Rishkar's Expertise wow.... thats kind of a ridiculous card. It doesn't target so as long as you have a few creatures its hard to stop entirely and the fact that you get to cast another spell and possibly make this into a 1 mana draw card is a little bonkers. Comparing this against Soul's Majesty its really not even fair to compare the two.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Rishkar's Expertise does seem comically good for this format. What G deck worth its salt won't be able to draw 5 or 6 from this and then play something to make the net cost effectively < 3.

Honestly it doesn't look that good. If you were playing a tribal deck then it would be pretty good but with your list there are lots of different creature types. To me it seems worse than ashnod's transmogrant.
Disappointed that all legends seem to be monocolored this block. I kinda want to like Yahenni, and a free sac outlet and an indestructible do seem good, but having to kill enemy creatures rather than saccing your own to make her actually big feels cumbersome.

The main thing is that the card acts like Sage of Fables in automatically delivering +1/+1 counter protection to your general whenever you name wizard or human. However, it has additional utility in that you can later sacrifice it and name the creature type of whatever you want to loop each turn. It's not Steel Overseer or Arcbound Ravager good but it has its place and interacts directly with the general in ways the other two don't.
