaeus (me): "Oh, s---."

Had a player at the table today carrying on like a bit of a douche, so I targeted his Sensei's Divining Top with my Legacy Weapon. He tapped it in response, and drew a card, fair enough. But then I used Jace, the Mind Sculptor's +2 and put it on the bottom of his library. He wasn't happy.
If I was him I would be very happy. You wasted all that mana, you wasted your legacy weapon, you gave up your card draw with Jace, and all he lost was...basically nothing.
Putting it on the bottom reminds me of a great game I had once. Somebody put a card on the bottom of my library with vendillion clique, then casted tunnel vision on me to empty my library. Fortunately I had a blightsteel colossus in my deck which got shuffled back in. I was playing arcum dagsson and had plenty of mana. Each turn I casted the blightsteel, swung with it (I had swiftfoot boots in play), then sacked the blightsteel to arcum to fetch nothing but putting the blightsteel back so I had a card to draw next turn. I had a strong defensive position so nobody was able to kill me and even though I didn't have a library to draw cards from I was able to kill everyone eventually with the blightsteel.
If you had destroyed it somehow that would have been something. But seeing as how he gave up that card to draw another card - that's basically nothing.
No offense but what has me stunned is that you used your legacy weapon and gave up great card draw so that he could shuffle away a 1cmc permanent to draw a card, and you see that as a great play. If I was him I would have loved to see you waste your resources like that.
I forced one opponent to kill another with Master Warcraft (effectively killing the guy before me, allowing me to take my turn next), then I stole his Platinum Angel with Enslave and won (since his life total was already below 0).

If the game state was basically three on one and he was one of the three then he had the resources to burn.

Master Warcraft lets you determine which creatures attack, but not who or what they attack.
Well ****, I feel like an ass for taking the win now... thanks for the heads up, I'll remove the card from my deck now. haha!
Yeah it's one of those cards where you're like "This is AWESOME in multiplayer," and then you realize how it works and you're like "Dangit, I'm not playing this…".
I was the blue player at a table full of aggro players. They were all hating on me as is their way and Azami was just getting beat up. One of them played Kiki-Jiki and had the audacity to say, "If you guys can't stop me, I'm comboing out next turn." So, it came back around to me. Turn 5 and I was down to 4 life. I played bribery. Since I knew he had Zealous Conscripts in hand, I searched another red player, Wort's deck and pulled out their Zealous Conscripts. I took control of Kiki-Jiki, went infinite, and won.
I was playing a multi player game with the following generals:
Sliver queen (me)
Khalia
Olivia voldaren
Glissa, the traitor
I had 6 land (1 of each basic and a vivid creek with 1 counter), darksteel ingot, mana echoes, harmonic sliver, and mnemonic sliver on the board, glissa had a falkenrath noble.
I tap out my basics to play queen, getting 3 colorless from mana echoes and use 2 of which to make a token. In response, the guy playing olivia, who knows I usually use firewake sliver to give my infinite tokens haste and win, uses go for the throat on my mnemonic sliver, hoping to force me to use my colored mana to respond with more tokens and get my draw engine going at instant speed so I won't be able to cast firewake sliver. I do exactly what he wants, tapping my creek and using my floating mana to make another token and more mana, and saccing tokens to draw. I'm on a strict 32 draw clock though, due to falkenrath noble. I draw 29, putting me at 3 life, before I see manamorphose, quick sliver, gemhide sliver, worldly tutor and FINALLY find firewake sliver. I tap my ingot for green, manamorphose for double green, drop quick sliver, followed by gemhide, tap my mnemonic and harmonic slivers for red and green to flash in firewake sliver, to which khalia player responds by using quicksilver amulet to bring in his angelic arbiter, thinking that he's sealed my fate. I tap a token for a green, play worldly tutor, finding a screeching sliver, sac another sliver to put me at 2 life, bring it to my hand, and play it, then I make some more tokens and mill everyone out. Go for the throat resolves, mnemonic sliver dies, putting me at 1 life, and I pass the turn. I fully expect an upkeep burn spell from either khalia or Olivia, but it never comes. Olivia player then gives on a half hour rant about how mana echoes is broken and we should ban it in my deck as a house rule.
I then play wort and get a crazy aggressive hand of 3 land, skirk prospector, knuclerbone witch, goblin warchief, and krenko, mob boss.
I play prospector turn 1, witch turn 2, slapping a guul draz assassin with a topdecked tarfire, warchief comes down next, followed by krenko. I tap krenko for 4 tokens, saccing 1 to prospector to cast alter's reap, which draws me into boggart shenanigans and shared animosity. Next turn I draw brightstone ritual, tap krenko and play it, then play shenanigan and animosity, and swing with 12 13/1s and a 14/2, killing everyone.
"Shared animosity is broken and we should ban it as a house rule"
Go figure.
Yeah it's one of those cards where you're like "This is AWESOME in multiplayer," and then you realize how it works and you're like "Dangit, I'm not playing this…".
Exactly, and it was included in the Kaalia deck so it looks awesome, but is not.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
So the other day I was playing my Karador deck vs Skithiryx and Asuza. Skittles was also my deck so I pretty much know how its going to turn out. Anyway, turn prior Asuza genesis waves for 22, I play Magus of the Disk tapped, skittles is brought out with haste and swings at me for 4 poison. Following turn Asuza brings in Ulamog, i throw down Sheoldred and Skittles is sacd with no answer as well as Ulamog. Asuza scoops and next turn i get damnationed and skittles swings for fatal lol...meh cant win them all. Anyway, cool story I thought I'd share

I had just cast Open the Vaults and got back a ton of artifacts, including Kuldotha Forgemaster and Krark-Clan Ironworks. I passed the turn, and everyone was getting desperate, so the Niv-Mizzet player casts Knowlege Pool, but he reveals Thought Reflection and Laboratory Maniac.
I untap, cast some junk to get the good stuff from Knowlege Pool, and Forgemaster for Memory Jar. I pop Jar and see Argivian Find, Sculpting Steel (for Jar), and Faith's Reward. That's all she wrote!
I was honestly very lucky no one interacted more meaningfully that turn; they spent their removal on Forgemaster earlier in the game.

No need to be condescending, the thread is about crazy plays, it doesn't say it has to be from a general that's not expected to be powerful.
