So I just did a re-pricing of my deck, updating it to include cards that were not in the deck or not foiled/pimped since I first started this thread.
I used SCG's prices primarily due to the number of foils in the deck, I also hit up eBay for things not listed there. I also included a small premium on certain cards that are either artist signed or altered (or both) as I personally value them higher, though I know not everyone does.
The current value for Grimgrin is $816.88 with the most expensive card in the deck being my Force of Will which has been signed by Terese herself, twice, in addition to her altering the art for me (even if only slightly). As I said I put these things at a small premium, so I did up the price from the NM price listed on SCG to $74.99. Not everyone may agree with that, but I feel that is fair.

Off the top of my head my Omnath deck. Nothing too special in it most expensive card is foil Japanese tooth and nail, also sports foil Japanese oblivion stone and a foil life from the loam and a foil Omnath. I only run the "pimp" versions because they happen to be the only copies I own, except life from the loam, I now have a duel decks version of it I just haven't put it in yet.
My Jhoira deck is worth about $100, as its filled with a bunch of $2 rares that are fun but not very good outside the format, and the most expensive card is Sulfur Falls. In Mayael I think my shocks are tied for most expensive card but since the deck is new that's likely to change soon. Overall, the most expensive card I ever played in an EDH is Academy Rector. Unless I win the lotto or become some sort of business tycoon I don't plan on ever playing the original dual lands.
I mean, I MIGHT have around $50 in any one deck. Granted, this is MTGO, but I'm also a cheap@$$. I pride myself in that, actually. Don't think I own a card worth more than $10 on MTGO.
(What the hell did you RL MTG players do to Portal? Did you hate it so much that you had deck burning bonfires to get rid of the cards, thus increasing the rarity and prices? Did people mail back their fat packs to WotC in droves, demanding refunds?)
My deck is currently sitting at $385, most valuable cards are both Misty Rainforest and Scalding Tarn, and though it is still missing some lands, total should not go up more than $100 from what it is right now.
idk how much all my decks are. Most are pretty budget. Only deck thats really worth anything is probably my Maelstrom wander deck but thats only b/c I hashed out for the 3 shocklands and 2 fetchlands for it. So probably those cards are the most expensive.
Decree of pain is in my Golgari EDH and its fairly pricy if I remember. Nothing in the hundreds of anything. Also I got damnation in it.
Checked my Riku list based on SCG prices. On average, I guess it would be worth around $2400-$2500, about 70% foiled. Most of the cards are original foils, with some exemptions.
The most expensive cards would be the foil fetchlands, duals, mana drain, judge foil sol ring, and the german foil crucible of worlds. An effort spread across my 15 years playing and collecting MTG.
My proxy hermit Druid deck is the most expensive. I just took 100 moats and wrote "plains, hermit Druid, etc" on each one in sharpie. I then sleeved them up in great whale eye ball membranes and I store the deck itself in stalin's tomb.
If you're going to pimp the deck out, you go ICE-T pimp levels, not HBO documentary pimp level.

I honestly have no idea what any of my decks is worth, because I don't track such things. I can't imagine the appeal of doing so, but to each his/her own.
The most expensive card I own right now is Moat, but I'm not currently running that in a deck. I have play sets of the original duals, so whichever one of those is the most pricey would probably be the single most expensive card in any of my decks, unless some random foil of a current staple card (such as Snapcaster Mage, Cavern of Souls, Angel of Serenity or New Jace) outprices the duals.
I just bought an imperial recruiter for a norin the wary deck I'm making.
I have a pimped out arcum dagsson deck that's easily my most expensive deck, and it has a minty mishra's workshop which might be worth a little more than the recruiter. If I used prices from sites like starcitygames it'd be valued well over 3k, but I think $2500 is more reasonable.
I have 6 other edh decks, most of which are worth around $500
The money spent on my Azami deck....actually kind of embarrassing come to think of it. To be fair, most of the more expensive ones were either gifts, trades, or acquired through a pretty big discount (got Jace 2.0 for $20.)
My most valuable card is probably the MPR Wasteland. I actually feel a little guilty about that one because I got it as a gift, the person buying it for me not knowing there was a $40 version and I didn't know what they were getting haha.
All cards combined, if I were to buy them bit for bit, I'd end up in the $120-130 range. Blood Crypt on its own taking up 10% of the value...and after that it's Sol Ring. Goes to show how budget it is.

after having seen the other side i am now actually trying to unpimp my deck. i often give away cards in decent shape in exchange for those in terrible condition. i am almost to the point where i am going to take them out of the sleeves and riffle shuffles the bastards up each game. well, i would if i didn't have the bent in half mana drain...

I'm currently at $1,100 (prices calculated with StarCity, so they're on the higher side) with my Lord of Tresserhorn deck, the most expensive cards being the three duals as well as foil Polluted Delta and foil Bloodstained Mire. I'm working on foiling the whole thing out (and getting the cards I can't get foiled altered) but it'll be another thousand or so before I pull that off.
