If you don't need the ability to kill people when you have infinite mana, Pull From Tomorrow is probably better than Blue Sun's Zenith or Stroke of Genius. I'm not a huge fan of either of those cards unless they can double as kill spell (the cards/mana ratio ain't great), but I do see them played quite a bit so I imagine this new one will be popular.
Even if you can't kill people with them, infinite mana into any Draw X spell should probably win you the game on the spot as you just pick up your deck, then decide which of your spells you want to kill your opponent with.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
White god looks pretty cool. More so than the red and blue (imo) for edh purposes, especially at the helm, but even then I'd happily just have her as one of the 99
Very similar to Heliod but she could be armed early without needing devotion, and arguably more deadly once equipped/enchanted. Her ability also cost less color than Heliod despite her token is smaller. Oketra is also not vulnerable to enchantment exile. Both could go swarm strategy,

Discard phrase is useful for some graveyard shenanigans, discard Time Stretch to Spelltwine it, for example.
Neheb, the Worthy seems like it's a few blocks out of place and is a nice new option. Minotaurs already have a ton of tribal support considering the number of creatures in the tribe. If there are a few decently playable ones here, I could see a fun aggressive discard deck. Warrior typing has some upside as well.
Even outside of minotaur tribal, the combat damage trigger is solid and scales nicely into multiplayer games. I don't think we've seen that particular take on a spectre yet.

This makes me very happy. I was hoping that the Black God was going to be my discard general but this guy lets me splash red!
Edit: I can't think of a better hellbent/madness general. I know everyone is gonna be all about minataur tribal here but Hellbent/Madness mechanics are what you really want to do here. Hazoret the Fervent for example is gonna be perfect in here
The moment I saw Neheb, I knew it was time for Mogis to retire (well, partially - going to use a fair few cards from the deck itself with Neheb) - Minotaur tribal with some nice spicing of hellbent/madness and just generally making things miserable for everyone as only RB can.

I'm sure they got a lot of flak for not putting a Legendary minotaur in Theros, so I'm glad they didn't miss their chance here.
As far as tribal Commanders go, I don't think you could ask for more. Cheap? Check. Lord? Check. Grants abilities/is more than just a Lord? Check. Has an extra cool ability to build around? Check.
Feels like they tried really hard to make people happy with this one. Casual tribal lovers rejoice.
Oketra, the True: I like this the most of the gods. It's super easy to get her online in the right deck. Ability is a little overpriced but should be a decent mana sink. Vizier of the Menagerie: Excellent card. I think that about sums it up really. Honored Hydra: I love the reference to Roar of the Wurm. Also, this seems like a nice thing to populate. Pull from Tomorrow: Unless the discard matters, there are better options. Liliana's Expertise: Great card in the obvious deck. Neheb, the Worthy: Finally a legendary Minotaur! And they didn't botch it like the werewolf.

I love love love new Nissa. She's extremely flexible on the curve, fixes draws, and her second ability says "battlefield." Seriously, for an ability that costs 0 loyalty, I read the whole thing expecting it to say "to hand" and still thought it was fine, then I had to do a double-take. Definitely better in decks that are a little lower on the curve and/or can manipulate the top of the deck somehow, but I like those kinds of decks anyway.
Rhonas is going to Dromoka - low on curve, can attack/block pretty much always due to the deck's nature, already indestructible and provides a mana sink/trample outlet.
Nothing else too interesting for me today, but that's probably because I currently don't have a zombie deck. Because some of those look fairly sweet.

I'm guessing that Soldier Tribal is the only kind of Token Commander that this is a new effect for.
Artifact token strategies got a lot of love in the last block and this supports those. RW and BW swarm strategies frequently go token heavy. It's a decent pick for Daxos the Returned. Heliod, God of the Sun, Oketra the True, and Kemba, Kha Regent are all reasonable commander choices that use tokens heavily. While green has the best token support it's far from the only color that regularly uses tokens. This is a nice pickup for a lot of white decks.

Oketra has better stats, generates tokens, and is less color-restrictive. So much better for that random build.
Anyway, it's great for Pariah/Pariah's Shield/en-Kor tricks.
