Magus of the Coffers + Umbral Mantle immediately comes to mind. I don't recall if there's anything that can untap a land repeatedly in black to interact with coffers, though I'm sure I could whip something needlessly complicated if I needed to.
Once you figure out how to get your infinite mana, you can always go for excellent options like Maga, Traitor to Mortals, Profane Command, or Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief, as well as slightly more obscure options like Dregs of Sorrow (not infinite, but mana hungry enough that you could do some dirty things with it). You could also just blow everyone/thing out with Pestilence and friends, or swing in for too much damage with some kind of howl.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
With 8 land you will do 26 mana with 3 lands tap and 1 land drop. If you add 1 land drop with oracle of mul daya or exploration you pass to 38 mana. If you have Thawing Glaciers you can have over 100 mana easilly.
Otherwise for infinite,
Devoted Druid + Quillspike + Necrotic Ooze
You only have to find a way to put Devoted Druid and Quillspike in you graveyard and put Necrotic Ooze into play if a creature on your graveyard give 2 mana you can do infinite mana without losing Necrotic Ooze at the end of your turn. They are other technique to do infinite mana with Necrotic Ooze. Be creative and check creature with activated ability.
In BW, it's a mite of a stretch but doable with the tutor tools and sac outlets you'll have.
Buried Alive a Karmic Guide and a Priest of Gix, then Tutor yourself a Reveillark. Evoke the 'Lark, the 'Lark dies, enter the Priest and the Guide, use the Guide on the 'Lark. Sac the Priest and Guide to your preferred outlet (I like Ashnod's Altar) and 'Lark them back ad infinitum. I use Mentor of the Meek to draw my deck, the boring x-spell my opponent to death with something like Death Grasp.
can't think of an infinite mana engine without dipping into blue.
Necromancy + Worldgorger Dragon essentially lets you blink your lands (and everything else on your field) any number of times. When you're ready to pump the mana into something, just have Necromancy target a creature other than Worldgorger. (If you have no creatures other than Worldgorger in your graveyard, you've hit an infinite loop of mandatory actions, and the game is a draw.)

owh...duh. Apparently I'm not enough of a black mage to see this one. Yes...pretty much fits the bill. Add in Geth, Lord of the Vault for recurring threats you dealt with previous turns
Just another two ways to turn infinite mana into an easy win.

Although I think it might actually just be infinite mana, not necessarily black :/
Also works with Wurmcoil Engine, in all colors. And if we're adding G to the mix, Symbiotic Wurm, Hornet Queen etc. let you do it with Pyrexian Altar as well, giving you colored mana. Or with both Ashnod's and Phyrexian out at the same time you have infinite colored. Add Infernal Tribute, Carnage Altar or Skullclamp (ugh, sorcery speed), and you can now draw your library for that one oddball wincon, or you can just go to town after your next upkeep with the infinite token creatures you just made.
Also, Squirrel's Nest, Earthcraft plus any of the altars will also give you inifnite mana, and infinity minus infinity (which I believe is infinity) creatures for your next untap as well.
The good thing about these combos is that the cards actually do quite a bit on their own outside of the combo. Perhaps more importantly, all of the cards will appear to the untried playgroup as serving a valid, non-combo purpose. As a general rule, I don't like putting things like Paradise Mantle, Magus of the Coffers, Umbral Mantle, Rings of Brighthearth into my decks because they're obviously only used to do crazy, unfair things, and will immediately advertise to all Krosan Grip players. (And I guess one good thing about using Altars + triggered abilities to go infinite is that they do get around Split Second.) But man, it's frustrating to use these things on a consistent playgroup. Once they see one thing, they won't let you keep it, and you might actually want to know what it's like to play Earthcraft in your token deck for what it's designed to do.

Green is in the deck, too. And I guess infinite green is fine too

as for what you can do...how about Genesis Wave? spilling out your library sounds pretty nifty
(EDIT: If you must have Green, throw in a Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in there somewhere, just in case).

Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Stone-Seeder Hierophant
Add to that Crucible of World and Zuran Orb or any sac for land and you mana skyrocket.

You could honestly do a lot worse.
Umbral Mantle + Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary.
Cloudstone Curio + Heritage Druid + Elves can work. Throw in glimpse of nature, and your off!
