Hello I'm trying to build a Zedruu the Greathearted Enchantress deck because i've always looked for an excuse to use Wild Research and i'm looking for some good enchantments that provide beneficial effects without caring what side of the board they're on like Oblivion Ring
I know about bad things that i can give opponnets that they wouldnt want Pyromancers swath, Celestial Dawn and such, but i'm wanting beneficial effects that help everyone to draw heat off me while i'm drawing cards off Zedruu's ability
I was reading along, and saw "RWU", "Donating", and "Enchantments", and my mind went "Bing! A Zedruu thread! Must go comment!"
There's a bunch of categories of what you want to do. I'm going to break it down by that.
First, there's the "Kill by donation" enchantments. These include: (whoops, saw you didn't want these, but I guess I'll leave them) Celestial Dawn (kills non-white players) Pyromancer's Swath(Kills most players, but dangerous) Statecraft (Kills Agro players) Transcendence (See Swath, but worse, IMO) Illusions of Grandeur (good, but doesn't quite do the job all the way)
There's probably more, but there are the big ones. They are very risky, as they will cause players to gun for you if you drop them, but can effectively kill players at will. I'd run a few, but no more than a few (I run the trifecta of swath/dawn/craft)
Next, you have your "Doesn't matter who owns this" Enchantments. These include Oblivion Ring, Faith's Fetters, Temporal Isolation, Pacifism (and friends), Paradox Haze, curses, etc. Most auras fall into the category, but the main problem is that you have to find auras that are strong enough to actually warrant play.
Really, if you're looking for just regular donation targets, enchantments aren't the easiest way to go. Sure you get O-Ring and friends, but there just aren't that many. Playing Kher Keep and Springjack Pasture go a long way towards making sure you always have a donation target, but really, more often than not you'll just be donating away extra lands, which can also help you make a friend or two.
I love the politics involved with Zedruu. This might sound odd, but I made my deck to donate good cards to players. I make deals with them, offering a Future Sight, say, for assistance beating up on another player who has it out for me. I don't necessarily play to win, but to see what sort of diplomatic dealings I can get away with. Plus, whatever I donated to a player, I return to my control once it comes down to me and my "friend" who received the Future Sight or other helpful card. To do this, I use Brand, Capsize, or a blink spell for permanents.
Do you beef up Mind Unbound, then donate it to someone else so they hate him instead?
Sometimes. Yeah. I do just that and make someone a target. Or I donate it to make a friend who will back me up until it comes down to he/ she and I. Then that juiced up Mind Unbound gets Capsized to my hand and I go in for the kill.

I happen to be well-versed in the art of human dickery. Working in an office will do that to you. those four are free. now all you need is a nice poker-face, psychological assessment of your friends and an innate ability to lie out of your arse.

As far as enchantments go, try Curse of Bloodletting and Curse of Exhaustion. Even if you give them away they still affect the same player.

Other than that, like some ppl said, you're best running more global enchantments or ones that don't require ownership to get most benefit.
