I can imagine a green sorcery does similar thing as Expertise.

Trophy Mage is going straight into my Kami deck, since it fetches both Iron Maiden and Temple Bell. If only they made one that fetched a 4cmc artifact, I could get the best card in that deck: Unwinding Clock. Hnnn.
Yahenni's Expertise is just about perfect as a cube card, but cube is a format littered with bears and pikers. It probably doesn't do enough in EDH.

The new PW deck Tezzret has an ultimate that'd ruin any EDH player's day.
Not necessarily! My Kruphix deck runs zero creatures and only six artifacts, half of which wipe the board. You could maybe steal a Mirari or Doubling Cube. That's it.
6 mana planeswalkers make me puke, especially if they are just value walkers and not something crazy like Karn.

Pia's Revolution is artifact Athreos...in a format where we have a lot of durdle engines. I'm fine with this as red recursion! Immediately worth trying in my Jor deck.
Mono-U Voidslime is awesome. Slotting that into every U deck I have immediately.
Improvise immediately seems like trouble. It's "just" Convoke, in the same way that Cradle is "just" Academy. It will be interesting to see if they play it safe or print some stronger cards with the ability.

Disallow is great! I'm not sure about Pia's Revolution because giving your opponents a choice always seems a bit auboptimal. I do like the Improvise mechanic with stuff like equipments. Makes them extra usefull!
New Tezz has a pretty brutal ulimate that can go off immediately with Doubling Season in play! Nice for Atraxa superfriends.
Plenty of people play Voidslime. You're right. Paying three mana for either of those things isn't awesome, but paying three mana for either of them is way better. Flexibility is great in EDH decks and this is very flexible. Sure, you pay a premium for it, but I'd argue it's worth it. Maybe not in cEDH, but at casual tables this will be close to an auto-include in blue decks.
I think people are overestimating Disallow. Paying 3 mana for for counterspell is pretty bad and paying 3 mana for stifle is even worse.
While a three mana Stifle isn't the reason you stick it in the deck it's not a bad option to have in a pinch. Voidslime has never been a bad card and this is a strictly better version. If you're running Disallow you're accepting the higher CMC for more flexibility, which is a pretty common tradeoff. I wouldn't call it a snap include in every deck running blue. I would expect to see it as part of counterspell packages, particularly smaller ones, on a regular basis.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
I'm going to be testing the crap out of Disallow. So happy to have another counterspell that gives me choices. Cryptic Command is so good for that exact reason. Cryptic is obviously much better than this since all Disallow can do is counter something on the stack, but the point is that the more situations one card can deal with by itself, the more valuable it is as an answer slot in many decks. I'm stoked about this one

Its this line of reasoning is why I run some of the better charms in my decks, or the Confluences from C15.
Is it just me or does dark intimations make it seem as if the other intro deck will be nicol bolas? Although even with the old nicol bolas it seems pretty solid.
Pia's Revolution is so blatantly printed for classic Daretti that it actually makes me wonder when the last time one card was that clearly directed towards one commander.
