I can't tell you guys which country- that would ruin everything about my job.
Also that photo may or may not be me.
Trust me guys. I know lots of spy things.
I even said I am a spy so obviously I am a spy.

It may not be totally broken. But I personally hate Captain Sisay. Especially when I don't draw any of my removal. I feel like doing this: to my opponent.
Allay, because it hoses so much of my Teeg deck and there's not much I can do about it if the player is smart.
Forbid, because it causes one of the most scoop-inducing feelings of any card out there, especially if its owner has stuck a Thought Reflection or some nonsense.
Dovescape, because it always catches me with my pants down (aka playing a deck full of noncreature spells).
Wirewood Symbiote, because it's always there keeping me from using my one spot removal spell on Rofellos. ALWAYS.
Rend Flesh, because every time I need it to kill a creature, that creature just happens to be a spirit. It's not like people play a lot of spirits around here... it just always turns out that way.
Don't get me wrong, I love these cards to death, and I'm super glad Wizards printed them -- they're just frustrating sometimes! And that's okay with me. Also, in b4 Yawg Will.
Most of the time, when I see Debtors' Knell I feel like scooping. I guess I need more Disenchant.
That card is a huge beating. My playgroup don't run disenchant effects unless you count Pernicious Deed, Oblivion Stone and the like. I purposely run a larger than average amount of graveyard hate because of it. It should be in every single deck that has WB in it unless you're going for 1vs1.
For me: Not really a combo but Corpse Dance with buyback+sac outlet+187 effect. Huge amount of synergy. I've lost several games to free vindicates and free relearns. (AoD, Izzet Chronarch)
It may not be an actual card that is annoying, but I find General apathy to be quite vexing myself. I was expecting a fun game against a Gwendlyn Di Corci deck once, but it turned out to be a 99-card Grim Long deck (or least it imitated being a full-fledged combo deck as much as possible). I asked the guy if he ever used his general, and he said "Never". >_>

That's the funniest thing I've read all day.
For me it's land destruction, mostly because the only person I know that uses it is a dick.

Mind Over Matter is starting to get kind of annoying for me. Its not too bad when one guy has it out. But when multiple people in my playgroup use it the same way (Mind Over Matter+ some sort of X card Draw + Tolarian Academy) it starts to get old, very fast.

How has nobody brought up Magister Sphinx yet? That card is easily the most stupid and ridiculous card legal in the format, with the possible exception of a couple generals. It's gotten to the point where, in my playgroup, anyone playing that card is immediately met with lots of headdesks and groaning. Especially in Sharuum, where it can be recurred so many times it's silly.

When I first read the thread, I thought annoying cards would be the more or less ones that irk you, yet life still goes on. e.g. Rhystic Study.
But if we're bringing up Magister Sphinx and Mindslaver, I guess I have to mention Sorin Markov (worse than Magister Sphinx because it's far more accessible to virtually any black deck, much harder to kill, invalidates X/2s, and Mindslavers for the ultimate) and of course Yawgmoth's Will.
@Blue Warlock that X draw spell card...it would be Azami would it?
No, I meant any kind of X draw spell, like Braingeyser or Mindspring. Essentially I found a new shop that does has their EDH league play on a different day than the one I already go to. And EVERY deck there contains both black and blue along with tons of artifacts to abuse that combo along with Yawgwin.
I probably wouldn't be so irritated except for the fact that EVERY deck there except mine ran that combo *facepalm*

I've done this in 5-colour with Sliver Queen, except I played heartbeat rather than storm. Then again, I sometimes resorted to the Queen as a backup win condition.
The Sage is occupied with the unspoken
and acts without effort.
Teaching without verbosity,
producing without possessing,
creating without regard to result,
claiming nothing,
the Sage has nothing to lose.
Only because I play decks that are creature light, Quietus Spike is awful. It seems to always come down on turn 2 after a Sol Ring. So, on turn 4-5 I am down to 2-3 life if I am lucky.
Cards like Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Sol Ring and Maze of Ith. Just about every deck plays them, so if we get rid of them the cost for starting up an EDH deck will be less and more people will play. Personally I just don't like the Sorin Markov/Sphinx and Sway of the Stars. What happens is 1 person gets removed from the game imediatly early on and usually another gets ganked, so 2 people are removed from game almost at random. Its not very fun for anyone(I've done it to people).
The beauty of EDH is most of those purchases are one time. You play the deck you want, you have them. Build a new deck, put in a place holder and swap them as needed.
Note:No infinite combos or life cards.
2nd Note: Banned Cards dont count
For my local store its war's toll
Post the cards that annoy you the best.
But there are a few:
1) 1v1: Sol Ring / Mana Crypt / Mana Vault. Only when you see them in Turn 1~2.
2) In my store: Sharuum, The Kaldratron, Jhoira, and any field-wipe.
i know how that feels
