-2 Liliana, then cast Lethal Vapors while Black Market and Infernal Genesis are out. Next turn, you mill Ulamog and get 11 tokens, they all die, and you get 11 free mana. Repeat as needed or until Lethal Vapors dies (replace Lethal Vapors with Night of Soul's Betrayal as needed).
A couple fun things happened tonight when I played a few games with some friends. The first game wasn't anything special, I gained an exponential amount of tokens with my Rith, The Awakener deck and overwhelmed.
Game 2 was Teysa (me) vs. Gwafa Hazid vs. Oros The Avenger.
After some mana screw on the part of me and Oros, the Gwafa player had pretty decent board presence creature-wise, and was slowly beating us down. We finally started getting some land, and Gwafa was dealt with, and then the Oros player started to get scary. I was able to stay relatively safe with a Kor Haven and a Story Circle (White). I dropped an Intimidation and cast Teysa, and Oros player played a Debtor's Knell. At that point it looked like me and Gwafa were screwed, as I had a lot of nice creatures in the graveyard. The Oros player picked my Royal Assassin on his first Debtor's Knell use.
I was able to convince the Gwafa player to dispose of the Royal Assassin (the only creature he had in play at the time that could block my creatures because of Intimidation), and he did. The next turn, I attacked the Oros player with an ublockable Teysa, and played Hatred and paid 19 of my 26 life to take the Oros player out in one swing. Landed a Shelodred, Whispering One on my next turn and eventually took out the Gwafa player as well.
Third game was Nin, The Pain Artist (me) vs. Gwafa again, and Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Nin didn't see much play this game, and I was mana screwed for most of it. The Gwafa player was countering the hell out of Scion at every turn, but eventually he landed Scion, Borborygmos, and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Bogardan Hellkite and things were looking bad. Scion became Vorosh, The Hunter for a turn and got some Glistening Oil in an attempt to bring an end faster, and his wrath was focused at me. I was able to hang on by tapping it with a Deceiver Exarch, chump blocking with a Conundrum Sphinx, and again with a Dominus of Fealty, and a Ray of Command over the various turns. I held on long enough to retrieve a Thieves' Auction via an Anarchist from my graveyard I had discarded previously. I survived again via an Act of Aggression, taking Vorosh and blocking and killing the Scion. Gwafa was killed this turn.
Next turn was the Auction, and I ended up with Vorosh and Borborygmos, my opponent with the Hellkite. He took his turn, I was attacked with the Hellkite. He looked at my graveyard a couple of times, contemplating. He ended up casting Living Death, bringing back a boatload of creatures, including the Anarchist which brought back the Insurrection in my graveyard (I was 1 land shy of being able to cast it). Turn passes. I play the Mountain I had in my hand, drop Insurrection , and win the game.
Next turn of his, he plays Patriarch's Bidding naming Zombies. For lulz, I name Changelings. Now that he has a massive field of zombies, he acts all smug. "You're a dumbass," he says to me.
he passes turn, unable to attack. Untap, upkeep, draw...Living Death.
He was very, very upset. >:D
I have a feeling that when a card instructs you to name a creature type, you must name a creature type. Changeling is not a creature type. It is a characteristic defining ability. Naming any of the following creature types would have worked better
So after Oblationing an Erayo deck and making him run off, my Creature-Prison Kei Takahashi deck has locked down Marrow-Gnawer Relentless Rats deck at 13 life.
All is well while i search for teeg to finish the lock, but he All is Dust and then Damnation's later before i can get him.
I manage to reinstate the lock, but... Sorin! Crap!
So Sorin +'s up..
And at one life... with a survival out...
I draw a creature! i tutor up witness and oblation sorin! YES!
..so we continue, i draw a wordly tutor, ready to get 'lark and finish my lock... but he gets beseech the queen and gets sorin. NO!
I die in tears.

Tantarus: It didn't make the gaka greifer level, so it should be fine
I was playing Omnath, Locus of Mana against LyzoldaBrion Stoutarm and Korlash. The whole game the Lyzolda player is keeping us out of creatures with a stolen Kiki Jiki and stolen Sun Titan with Fleshbag Marauder and other various shenanigans. On turn 15ish I have 9 Forest a Maze of Ith and a Gaea's Cradle in play with nothing else I topdeck an Avenger of Zendikar which I play I tap the Cradle for 12 play Omnath for 7 followed by Rude Awakening untapping everything I notice Genesis Wave in hand cast it for 27 which nets me 11 land Regal Force and a few other goodies that make sure my dudes have hexproof regeneration and other things to help the Force gets me 19 cards Eternal witness being most notable I use it to get back rude awakening letting me play damn near everything in my hand. I don't remember everything but I had like 40 creatures out at end of turn with the now 12/13 tokens out with 20 green floating with Omnath. I pass the turn Brion untaps doesn't get any answers passes to Lyzolda he plays a Chain Reaction I use my 20 floating to save Omnath and 9tokens with Asceticism he passes to Korlash he topdecks his 14th land passes to me I untap float 58green mana cast Overwhelming Stampede and Bellowing Tanglewurm attack all 3 defenseless players with 70+ power tokens and a 100 power Omnath that all have intimidate for the win.
in hand, I managed to swing at once for just over 50,000 damage w/ trample. Ink-Treader Nephilim is a ridiculous card, and should be looked at by all 5cc decks. Aggro? Might of the Masses him, Control? Capsize him, Fighting Aggro? Threaten him. Just so many OPtions.
He beats me pretty good with Animar over time and gets me to 17 general damage.. I EOT dismantling blow (kicked) his sol ring, hoping to draw a land to play the Martial Coup in my hand... I get into celestial collonade that would cipt so that doesnt help.. I untap and draw for the turn..... HALLOWED BURIAL!!!.. I venser out Zedruu, play burial, send all his dudes to the bottom of his library... My next few turns are, Idyllic tutor for mind over matter, play Arcanis the Omnipotent, play Niv Mizzet, play Mind over matter... Draw cards till he dies.....
The game goes on awhile without anything much going on. Eventually I topdeck an Aquire and target Damia, getting and cracking a Mindslaver, also targeting Damia.
I pass, Karthuus plays a few dragons and passes. The Niv player casts his general and attempts to equip a Lightning Greaves. I attempt to Eyeblight's Ending it but it gets countered. With the equip still on the stack he flashes in Ophidian Eye (ballsy to pass priority there). He doesn't have a discard outlet so he proceeds to take out the Damia player and chip away at me.
My turn rolls around and I see pretty much nothing in my hand but a Reins of Power which doesn't help me because he'd still control the Eye. I draw for turn and it's Forsee. Play it, scry 4, and push all four to the bottom. In the two cards I draw there's a Volition Reins. I V-Reins the Eye, then Reins-o-P (that's two reinses, mind you). I start drawing my deck and kill off Karthuus, but Niv is too high. I draw to seven cards left and see a Telemin Performance. I'm out of options and he only has 8 cards left so I go for it. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8...no creatures. I pass, his Lotus Bloom comes off of suspend and he Blue Sun's Zeniths me for 9.
I was playing warp world against some type of pirate deck.
I warp hit an obnix and 10 land.. I take out the two weakest players as the last person revels a gilded drake and takes my ob, I figured fine and i will just warp again next turn. and I pas the turn..he plays piracy charm and kills me with my own Ob
(On a somewhat related note I live in an apartment with very thin walls and the internet meme "Surprise buttsecks!!" isn't just on the internet anymore. Man that girl sounded pissed off.)

Not quite. "Dinosaur" is not a legal creature type under the Comprehensive Rules and only appears under the Un-sets (thus far). Note that under the Official Rules of EDH, Un-Sets are not legal for EDH
On topic, against a Zedruu deck, I had Illusions of Grandeur AND Delusions of Mediocrity donated to me during my opponent's "one big turn". He passed his turn, pretty pleased with himself until I interupted him to play an "end of second main phase" Chord of Calling searching for Brooding Saurian. I have used Brooding Saurian for many things, including nullifying Bribery effects but this got to be the first time I have used it to return to sender any unwanted goods
Momir Vig (Me) vs Teshiro Umezawa (The Legends one) vs Animar vs Wrexial, The Risen Deep. Animar sees me play a Birthing Pod, and has a full board of monsters. He wants in on some of that sweet Phyrexian action, so he attempts for play Phyrexian Metamorph copying it. I play Gather Specimens, attempting to get his copy. He flashes in a Draining Whelk! NOO! but wait a minute....I have UU open, and Twincast in my hand....Lets just say that 7/7 Whelk and 2nd Birthing Pod were nice....
{snip}I draw to seven cards left and see a Telemin Performance. I'm out of options and he only has 8 cards left so I go for it. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8...no creatures. I pass, his Lotus Bloom comes off of suspend and he Blue Sun's Zeniths me for 9.
Yeah, well all thought you had him with that one. Would have been great to kill someone off with a Telemin Performance. I don't think I had any combos ready to go either... Which was a shame... I really was trying to kill Niv off soon. But I just couldn't draw anything relevant.
in a 4 player match, the following happened:
player1: island, sol ring, dimir signet
every other player played a land and passed
played1 turn 2: island, bribery black myojin everyone discards their hands.
pretty sick
RTFC, Reading is tech, all those heart-warming sayings.
Early on, the Zedruu player sticks an Embargo, which proceeded to lock down our game because the Horde guy kept recurring Timbermare to tap our creatures out. He only stopped when Horde was killed enough to eat up nearly all his mana. The Rhys player bows out for sleep 2 and a half hours in, the rest of us kept trucking on. Finally (after Horde eliminated Kaalia), I get 8 mana (which didn't include the Swamp Zedruu killed or an Island) and I stick a Mycosynth Lattice and Hurkyll's Recall Mimeoplasm's permanents (including a really big Lhurgoyf) to her hand. Zedruu gets eliminated before it gets back to me and manage to get Gemhide Sliver, Intruder Alarm, Heart Sliver and Sliver Overlord to drop every Sliver in my hand and deck into play ftw.
The best part of the game is Zedruu's elimination. Mimeoplasm (his gf) had been Recalled by me, so all she had was an Island and lot of stuff in her hand. She looks through it and her eyes go wide. Her bf says "You've only got one mana! What are you gonna do with one mana!?" Minds Aglow. Horde and I had enough to Join Forces to force Zedruu to draw all his remaining cards. The look on his face was priceless, and he said he learned a valuable lesson about underestimating people who only have one mana.
Third game with my Sygg river guide deck, Play wanderwine prophets championing sygg and give him greaves attack someone sac a random merfolk take another turn.
Draw Seahunter......Cast it, give it greaves, tutor a merrow Harbinger fetching merfolk sovereign, and procede to take "infinite" turns
I was playing my Animar deck against four or five opponents. I dropped Pandemonium on turn four. One guy said "Alright, everyone target him," referring to me. I ended my turn. Next guy cast a creature, I took two to the dome. Next guy had nothing. The next guy dropped Ruhan for seven damage to me. When it got back to my turn, I did something I never thought I would do: I destroyed my Pandemonium. We all had a good laugh.

On Mythic Rares: "What's next, Wizards will print six golden Black Lotuses and randomly place them in boosters, and if someone gets one, they get to tour the Wizards facility?"
This is gonna take a while to explain (and possibly remember) so bear with me.
It was my birthday and me and a bunch of friends were having an EDH party of sorts. One game we played was a 6 player game...and one of my friends threw a cookie in the middle of the table before we started and said "There is the prize." I went cutthroat.
I cant remember what all the generals were besides me, running red Akroma burn. Things were going along smoothly for everyone, just building their board state. It was my turn and I played my 6th mountain and cast a Caged Sun with Mana Geyser, Reiterate, and Comet Storm in my hand, so my next turn i could go infinite mana and comet storm everyone. Needless to say I was feeling pretty confident, til my friend played Time Reversal and screwed me over completely. I was pretty happy though cause I got Repercussion, Fire Servant, Red Sun's Zenith, Chain Reaction, Quest for Pure Flame, Slagstorm, and Mana Geyser again (so lucky!!!) and a couple cheap burn spells between the new hand and next draws i had. What ensued over the next couple turns was an activated Quest which was sacced, cast Mana Geyser for 44 mana, Slagstorm came out with Fire Servant and Repercussion, which killed 2 of the players right there, then the Zenith took out the other threat, leaving 2 guys with nothing on the board except lands and less than 20 life each. Their turns, one played 3 creatures and the other played 4 creatures and wanted to take me out. So my turn I cast Chain Reaction and dealt 7 damage to each creature, killing the other 2. I savored my cookie happily...but shared with the other guys.
