I specifically stated that of the two sources that grant the Worship ability, the emblem is better, that’s it. I’m not proclaiming this to be a viable strategy, a meta breaking card, or whatever else that would warrant this type of discussion. A removable permanent vs. a non-removable emblem. Strictly better, all day every day. Infinitely better.

Getting a little personal, don't you think?
I enjoy talking about magic, and correcting false posts is an easy way to contribute to a greater understanding of the game. I think most reasonable people, if they're holding factually incorrect opinions like "serra pw is always better than worship" or "seething song + pyromancer's goggles + reiterate is an infinite mana combo " could accept a friendly, non-hostile dose of corrective information with either an "oops, my mistake" or a revision of their position so that it's more accurate, or at least ignoring it. I'm not sure what you'd lose with that approach, besides the "e-rep" you so disdain. But I guess getting aggressive about it and refusing to learn anything is more fun?

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Evaluating Planeswalkers as if their ultimate is a given, even if it only takes 1 turn to get there, will lead to a lot of disappointment as the card will not live up to that evaluation.
Being excited about Serra's ultimate, when it mimics a card which sees very little play, seems silly as well.
Is Serra better than Worship if you want the Worship/Emblem effect?
Well, let's ignore the fact that you'd almost certainly run both for redundancy. With that out of the way, probably not.
The need to meet extra conditions to get the emblem is huge.
The most commonly played cards with Worship (per EDHREC) indicate it is played in Enchantress decks. Meaning it's easier to search for, has more benefits upon being cast, easier to recur if needed. Basically, enchantment synergy > planeswalker synergy, in ways that likely outweigh the untouchability of an emblem.
But like I said, focusing on the Worship emblem is the wrong way to look as it.
Serra is a bad anthem for flier heavy decks that can also provide fliers if needed, with Worship as a bonus.
Serra is a better Serra Angel that can often replace/clone itself over a few turns that also pumps fliers and may eventually give you the Worship emblem in rare cases.
The card seems fine. In decks with lots of fliers where a card like Serra Angel would not be out of place, I could see playing it. It's much better than the Serra Angel, as a 1 mana cheaper token Serra Angel and virtually nothing else is this cards worst case scenario. And the Worship emblem is a nice option.
But playing this card as a Worship emblem on a 1 turn delay (provided an opponent can't disrupt that) is pretty bad, and not worth doing.

In the real world, of course Serra is relevant. You don't get to play the emblem. You get to play Serra. There's no point to discussing the emblem outside of the context in which it is created.
And I don't think she's terrible, at all. I think she's basically ok, but mostly as an angel producer that slightly buffs flyers and *occasionally* will be used for the emblem. Pretty much what Sharpened said. Nothing insane, but a card I'll probably play at some point if it fits a deck.
I'm surprised you keep posting to let people know an emblem is better than a permanent. Of course something that cant be interacted with in any way is good. Unfortunately you need to play Serra to get it, so the only way to analyze the emblem is to analyze Serra as well.

Yeah, no. That is not at all how you’ve responded. It’s a backhanded acknowledgment of my point, which is something I don’t really believe is necessary. You are attempting to quash my initial statement with overall card analysis, which wasn’t part of my original point to begin with. The initial statement I replied to had to do with how much Worship effects see play. Having a version of that effect that cannot be removed significantly alters the viability of that effect. I even followed it up acknowledging that this doesn’t necisarily alter the overall playability of the effect. Yet, 3 replies later it’s stil “well, see, Serra has to survive and blah, blah, blah”. Agreeing isn’t “Yeah, but...”.

War of the spark is infact a walker focused set every pre-release pack co es with a foil stamped walker
Where I’m going with this is even though atraxa is perfect we may end up with a legend that is 5-color super friend focused
why would they do tbat? I mean gameplay sure cool. We get a bunch of walkers, but it will probably be like dominaria in which you are guaranteed a legendary creature, but it might be an uncommon.
As for lore, i thought the walkers were stuck and with the immortal sun and planar bridge under bolas' control no one was getting in or out without his say so.

Yep, as lorewise once the other walkers arrive, they are stuck there.
Personally can't wait to see what planeswalkers will be in this set and what they will be like for playability, like Tibalt.
Atraxa is a horrible uninspired keyword soup. It would have been fine with only flying, vigilance and proliferate.
I think the worst part about her is everyone still playing her under some impression that theirs alone is the sole unique Atraxa deck the world has been waiting to see.
You want to be/consider yourself creative? Go play a Kamigawa uncommon or something new and underplayed.
I think she's a fine commander - proliferate is a neat ability since it can do a lot of different things, and thus leads to some interesting build flexibility, especially with her beefy body also being build-around-able. A lot more interesting to build than, say, krenko where there's exactly 1 way to build it.
That said, I've got little interest in playing her because of oversaturation. Same reason I don't have much interest in muldrotha or jodah.
Of course, Ajani doesn't ultimate as quickly as Serra and she's extremely aggressive. Doesn't seem very "modern" to me though.
Regardless of which one you use, I would be running a way to ult them the turn they come out. Doubling season.
