Hilariously, there is an infinite combo with new, terrible Teferi, if you want to go down that road.Eldrazi Displacer + Deepglow Skate + Teferi, Timebender is infinite turns. Its super janky, but you know, its there.

I think the point was to keep the combo in UW so you could use Niambi, Faithful Healer as your commander to tutor up one of your combo pieces.
Although, getting a VtS emblem and being able to flicker my walkers each turn on every spell I cast makes me want to play this combo as it gives way to a speedy, playout conclusion, unlike most infinite turn combos.

only if you have enough mana. Otherwise you cannot flicker deepglow skate enough times.
You only need to flicker Teferi twice the first time, then only once per turn after that. I guess that means 11 mana the turn you cast Teferi. So you gotta cast your commander (3 mana), cast Cloudskate (5 mana), Displacer (3 mana), Teferi (5 mana) and use displacer twice (6 mana), for a total of 22 mana spread out over a few turns. You're better off with literally any other strategy.
Didn't say it was a good combo lol. This is for the memes.
With Brago, King Eternal you don't need extra mana the turn he comes down, but Brago doesn't really need help to win with 5 mana.
Am I the only one who finds it humorous that we get 2 new RW legendaries that don’t center around Combat, and one is a B-A-B only promo, and the other is an uncommon...
Anywho, Tiana will be fun. It opens up a deck for sac. enchants, specifically Auras like Crown of Awe for protection shenanigans, Choking restraints for removal, and, ironically, Capashen Standard for some draw power and buff. She also works well with the sagas. These are the types of legendaries I like. Toss in Sigardas Aid and you can build yourself a tidy little recursion engine.
Edit: Ooooo, combine with theTheros ordeals and you can generate some serious advantage. I absolutely love how it’s each end step.
Slimefoot, the Stowaway is going right into my Ghave deck, but I'm sure he would be a good commander in his own right. There aren't a whole lot of saproling cards in Magic, but I hope this set comes out with another boon or two for that deck.
Also, O Captain, My Captain is awfully purdy. Jhoira can command me anywhere she pleases.

I personally love the diversity both Firesong/Sunspeaker and Tiana brought to the Boros game. They are fully capable of being aggressive but has a lot more tricks even outside of combat.
I'd build the deck like any other mono B deck except using a couple cards like Never//Return, Shriekmaw, Curtains' Call, and Snuff Out (bonus points if using the Liliana art) to increase the chances of getting more than one card off Belzenlok. He really strikes me as a control commander, if you're behind he could dig you out of a hole and if you're ahead he can seal a game by refueling your hand.
Sure, there is a chance of spending $4 on a booster and getting the Mythic Rare $30 super card. There is also a chance of surviving putting your tongue in a light socket.

Uh... maybe re-read Venser's emblem? It's not "flicker a permanent when you cast a spell". It's "exile a permanent forever when you cast a spell".
UG has been my favourite color combo for a long time, but so far there never was a commander in those colors that felt just right to me. Tatyova may be the Simic general I've been waiting for. Her effect may be kind of bland and uninspired (especially with Jhoira in the same set), but I like the things she allows you to do.
omg...Challenge accepted. lol
You guys already forgot the most important card for a easy teferi infinite
doubling season
Just flicker teferi some how and Tada infinite extra turns
You can also replace Eldrazi Displacer with Brago, King Eternal, which is pretty sweet.
And to be janky..cuz no one would expect it the first time lol
doubling season + Venser, the Sojourner + the teferi
There you go infinite extra turns

Tiana, Ship's Caretaker also seems fun. I'm down to build any legend who reminds me of Kaylee Frye. She also let's me run Danitha.
