i was looking for some help in coming up with some good mill cards. I planning on using wrexial so u/b is ideal. if anyone has any suggestions for an alternate general to use, feel free!
however i'm not interested in oona cause i want to use stuff that interacts with my opponents grave so exiling doesn't work. (guiltfeeder, bonehoard, undead alchemist, etc.)
There's a card which mills half their library and an artifact that mills equal to the number of cards in their GY, also Mindcrank, Grindclock and Jace Memory Adept are also good.

Mesmeric Orb is probably the best mill card (in terms of volume milled) in the format. Dreamborn Muse has already been mentioned, but it's a close second. Altar of Dementia can also mill a ton, especially if you run it with something like Tombstone Stairwell. Both of those are also a blast with Undead Alchemist. Geth, Lord of the Vault is kind of a no-brainer, but he hasn't been mentioned yet. Trepanation Blade has always seemed like an interesting card for Wrexy, as it mills them before he connects. Extractor Demon can send a lot of cards to the yard. Shared Trauma is an X costed mill everyone at worst. Nephalia Drownyard is a small effect, but it takes a land slot. Dralnu, Lich Lord can help you not waste all the stuff of yours that you mill.
I'd avoid single shot mill effects for the most part, especially small ones like Chill of Foreboding. They don't do any significant milling, and seeing cards go library to yard annoys some players. If you must run those, at least make sure they're big, efficient, or you can guarantee worthwhile stuff (which generally means self mill. Might not be in theme for you). Keep in mind options like Jace(s) are not terribly likely to live around the table, and it's a stretch to say that Glimpse the Unthinkable is worth 5 mana. I ran Dralnu as a mill deck for quite some time, so I do have some idea of what I'm talking about.
