Yeah, that whole batch is getting torn apart for being obvious fakes.
Maybe the art is, but I'm not sure about some of the cards (or at least their general function). The land and Gideon were both revealed by someone who also had Omnath right three weeks ago, which adds a bit of credence to those.

Yeah, and they may be real, but there's stuff like the name of the land that really makes me question HOW MUCH is real.
I hope there's enough density of "exile your opponent's stuff" support to make things like Blight Herder and Oblivion Sower useful even outside of decks like Jeleva and Oona. But maybe that will just have to be their home.
We have a super-sized Palladium Myr in Kozilek's Channeler. I think it's too expensive for the amount of mana it produces, especially factoring in summoning sickness. The 4/4 body just doesn't matter enough to justify it. But you'd probably gladly play it in an Ulamog or Kozilek deck, I suppose.
Edit: New Ulamog... yes. I embrace my new Eldrazi overlords.
I think New Ulamog will be made or broken as a Commander depending on what other Oblivion Sower creatures we see. There are enough ways for Colorless to get cards exiled that it won't be a problem (Even if you don't cast New Ulamog), but yikes.
Whenever he attacks, defending player exiles the top 20 cards of their library.
10/10
I don't think he's going to see play outside of being in the Zone or the occasional Reanimator strat; he's 3-5 swings to kill with either condition, doesn't lock anyone out of the game (Despite setting them back a land T1) and just doesn't do enough.
Edit: Keeping my fingers crossed for a non-devoid colorless Parallel Lives

.....no annihilator, nothing similar to it either. I'm down for changing giving a tribe new toys, but when you take away their most iconic ability, well...yeah I don't like at all.

Neither did MaRo; apparently Annihilator is like a 9-10 on the Storm Scale. It ain't coming back. :/
The Mill ability is supposed to be Annihilator 2.0; attack their resources without giving them a chance to fight back.

Meh, Ulamog doesn't particularly impress me (because my main deck runs so much exile removal), and I don't like him over the previous titan incarnations. Their main draw tome was the annihilator. I know Ulamog is more of an enabler, but at that point you're just winning more. Besides, he doesn't affect the field as much as his older self, so yeah, I doubt I'd ever play him.

On cast, not ETB. That's the difference between instant reanimator favorite and kind of gimmicky. Still powerful, but not the obvious best choice to cheat into play.
New Gideon seems potentially playable. I'd consider him as a slightly expensive anthem that your opponents can't interact with, and pumping out 2/2 creatures isn't a terrible 0 ability.

Sure, but the old Titans weren't a Reanimator favorite because there just weren't enough instant speed ways to bring them back before they shuffled. This thing not self-shuffling is going to make it a huge pain in the ass for a lot of people. So, it might not ETB anything but neither could the old ones but it's going to beat people mercilessly with that X:20 ability.

Gideons all make their ways into my decks just because they survive Jokulhaups. This one looks like he'll be #2 in line.
And now that the Duals are confirmed, those are all packing into every EDH deck I have. 3 color deck with 9 Fetches, 3 ABUR Duals, 3 Shocks, 3 of these, and 9 basics. That pretty much covers the bulk of the land base.
I like the new Ulamog. In fact, I think he's stronger than the original. Sure, he doesn't wreck your opponent's board, but he still closes out the game quickly (even if your opponent can make an endless supply of chump blockers) and exiling two targets instead of destroying one is definitely better. Also, he costs 1 less.

In my opinion, New Ulamog is still inferior to Kozilek for the cost, but I would probably still put it into my Animar deck since that deck basically screams "Put all the legal Eldrazi Titans in regardless".
So...new duals are basically the core of EDH for this set. Bout 70% of players will want them. I doubt there could be anything all that amazing in the set for my current decks.

My point was more correcting ETB vs. on cast. Most of the cards that cost 10+ are obvious candidates to be cheated in somehow, where that is hugely important, which was really the only reason I brought up reanimator strategies. That said, there's still some pretty stiff competition for reanimator targets if you discount the original three titans. New Ulamog is not a bad reanimation target, but it's not head and shoulders above all of the other options in that respect either. Even restricting it to eldrazi, I'd rather have It That Betrays over new Ulamog if I was planning on never hard casting either one.

So that's 1/3 eldrazi revealed so far. I really like what I'm seeing with them. As a tribe they're getting a lot cooler (based on art and new mechanics).
I'm happy about the new duals. Even if they ETBT, fetching EOT essentially negates that. Also, I'm thinking these are the five lands that make up the remainder of the 25 super ultra premium lands.
Converge is pretty meh...I've never liked Sunburst, and I don't like this either.
New Ulamog is sick. Will be testing for Glissa and Derevi.
Gideon is four mana for a completely irremovable anthem, which seems like a sweet deal.
On a smaller note, Processor and Scion are new creature types.

New ulamog looks lame. A 10/10 dude who mills 10 is really boring. I also really dislike exile as a zone.
Except that he is an automatic 3 for 1 when you cast him and he mills 20, ergo dead in about 2 hits even if blocked. Reading is tech i think.
