The new mana dork is bad in dinosaurs, and utter garbage outside of said tribe. A mana dork that taps for 1 mana should cost one mana (see Birds of Paradise, Noble Hierarch, Deathrite Shaman plus Llanowar Elves and co). If it has a relevant but not amazingly strong extra ability - as this does in dinosaur tribal - it should cost 2 at most (remember Noble Hierarch has an ability and only costs 1). Three mana for a dork is ridiculously overpriced - the sightly larger body is irrelevant, it's there to make mana, not hit things.
Kumena would be good in Bant merfolk (with partners, I guess). Stonybrook Schoolmaster + Intruder Alarm shenanigans plus the tutoring ability to get them all.
So I guess Journey into Eternity goes into every Meren deck from here and to eternity...
Tough it's a good effect, especially on a land, it is kinda expensive. And I'm not sure what to do with it. Leave it for protection or saccing the creature right away to be sure to get the land?
Vona's Hunger seems pretty great in the format. More people saccing more things is normally better, instant speed is great and then if you have the cities blessing it gets better. For me its an obvious swap for my edict effect in Kresh.
Merfolk legend is interesting and will obviously get better the more merfolk that they make. Really good abilities but falls into the trap of almost all tribal commanders of needing a critical mass. Also slightly sad that it isnt Bant colours so that I can bring a lot of Lorwyn merfolk into the deck.
The last one that piqued my interest is Journey to Eternity. It just smacks of good value and the land side not only produces mana of any colour but has an expensive but strong ability in a format where recursion is highly prized. The thought of this on Eternal Witness and a Skullclamp is pretty gross at most stages of the game.

EDH BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.
Journey into Eternity intrigues me, aside from the obvious reanimation shenanigans, I like cards that could change type. This one goes from enchantment to land and back to enchantment when destroyed/bounced is fun to play around, even earn a place in Pharika, God of Affliction and The Gitrog Monster decks.
Enter the Unknown is a nice "extra land" card early on, chance to put counter on creatures is also good with deck like Experiment Kraj.
I am not quite sure if The Immortal Sun will get a place in my creature heavy Ruric Thar deck. (Lurking Predator/Warstorm Surge as my 2 biggest Enchantments)
This card is quite good tho, reduce my creature spell cost, turns Primal Surge into 9 mana, more card draw, stops planeswalker, pump my creatures.
I think I'll pass on Zetalpa, Primal Dawn. I can really only see it in a Gishath, Sun's Avatar EDH deck or one boring EDH general. It's a lot of keywords for voltron and whatnot but it's 8 mana and offers little else.

Zetalpa, Primal Dawn: Just add haste, lifelink and +X/+X.
I kind of see her deck having a lot more emphasis on lands that produce on a 2:1 value, mana rocks, cost reducers and mana dorks if available.
Journey to Eternity is awesome, but i ******* hate to play with DFC cards
I know what you mean. I get done constructing a deck and then realize I need to buy some sleeves since all my other sleeves are in use at the time. A love/hate relationship with DFC.

Kumena is kinda a waste. He would have been perfect as a Bant general, combining UG +1/+1 counters theme with UW tap/untap theme of ixalan and lorwyn, respectively.
My thoughts as well. In addition, Simic merfolk desperately need some better token generators to support go-wide strategies that Kumena encourages. In a vacuum he's super neat, but he'll need some better token makers and support in RIX to make up for losing access to Stonybrook Schoolmaster and Summon the School.
You know what? I'm reminded of something. Once upon a time, we all used to say that all Vampires needed was W and they'd be fine. Now, all merfolk need is to get the same treatment.
I’m sure you guys will find something for Elenda, but she doesn’t spark me to build anything.
Same. I think she'd fit best in something aristocrats-y like Teysa but I'm not convinced she'd be great there. On the plus side she doesn't say non-token which can allow for some shenanigans.
Ambush from the Water isn’t bad either! At least it creates some bodies.
Path to Discovery is another fun explore card. UG Ezuri already gets the experience counter, so you can start loading up on +1/+1 counters or filtering!

Form of the Dinosaur is going to be amusing especially if there is a lifegain means.
Journey to Eternity is going to be really strong in Golgari and Golgari+X based deck
Awakened Amalgamation could be neat, mostly like in a G heavy deck to get the most power out of it.
Tendershoot Dryad is very nice, practically an inexpensive Verdant Force that also buffs your saprolings later when you have 10+ permanents.
Enter the Unknown is neat at least from a budget perspective.
Secrets of the Golden City will be useful in the later part of the game, otherwise its just a more color intensive Divination.
Frilled Deathspitter might have a home in dinosaur decks.
Swaggering Corsair I see this getting cut out more often than not from pirate decks.
Gleaming Barrier on the other hand I can see making it in pirate decks, as weird as that might sound.
Dusk Charger isn't bad, its just a hill giant that becomes something bigger.

Frilled Deathspitter can work with Pyrohemia for additional damage, best keep it alive with equipment.

Odric, lunarch marshal would like a word with you.
True enough. TBH, as the card doesn't really interest me, I didn't ponder any other uses for it outside the obvious Dino EDH or as a general.

I love that Tendershoot Dryad keeps providing permanents, trying to get you that blessing.
