After a game I shuffle all my hand, graveyard, and permanents together, then slowly start shuffling that pile into the deck, taking a couple of cards from the top of the deck each time. If I ramped out a lot of lands that game it really helps prevent them from clumping together even after a pile shuffle. If I try to do the whole deck I always end up splitting a sleeve eventually. I love my dragonshields but I've had them for about five or six years now!

If you think that feels odd, try playing YuGiOh; 40 card decks, and the cards are even smaller. Most my playgroup actually met each other through that game and we played it again a while ago for nostalgia's sake - being used to EDH, the decks feel absolutely tiny.
Yeah, I feel like I'm gonna deck out whenever I play now
When I first make a deck, or after playing so many times, I spend a good 30 minutes just shuffling. I'll first take the top half and shuffle them a few times and put them into their own pile. I'll then take the top halfs of each pile and shuffle them a few times and make a new pile. And I just repeat for as long as I feel makes it thoroughly random. It takes a while, but shuffling decks helps me think about the interactions of cards I just put in.
Take half of the deck in each hand and stand them up on the table then push togather gently, I have small hands too si I use the table to make sure I don't drop anything.
i just take 2/3 of the deck, run a riff or push them together. then take the other third and one half of the 2/3rds I just shuffled and shuffle those and then keep cycling.
especially if its just a shuffle mid-game after a cultivate or something, i just run this like 3 times.

With both hands, but I'm gifted with big hands to match my height
Riffle shuffle is the next best thing, if you're not like me. Failing that, two seperate piles shuffled, then one on top of the other.

This... though the double sleeved deck can be hard sometimes, even though I have decent sized hands.

The primer is currently very far out of date and needs re-writing. If you're interested in any info or actually seeing it redone please pm me.
