Would have been better to add Kruphix, God of Horizons and Zur the Enchanter to the vote even though they didn't get enough support.
Multicolored also is a little bit of a weird section because of the variance where the cards fit into decks. That might just be pushing people away from nominating this week.
It's still 3. One of the three that was previously on the list gets returned to it despite getting enough votes to be included this week. The cuts are 2/3 of those and Prophet.
Zur sees play in 100% of Esper decks that matter because 100% of Esper decks that matter have Potence, Remora, Rhystic Study, etc. because those are oppressive Magic cards in EDH.
Are people here seriously playing Black/Blue decks without Mystic Remora, Necropotence and Rhystic Study? Are people legitimately unhappy to jam a 4 CMC creature that reads "tutors for Potence when it attacks" that has additional upsides? It also fetches your Mystic Remora, Rhystic Study, Grasp of Fate, Animate Dead, etc. Like it literally reads "put a degenerate draw engine into play every time he attacks" and that isn't making the cut? How? How can that possibly be a thing? Optimal Esper decks are fielding Zur because Zur is freaking broken.
It's actually absurd that Zur isn't on the list but cards like Harmonic Sliver are. I haven't seen a Harmonic Sliver since Rec Sage was printed. Card sees no play and never will. You play Reclamation Sage as your tutor target and Aura Shards as your OP removal spell. That's it. Everything else will cost a different CMC because there's absolutely no reason to keep fetching the same crappy 3 drop. Caustic Caterpillar, Acidic Slime, Bane of Progress, you run more removal spells but at different CMCs.
Two RW Angels in the top 25 best EDH multicolor creatures. Not 0, not less than 0, TWO. If Aurelia and Gisela are top 25 best colored creatures in EDH but the 4 CMC tutor for Necropotence isn't then I don't know what we're even basing this on. It's certainly not "card quality" or "raw strength" or "generic applications." The only possible way to argue that Zur is "niche" is if you're also willing to argue that Mystic Remora and Necropotence are "niche." Go on, someone explain to the class how cutting Mystic Remora is a winning line. Give us the low-down on why we need to be getting Rhystic Study out of our lists. Give me a compelling reason why Necropotence is weak in a 40 life format, knowing that Zur can even fetch Oblivion Ring to exile it afterwards if you want. I'm clueless.

Adjustments to the list!
CUTS:
ADDS:
I know I initially said there would be only three cards in the mix, but I did throw in an extra card this time, and would prefer to avoid another tie breaker poll, so Necrotic Sliver and Magister Sphinx will stand.

Also, I like Mortify but not being able to hit artifacts / walkers. I would rather have the exile removal that is more versatile in targeting than Mortify personally. I will support Anguished Unmaking.

I voted against 7 cards on the list and I'm just above average on that count.
I voted to remove six of them, probably should have voted for even more:
* Bant Charm - I used to play that card pretty often, but after removing the commander tuck possibility Bant Charm lost most of its merit
* Maelstrom Pulse - too slow and too expensive for what it does
* Merciless Eviction - see above.
* Mortify - this list definitely doesn't need four WB point removal spells and Mortify is the weakest of them
* Utter End - 4 mana for a point removal spell is a sad joke; also the second worst of the four WB point removals
* Wargate - seems good on paper, but in reality it's way too expensive

If you're playing Wargate, you're playing Bant (or 5C, but in that case Wargate makes even less sense because of black tutors). If you're playing Bant, you have a plethora of better tutors to choose from: Enlightened Tutor, Sterling Grove, Academy Rector, Worldly Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, Chord of Calling, Eldritch Evolution, Birthing Pod, Survival of the Fittest (and Fauna Shaman), Eladamri's Call, Crop Rotation and so on.
I don't see a point in paying 3 mana for a Cradle/Crypt or 4 mana for a Sol Ring/Skullclamp if I can grab them by paying 1 mana and casting Crop Rotation or Enlightened Tutor. Wargate is a classic example of "Jack of all trades, master of none" - sure, it can fetch whatever, but for such a high mana cost that you'll be better off playing cheaper, more specialized tutors.
Saying that Wargate is as efficient as Grim Tutor is more or less like saying that Palinchron costs 0 mana. You can cast Grim Tutor on turn 3, fetch a 4 drop and play it on turn 4, while with Wargate you would play it on turn 7 - it's not even close.

Crop Rotation is card disadvantage, doesn’t cheat on land drops and only fetches lands. If you Wargate the land in play you have an extra land, this isn’t a small difference. I have a really hard time believing you can’t think of any decks or situations where you would rather have Wargate than Crop Rotation. You don’t value flexibility at all? I'm not saying not to run Crop Rotation and Enlightened Tutor too, they're awesome cards, but there's only one of each.
I merely meant it costs the same total amount of mana. I usually tutor for x=0 or 1 so in my case it is actually pretty close. If you were always casting it for higher mana costs I can see why you wouldn’t like it but I don’t think that’s the best way to use the card.
Wargate is garbage. Flexible or not paying 3+N mana is too slow and conditional for any midway competitive list. Crop Rotation technically has faults but a 1 CMC instant-speed tutor for Gaea's Cradle is bonkers. Yeah, it can fetch things like Coffers/Urborg, Nykthos, Serra's Sanctum, etc. too but who are we kidding? It's a second Cradle and everyone knows it. I'll 2-for-1 myself for Gaea's Cradle any day of the week. Wargate is flexible but it's not efficient or powerful. You are paying a steep cost for that versatility which offsets its value.
Nominate Bring to Light: Formidable tutor for 3+ color decks given its ability to fetch key combo pieces and powerful card advantage engines. If you're playing a 3+ color deck with powerful cards then you're going to field it since it's ostensibly a Demonic Tutor at that point.
Nominate Painful Truths: Makes the cut in 100% of tricolor Black decks since it's a draw 3 for 3. What else needs to be said about it?

Besides, I support Ancient Grudge and Kolaghan's Command.
Because you'd never play it outside of a multicolor deck and it's extremely powerful in 3+ color lists. Functionally it's a multicolor card.
Yep, and it's not close to being close. The fact that it's a second copy of Ad Nauseam (the strongest draw spell in the format) alone makes it significantly more competitive.

I don't think Painful Truths qualifies for this category.
