To me, Pride as a playstyle is to use everything you have, even saccing your own things and emptying your hand and daring your opponent to come at you.
This is a really cool idea, I might steal it if I ever get the funds to build seven decks at once. For now, I'm gonna add my votes/opinions to the list:
Greed: This is very much a Black sin. Black wants everything for itself and doesn't care what it has to do to get it. I think this deck should exemplify this quality, with lots of effects that let you sacrifice a resource to get what you want when you want it. Cards like Necropotence, Snuff Out, and Insidious Dreams fit the bill. Seizan was previously mentioned and is an excellent example of such an effect on a legendary creature. Chainer also lets you turn life into things you want and fits into the theft theme if you want to go that way with the deck. I don't think that theft is necessary to the theme of Greed. It could just as easily fit in with Envy.
Gluttony: Gluttony fits best into Green. Eating and growing fat is represented easily by ramp, fatties, and life gain. Another vote for Omnath, since he grows with your resoruces. He also makes for a great ramp general, allowing both himself and the deck he leads to be examples of Gluttony. Vorinclex is another idea, since he eats your opponents' mana and causes yours to flourish. Heck, he's even called the Voice of Hunger. He's a bit of a political liability, though, even if the flavour fits. The Devour mechanic describes Gluttony quite well, with creatures like Mycoloth, Skullmulcher, and Marrow Chomper eating your creatures and growing or causing you to grow in some way. Speaking of that last card, green/black could also work, with perhaps Savra supporting a sacrificial theme, "eating" your creatures for some sort of advantage. I think the flavour of Gluttony fits best into monogreen, though.
Sloth: Blue and White have the most Slothful cards. Hokori and Augustin both lend themselves to a stax/tax style deck, locking down the table and preventing much of anything from happening. For a less grief-ey deck, generals such as Ith, Alexi, and your selection of Heidar allow for a lazier and more passive form of board control. Board wipes and counterspells will inevitably find their way into such a deck, but I think the main focus should be on disabling and diverting tactics. Tap down with Icy Manipulator, dissuade and disable attackers with Ghostly Prison or Kor Haven. Make sure anything trying to affect you is hampered in some way. The flavour text on Hinder comes to mind.
Wrath: Wrath is the Reddest of sins, and Red is the most Wrathful of colours. White could also fit, representing righteous fury; as could Black, representing general hatred of others. I'd avoid going for cutenamereferences and stick to the theme. Damage and destruction is the name of the game here. Lots of good general ideas have already been brought up. For the largest amount of damage to the largest amount of things for the smallest investment, it doesn't get any better than Hidetsugu. Other monored ideas include Red Kamahl and, if you want to be a jerk, Zo-Zu. Going multicoloured, Kaalia can fit the theme and colour scheme fairly well, but my vote is to agree with the suggestion of Kaervek. Kill creatures, and hurt their controllers in the process. Repercussion, Phthisis, Backlash, and good ol' Inferno all work. This deck should be the polar opposite of group hug.
Pride: This sin is the Whitest of the seven, though it could also arise out of Black. A Voltron-general deck would fit Pride perfectly. In these colours, Eight-and-a-Half-Tails, Volrath and Vish Kal all like being the biggest and best creature around. The fox seems like the most Prideful of these, protecting itself and anything it likes enough. Though the colours don't all quite fit, the oft-mentioned Rafiq and the exalted mechanic in general are great representations of pride. Fill the deck with equipment and auras to make one creature awesome. In the case of Rafiq, include some more exalted support. Selective wipes like Divine Reckoning, Mass Calcify, or Riever Demon kill lots of things, but leave the most important guy in play. Mother of Runes can buff a single creature, as can the Eiganjo Castle cycle of lands.
Lust: This is a difficult one. I can't think of many cards or strategies that could be described as Lustful. Most suggestions seem to be for objects of Lust, as opposed to the sinners themselves. You could argue that Merieke is employing Lust when she steals a creature, but her function of "I want it and if I can't have it nobody can" seems more representative of Envy or Greed. On the lust=creature stealing theme, temporary effects like Act of Treason could show your immediate desire for others' creatures, leaving them be once your passion is satisfied. Red, being the colour of passion, seems like the best fit, but I'm not quite sure where to go with it.
Envy: Envy is a bit difficult to classify under a colour, but mechanically it makes the most sense in Blue. The desire to be like others or have what they have are perfectly represented by copy and theft effects, both of which are found primarily in Blue. As has been mentioned, Sakashima is the best guy for this job. If you want to go for a more stealy hate machine, Memnarch or Galina can do that. Copy their stuff with Phyrexian Metamorph or Copy Enchantment. Steal their permanents with Treachery or Take Possession. Steal from their deck with Bribery or Knowledge Exploitation. Steal their spells with Spelljack or Desertion. Copy their spells with Twincast. You want to be them and have their stuff.
Well that's enough words from me. Now I'm all excited and want to make these decks.
I had thought about her, but I decided Merieke would be better because she literally uses and abuses creatures, plus the colours fit better. Red is passion, Lust should just be using them, not invested in them.

"Can you roll down the window?"
"No."
"Seriously guys, my hair..."
5 Color Cromat with tons of tutoring that doesn't reveal the card. Play a few classic playing cards, a couple Uno Draw 4s (Ancestral Recall eat your heart out), some basic Pokemon for defense, a Get Out of Jail Free card, and have assembling all five pieces of Exodia be your win condition. People will flip because EXODIA!? IMPOSSIBLE! NOBODY'S EVER BEEN ABLE TO SUMMON HIM!
Lust is not just sexual. It is a want, a craving for something. You want something, what ever it is, so much so you don't care about anything else. My recommendation is Kresh, and his lust for war. Old thraxy will work as well, but Id rather Kresh. Multi combat steps, arena like effects, anything to keep him in combat, and to sate his lust for war.
I say, for greed BRU. reanimation, and stealing others things with act of treason effects, (make it permanent with Bazaar Trader) Then you also have bribery effects. for further theft. (toss in Toshiro Umezawa) for his YawgyWill effect (and why not, Run Yawg's Will?)

Are you saying wanton combat is anything other then a pleasure of the flesh? Not because he is angry, or wronged. Just fighting for combats sake.
I will admit, that Dante's lust is of a sexual nature, in which case I think olivia or gwendlyn is ideal. One loves being on her side;), and vampires have been a symbol of perverse sexual lust for centuaries.
I will admit I have yet to read Dante's work, but it is on the agenda after atlus shrugged. When I think of lust, I generally think of blood lust, or even lust from full metal alchemist. Which probably does warp my views slightly.
So, I wonder when the author tells us his choices? :P.
Hmm...Good Arguments on lust, and Gwendlyn Di Corci was my first thought, Though for now I'm sticking with Merieke Ri Berit because of most people can only envision Lust as a sexual thing, Plus, I like being able to use her to steal for just one turn and say "One night stand" And for envy, Sakashima is in the lead, but I really dont want to do 2 mono-blue decks. Though if there is no better contender for Envy then Sakashima the Impostor it will be.

I do agree though on the Wrath being Megeta. Let us know when you build the new decks!!! I can't wait!
