I am new to this style of play, since my EDH strategies usually revolve around Tokens and swarming. But now m focusing on a Toolbox building Bant, and I'm wondering what are the best utility creatures and ETB creatures? In your opinion. Thanks!
All 5 of the new Primordials from Gatecrash are absolutely bananas in EDH. Even the red one, which I'd consider the weakest one acts as a mini-insurrection which can still end the game on it's own. Ranking of power
Diluvian is rather situational, but in the right decks such as my Wrexial one it's an absolute allstar. Sepulchral is basically 4-5 creatures for the price of one, but Sylvan takes the cake in Bramblecrushing each opponent and ramping for each one it does.
I like Deadwood Treefolk quite a bit, gets someone coming and going, and can pair with things like Body Double or Eternal Witness to help stay on top if a game hits a slow grind.
Even though it is a "slow" flicker as it is until EoT I feel Mistmeadow Witch is better than the smuggler. That being said Deadeye Navigator is the gold standard. A case could also be made for Galepowder Mage.

In EDH, you have any number of better choices for ETB creatures. Tough as the 'Tusk has been in Standard, it doesn't even qualify as good in EDH.
