Well, I'd go on Cardkingdom.com and look up every 3 drop Red/Green land destruction card in magic. Once you get all those, the deck is already half way built.
Emmara is like the worst parts of Legends and Homelands got pregnant, aborted the fetus, tossed it in the trashcan, set it on fire and wrapped the corpse in a Dragon's Maze pack wrapper.
I use her to ensure that I can always cast a 4-manarampspell on turn 3.
This. This is the main reason she is so good.
The philosophy of playing Radha is: if you can cast smaller spells even earlier, you can cast the big stuff before your opponents are even ready for it. By the time your opponents realize what is going on, you will already be so far ahead that you will likely win the game. I have cast tooth and nail with entwine on turn 5 before with Radha, tutoring up Ulamog and Urabrask. I have also cast genesis wave for 15 on turn 5.
I believe that I have enough social competence to slip into a party or two, potentially wooing some attractive females that would not mind spending the evening performing the booty dance on me.
Alright, I can dig it. But now my question is, are we allowed to play sorceries during combat at some point? Because I'm assuming we're using the RR, not the G. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
There are a few instants you can run, but its mainly just sorcery speed LD. Boring general is boring (note I am not complaining about LD, I love LD...she is just uber 1 dimensional though when built that way)

No, you can only play instants or activate abilities during combat. You mainly use her for the green ability on turn 3 and beyond. However, my deck runs abilities that can be activated with her red ability.

My problem with Radha.....is that I don't know how to build her for multiplayer. She's great. She ramps early, could be voltron, is Keldon, and is my favorite color combo. She's a warrior and an elf.
Should you run heavy ramp and fatties? RG aggro? Warrior tribal? (You definitely don't use LD in multiplayer.)

IKR? She could be pretty interesting to build, but like a few other generals, how should we go about building her? *head scratch*

Speak for yourself. I have a Rhada deck I built designed to keep the land count under control. I got tired of playing against decks that depended on having dozens of super-powerful nonbasics or ramping uncontrollably, so I constructed my 'Rhada the Regulator' deck. It's a super-aggressive R/G deck with low-curve threats designed to operate with under five lands. It's not made to destroy ALL lands as limit the number in place with cards like Natural Balance and Tectonic Break. There's a lot of recursion cards like Holistic Wisdom so you can keep playing these effects and keep the number of lands to a minimum. There's also tons of nonbasic land hate like Primal Order, Blood Moon, and so on.
It's not something you play every game, but it's fun to use for a change of pace.

So yeah, pretty much anything that can be activated at instant speed. Its like the gravy.

*edit
you rarely use the RR ability except when casting bogardan hellkite or unmorphing akroma
Yes.. that is why you can only use that mana for abilities and instants...
Radha also taps for green though =)
